i made ((music playing)) and all my failures i ((music playing)) out of the darkness and to your glorious day you call my name yes ((music playing)) ((music playing)) have you been saved by his mercy now your mercy is you call my name ((music playing)) glorious days ((music playing)) i needed rescue my sin was heavy but chains break out the weight ((music playing)) but you called me ((music playing)) is ((music playing)) is ((music playing)) to your glorious day ((music playing)) so ((music playing)) to foreign before i took prayer you bring your life in me ((music playing)) is ((music playing)) yourself ((music playing)) ((music playing)) now ((music playing)) still ((music playing)) you have been so so kind to me so ((music playing)) ((music playing)) is me ((music playing)) yes ((music playing)) so ((music playing)) ((music playing)) like ((music playing)) ((music playing)) ((music playing)) bed oh is yes ((music playing)) your love's so good your life's so good there's nothing you would do ((music playing)) there's no shadow ((music playing)) there's no shadow ((music playing)) ((music playing)) ((music playing)) ((music playing)) there's no way oh is breakfast take about five seconds keep giving him some praise in this house amen the lord is worthy of our ((music playing)) amen you may be seated all over the place thank you for being here tonight for our wednesday night bible study our servers will start making themselves ready for our communion here in just a moment we'll be getting to that every single wednesday night we always love to celebrate the lord's table the bible says as often as you come together you remember the lord's death until he come and in the new testament this is something that they celebrated even more frequently than our celebration of once a week when they came together they broke bread because it brought about two things remembrance of the gospel and unity in the fellowship they remembered the broken body and the shed blood of the lord jesus and then that brought about unity with the father and unity one with another because i'll tell you something if you are not right with your fellow man you are not right with your father god because unity is something that god wants us to have in the context of the body and a disharmonized disunified church is really a disqualified church for the power of god because it is unity that invites the presence of the lord can i remind you matthew 18 it says where two or more gathered together in my name there i am in the midst can i tell you that's not a verse and by the way we've used it out of context many times in christianity that's not a verse to justify small church services here's what people say well you know if two or three are gathered you know everybody can stay home but if there's two of us you know what that verse is about it's about two people in unity that come together in harmony and the unity and the harmony of the brothers and sisters is what invites the presence of god so no wonder the lord doesn't show up and work in most churches because there's too much disharmony and so when we have communion it brings us together as a body and so we're going to celebrate communion in just a moment i do want to say this get a couple of announcements out of the way we get the boring part of the service out on the front end and then we've got some exciting things tonight uh to share with you i want you to make sure that you mark down may the 25th all right may the 25th we finally we got a we got a graphic we can throw up there we finally had someone contact the office actually somebody that i used to uh i used to preach for and it may pop up here in a moment but on may the 25th and i want everybody in-house and everybody online to know because we have a lot of people that want to come in for this it's going to be a two-hour deal so we'll figure out with the kids and it'll be super minimalized as far as worship i'll let the band know even if we're going to have any if we do maybe we'll start that night at 6 30. but from seven o'clock to nine o'clock two full hours we hired a moderator the whole deal we got the great demon debate coming up on may the 25th right here at the church we get that graphic well they'll get it up here in just a moment dwayne charles with men of the word interestingly enough i used to go to texas and preach for him and now that we got into deliverance ministry i'm a false teacher and so uh we're going to be kind and we're going to be respectful we're going to give him his time and he'll start with a 20-minute synopsis of why deliverance ministry is evil and why we should not be casting out devils to which i'll give a 20-minute introduction as to why he's lost his mind and we're going to keep doing it praise god until jesus comes and then we'll we'll have a very civil debate back and forth it'll be a very professional presidential style debate with a moderator questions from the floor and all of that and so it's going to be good so may the 25th we call it the great demon debate and uh i told him i said look you're a man of the word and so i want you to show up and i want you to bring the word but you better bring your a game because we got a lot of word get a lot of word that proves what we're trying to do and so may the 25th seven to nine o'clock we will be having that great demon debate it's going to be good amen we're going to fill this place up and there's going to be tens of thousands of people that are watching online and it is going to be a beautiful time look the bible says to study to show yourself are proven to god if we really believe that we are behaving biblically we ought to be able to back it up biblically right and so it doesn't matter what questions come it doesn't matter what doubts it doesn't matter what they say it doesn't matter what the opposing side has to say we believe we are standing on the truth of god's word and we are going to line by line verse by verse for two solid hours prove that fact to the entire world and the world will be watching and we are going to prove the validity that in the name of jesus we can still say get out and they've got to come out and we're going to prove that at the great demon debate it's going to be beautiful one more announcement and then we'll get right into our communion time before we have another special part of our service tonight next week i very rarely ever ever say ever miss a church service here next week i will not be here on wednesday night i never miss on sunday and uh i've i've had people all over the world want me for special things on sundays but that's just off limits this is the church amen this is where i love to preach it's my favorite place to preach and i rarely rarely ever miss a wednesday night and if i do when the cat's away the mice will play so i don't tell you about it but i'll tell you about it next week so i need you here next wednesday night pastor danny is going to preach the word of the living god amen it's going to be good you're going to miss out that'll be the first time you're preaching the tenth it in the big ten and so pastor danny's going to preach so i want you to support him next wednesday night all right we're not just bailing on you i'm not just preaching somewhere else everybody wants me on sunday and wednesday and i just don't do it so next wednesday don't you pray for us and i want you to be here not just to support him but i'm actually gonna i'm gonna facetime you back right we're gonna figure it out get the high tech redneck stuff up on the screens i'm gonna facetime you back and uh our our opportunity uh finally arose after all of the just just being faithful and just preaching and i'm gonna facetime you guys my wife and i uh are actually been invited to a red carpet event at mar-a-lago and so we're going to be with the boss man next wednesday night with the real president of the united states amen ((music playing)) the actual elected president of the united states so just not joe biden if you've not figured that out yet amen so we're going to be down in mar-a-lago next week and so that was that was a hard deal to pass up on a wednesday night and so we have an event down there with them and so that's that's going to be beautiful amen we get to have dinner we might have a deliverance session break out out in jesus name don't put it past me now don't put it past but i want you here amen i want you here i want you to support your church family once you support the man of god and i want you to support us as we're gone and we'll call back and uh give a good update maybe we'll throw the phone to them be like hey say hey to the people who knows what we'll do amen so uh it's going to be exciting well everybody on this side of the pole is going to be going that way tonight for your time of communion everybody on this side of the pole will be going to this side for communion and again there's only two prerequisites to communion in our church you got to be saved and walking with the lord right you don't have to be an official member whether you've been here a thousand times or you just be bopped under the tent uh children are always at the parents discretion but uh just get both elements the grape juice as well as the bread and then take them back and we'll read and we'll pray together and so everybody on this side come on this side everybody over here on this side and we will have communion together as a church body here in just a few moments ((music playing)) this is the air of breeze ((music playing)) this is the air i breathe ((music playing)) your holy presence living ((music playing)) this is my daily bread this is my daily ((music playing)) spoken to me and ((music playing)) i'm desperate for you ((music playing)) without you ((music playing)) this is the ((music playing)) oh this is my daily breath this is my daily bread your very word spoken to me ((music playing)) i'm desperate for you because i am yes we are ((music playing)) we are ((music playing)) without you ((music playing)) first corinthians chapter 11 is a chapter that we know well here at this church every week we try to read it remind ourself and freshen our hearts if you will on why we're taking communion tonight he says for i have received of the lord that which also i've delivered unto you that the lord jesus the same night in which he was betrayed took bread and when he had given thanks he break it and said take eat this is my body which is broken for you this do in remembrance of me and after the same manner also he took the cup when he had sucked saying this cup is the new testament in my blood this do ye as often as you drink it in remembrance of me ((music playing)) for as often as you eat this bread and drink this cup you do show the lord's death till he come and all god's people said amen and amen can we sing through that chorus right there one time with everybody that's a beautiful we're going to sing through that just want you to remain standing and i'm going to have you sit in a moment we got something special let's just sing through that course that our brother was leading us in there in communion time that's a beautiful beautiful song let's just worship the lord just worship the lord tonight ((music playing)) i'm desperate for you yes we are ((music playing)) without you and without you it's me lost me down isn't that the facts amen we are lost without him he is the air that we breathe hallelujah you may be seated tonight all over the house thank you for being here thank you for participating with us in the lord's table and we'll get to worship here just a little bit into the word of god for just a bit we'll dismiss the students in just a little while but you know from time to time the lord allows us to have somebody come into our place and we're graced with their presence and with the power of god upon their life a missionary that we have supported for some time now and we're going to continue to support even more so than we have in the past we've done a lot for various nations you know i never could have imagined prophetically that 15 years ago when we started just the meager startup of what we now call global vision bible church that we would literally be a global vision a church that has the ear in the eyes of the nations around the world that not just sends missionaries out and supports missionaries but has missionaries that come back to us that report to us that follow us that love us that stand with us that learn from us submit to authority here in this church and it's been beautiful all of the people that we've been able to meet literally around the world and god's sending us a lot of people and it's just been beautiful to behold and watch but tonight i wanted one of our missionaries from india brother paul victor and uh we call him paul victor he can tell you what his actual last name is because i wouldn't like to pronounce it i wouldn't do too well with that but brother paul has become a dear friend we met him through brother dwayne johnson an air preacher out of our church who's doing 10th ministry down in in texas right now hello brother duane and sister wendy we love you and we appreciate your faithfulness you keep it up down there no matter how much those folks don't want to support you you keep it up you keep preaching the gospel amen keep preaching the gospel we love you we're behind you we're behind you we got you back but he brought brother paul victor to my office some time ago and we had the privilege of just learning about his ministry and about the children and the crusades and the 500 pastors and the churches that he oversees what a responsibility i'm reminded of the apostle paul when he said all of the problems that came upon him in his life he said but the care of all the churches that presses upon me daily what uh what a care what a stewardship to be over that many churches and he came in this week just for a few days just to to really see and sense what the lord was doing here curious as so many people around the world are about deliverance and how we went about that and he'll he'll talk to you a little bit about that but tonight we want to be a blessing to him he's going to be a blessing to us i want to speak for a few moments i think we have a little video of some of the children there that we want to we want to bless with a school that they're trying to build and i told him i said we've got generous folks in-house and online and we stand behind him every month but we want to stand behind him tonight even on a wednesday night i want god to give us a miraculous size offering to break the loaves and fish and feed the multitudes around the world amen and he's a dear man of god just has a he has a humble spirit about him a sweet spirit a spirit of boldness but a spirit of kindness and humility and i appreciate him so global vision i want you to get on your feet for just a moment i want you to welcome our dear brother missionary paul victor from india hallelujah god bless you my brother ((music playing)) thank you thank you pastor for the good words appreciate so much and what an exciting to be here this week i'm blessed and i just want to say pastor greg locke for this wonderful opportunity to allow me to give my testimony representing 1.3 billion people in india and i was here saturday night uh going through with all the chairs and praying and i see many christian believers are all here praying for each chair place everything you know that bless my heart see the people come voluntarily to pray for the services to touch every chair that astonishing my christian faith amen praise the lord number two i was blessed today with the sunday morning service uh powerful message from the word of god from the book of acts three things god touched me that morning sunday number one pastor greg locke preached about uh repentance that's a very important passage of topic he preached you know many times when we see big churches people think we pastors don't preach the repentance and preach against sin but i saw on sunday i testified today that the pastor greg glock is preaching again the sin and also repentance and salvation by grace amen praise the lord glory to god amen and the other point he preached that day he never taught to preach about prosperity gospel you know he's not here to draw the crowds but he is a man of god filled with your holy spirit and preaching the word of god that transforms the people amen praise them glory to jesus i want to testify tonight i'm in the ministry for past 35 years and my dad is a preacher for 50 years and he lived for 90 years called to glory in 2014 my great great grandfather was saved under the ministry of william carey in india so great heritage to thank god for a missionary willing to go and surrender his life to reach the people in india what i want to testify today is a unique thing happened to me in my personal life on monday morning i'm in the monday morning men's bible study along with the men and the pastor and after everybody left i met them one more time brother greg marches many of you know and uh you know he's a very friendly man you know thank god for him and uh you know he said i'm talking brother can i pray for you i said okay brother please pray for me i need your prayers i want to testify tonight in front of all the believers here at global vision bible church when he started praying put his hand up upon me i feel the holy presence and it's the air is coming from my soul in my heart that is the first time i experienced in my christian life and what a thrill and joy that i had that experience of the holy ghost in my spiritual life thank god glory to god amen hallelujah glory praise the lord amen ((applause)) today i would like to give you a few thoughts about what the lord has done in the past and what the lord is going to do in a quick time and uh india is a country with 1.3 billion people with a hindus eighty percent of the population and only one percent are born again bible believing christians in india and when i'm here sunday night about the services first time i'm exposed in america with the deliverance service i never seen that before you know the very first experience i have come to the church you know if you are not in a suit or tie or not qualified to go to a church that's what i all understand you know so i don't want to offend patrick break lock so i put up my suit and tie on sunday morning sunday night and you know everybody's casual and you know what it brought to me is the holy spirit presence is here god is not going to look your outer appearances god is going to look your heart amen thank god for the lord jesus christ amen i'm so glad tonight about global vision bible church and saying all the world what a great team the church has where broken people find new meaning in life that's the church all about it's a transformation it's a change people have the reality of god's presence in their lives praise god hallelujah glory praise the lord amen i'm excited about this church you know pastor is not judgmental but he's here preaching with passion and he's caring for souls praise god the deliverance service if you're here last last sunday night the pastor and his wife brought few demons the names one is the reincarnation come out reincarnate people the evolution the god of snake cobra god of shiva and god of all those cows in india they worship wow this is something real here i was filled with the holy spirit and i am saying to the pastor on monday we are going to start this deliverance services in india praise god hallelujah glory people in india are suffering with witchcraft they need to be redeemed in the blood of the lord jesus christ praise god amen praise the lord amen praise god i am blessed this week i am blessed i am blessed with the the preaching the prayers the deliverance services the praise and worship service praise the lord i want you to pray for my nation india india is a nation closer to all foreign missionaries it's a closer nation our prime minister wants to make india into a hindu nation but praise god god so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that jesus christ amen god sold out all the world all people on the face of the earth for whosoever shall believe in him shall not i forget the scripture let me come back praise the lord amen glory help us lord in india people they don't speak english in my place and i don't preach in english in india so when i come to america i have to translate my sermons amen praise the lord lord help us john 3 16 for god so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have everlasting life amen praise him praise god glory when you stand for the lord and praising god and putting the devil on down he's always makes you to get upset with something you know but we need to stand faithful we never give up in our faith and do what god wants you to do until you finish the race amen paul said i've finished jesus sent on the cross it is finished we need to stand for finishing line amen praise god every single day in india people look at the sun god as you and sun god and they worship the sun god every single day until they go blind i take the opportunity from the bible for god so loved the world that he gave his only begotten and jesus christ not to punish sinners to save the sinners amen praise the lord let's talk about this anti-conversion law you know in india they recently passed a law no person shall convert or attempt to convert if you convert any person to christian religion you need to take the person to the magistrate declared that he is a christian when he declared that he is a christian he lose all the privileges being a christian in india you have to pay a price your own family members kick you out and you're disowned by your family and everyone look at your untouchables but praise the lord people still getting saved the lord is working in the hearts of the people and thank god for what is power among the people well with all this i'm coming to conclusions with what god has done what is the vision i have lord i cannot reach 1.3 billion people is an impossible task but no foreign missionaries can go to india it's a closer nation so god gave us a vision to train the national pastors they don't need to learn the language we are going to watch the videos video number one we are going to see the pastors they go outside evangelizing taking the bibles the gospel tracks and you know we see the bibles are burned how difficult for the pastors sister nicolas can help us to show the first video burning the bibles for us and as i'm going to speak she is going to shoot that video quickly and a lot of persecution many pastors are beaten many pastors are killed in india the churches are burnt in india with all this thing god's still raising some young men in the ministry reaching those people with the glorious gospel of the lord jesus christ as you can see one day we are at a village taking all the bibles with us evangelism they take out all the new testaments and all the anti-christian group they are putting all the new testaments in fire as you can see and they also challenged the pastors if you stay some more time we are going to kill you these are the places so difficult to reach and preach the gospel of the lord jesus christ but thank god paul said for to me to live is christ and to die he's cain you know we are not alone my friend sir the lord is always with us and he never says i will be with you i will always stay with you thank god for the praise thank god for jesus christ them and yes you can see they are so much angry on us burning all the bibles wow but i pray lord forgive them forgive them lord and open their eyes to understand the love of jesus christ the sacrifice he has done on the cross to give his life for the mankind as you can see all the bibles are burning our pastors never give up they went again and again and recently uh unless i received a video last week a pastor is the bag of bibles we are going to view the second video and he was obstructed in the village and taken out all these gospel tracts and bibles thrown on the street and somebody is hitting the bible with his foot the pastor says oh don't hit the bible with the food let me take the food then somebody hit on his face and the pastor was down and they took him to the hospital well my heart is heavy today thank god for this nation for this man of god standing for the word of god again preaching the truth ((music playing)) i told the pastor i have a vision for a thousand churches at his office he prayed to me and he said you need to pray for two thousand churches amen praise the lord that's great vision praise the lord please pray for the vision for 2000 churches you know we have a children's ministry with 30 million orphaned children live in india 30 million orphaned children when i see the children lord what do you want me to do he said start a school in orphanage in the year 2000 we started the school and we give you education see many young people growing up raised and called to the ministry and the government said because we preach the gospel teach the bible you you need to have a parking place and a playground to continue the ministry of this children's ministry well we prayed about it and they i went to architects designers and this is to make a fourth floor construction cost 300 000 i said lord where can i get that money i i don't have the resources god sent hundred thousand dollars praise god glory faith brother he this all takes faith and prayer practice you need to believe in the lord jesus christ amen he never fails nor forsake us amen and uh every year we do the children's ministry we're going to see another video with the children receiving the christmas gift boxes we give scripture we preach to them and the kids love that ministry and we seen around 900 kids saved this year as we are going to watch the video quickly and you know when i said to pastor pastor every year we distribute 2 000 gift boxes and we conduct retreats and he said what is your vision i said we are going to increase 5 000 this year praise the lord amen praise god we need to reach the kids in india 30 million kids living on the streets abandoned single parent kids they need the love of jesus christ they need to hear the gospel they need to be saved once they get saved they grow called to be the pastors pastor's wives and reach the nation of india that is the vision play this mission finally lastly because i don't want to take much time many times i was persecuted a man came at the knife one time to kill me i said why you want to kill me i never harmed you look at the cross jesus christ he died on the cross he came from heaven bore our sins on the cross shed his precious blood and he take the wounds for our sins that's the true gospel i'm preaching and teaching to you can you show from your religion that you know the religion of hinduism if you read the religion of hinduism they believe if you are a sinner and a bad person you need to be punished they believe in karma but jesus christ came here to this world not to punish the sinners to save the sinners amen as i'm giving my testimony and gospel he said i need that jesus he put his knife down praise the lord miracle happened ((applause)) praise the lord because of that man all the village except for christ now he's the pastor of the church amen praise god hallelujah glory the transformation amen lastly i want to give you this illustration i'm going to show a video about the children turn to the pastor years ago there was a great revival in wales england as a result of this many missionaries came from england to northeast india to spread the gospel the region of assam is comprised of hundreds of tribes they are very militant hostile and aggressive community and they don't like christianity but this wealth missionary finally succeeded to change one family to christianity praise god for that and that family who have saved first time in that village are so faithful spreading the gospel of the lord jesus christ to all the people and many are getting saved praise the lord by seeing all these people are getting saved the village chief get angry on the first family who has received christ and he called in front of all the village and he said to them friend this is what he said he called and said for the first family to renounce their faith in public or face execution and the man sung a song with the holy spirit i have decided to follow jesus no turning back enraged at the refusal of the man the chief ordered his orchards to arrow down the two children both boys laid twitching on the floor died and the chief asked the second question to the man here will you deny your faith you have lost both your children you will lose your wife too but the man replied against singing don't and go with me still i will follow no turning back the chief was beside himself with the fury and ordered his wife to be arrowed down in a moment she joined her children in death now he asked for the last time i will give you one more opportunity to deny your faith and live in the face of the dead the man sung the cross before me the world behind me no turning back no turning back friends we need such a commitment today to stand for the lord whatever it takes in our life whether it is our life our time whatever in our lives the bible says he keep us the kingdom of god and his righteousness and it shall be added onto you it's the last days and we are living we need to stand boldly stand on the solid rock the lord jesus christ and reach this whole world with the message of hope that jesus saves amen thank you lord thank you pray for me as i do this crusades next month i am conducting a crusade for 2000 people in a village where the people are angry animosity trying to kill me but god said go back again when god said go back i said lord i have no option i will obey i want to be a good soldier to you lord whatever it takes we'll go i want you to remember this mission 500 pastors christian school and orphanage bible school and evangelistic ministry ministry to the leper victims 40 million lepers live in india we have three churches started for them many more good things are going to happen and one day on these days i invite pastor greg locke and the church family here to come and visit and preach to our people great amen praise the lord thank you as a sister is going to help us to show the video quickly pastor is going to say a few things thank you thank you brother give him a hand amen yes sir absolutely if you got that nicole you can cue it up and you can just let it play while i'm talking just for a moment i'm not sure if we can can get that one this is their project with the children and so i'm gonna let that just play for a moment as we're seated he does have a lot of of prayer cards down here and i want you to be able to get those and i'm gonna tell you the best way to be able to get them is while you see all of these kids and uh i got these offering buckets your bible and use it often to pray for our dear brother and the many many pastors you saw the persecution it's continual and so even right now we'll know exactly what the time stamp is just go right that deficit and to help them get that school building built to help them support those pastors to support this man of god he's going to go down and spend a few days with brother dwayne johnson and then he's going to be heading back to india and then he's got this big crusade coming up and they would love to be able to be finished with that building this year and wouldn't it be beautiful for them to finish that building fill it up with kids and at the beginning of next year let's get a group to go over there and see that building amen for the glory of god preach the gospel to those precious folks and so you give tonight you can give through the continuation of of our worship you can give lord online as the lord leads you and i know some folks a lot of folks they'll be watching this and then tomorrow they'll drop a check in the mail just mark it and we'll make sure that the man of god and his ministry gets it as we up their missionary support every single month and just bless them wasn't he a blessing amen i love it and uh i love his heart and so let's be faithful tonight in-house and online and i know our our online community just by the thousands i know those folks they will step up and i know they'll knock it out of the park tonight and my wife and i are going to give big and we're going to bless the man of god as well and so we never ask you to do anything that we don't do ourselves and so i want our church to give and we're we're looking at every possible opportunity and avenue every time we get a chance just to bless people especially missionaries let me tell you something the mission of the local church is local church missions that's the mission of the local church to see churches started to see pastors trained to see disciples raised up and isn't it beautiful that he's going to go back now and not just continue to preach the truth of the gospel and train 500 pastors but take deliverance ministry back to 500 individual pastors that will be able to see people set free and get true freedom in the lord jesus christ and so that is a beautiful thing all of our students can be dismissed at this time with jesse and his crew as they go down and they're going to have a wonderful time in student ministry tonight but i wanted them to sit in to hear god's man tonight to hear what's going on around the world give our young people a hand look at that on both sides man they just every wednesday night they love hearing the word of god they've been talking exclusively about a lot of the same things that we've been talking about and so that's a blessing so look i'm well aware of the fact that it's eight o'clock at night but uh we got another song we're gonna sing and then i got really something on my heart i'm just gonna share with you and it's it's not gonna be a long drawn out theological discourse tonight right it's going to really kind of finish out a little bit of the series that we've been in in deliverance not that we're not going to continue to preach on it but i want to share something with you that's just this fresh to me it's real it's raw and it just happens to fit the context of where i was going and where i want to be tonight and so i'm seriously just going to kind of tell you a story and just kind of narrate it with a few verses and then we'll be out in just a little bit i know it's getting cool but uh i'm having a good time tonight amen i love to bless other ministries and and other men of god so let's stand to our feet we're going to sing this final song if you still want to give tonight then you come of god he'll be leaving out tonight and so or in the morning early and so we want to make sure that we bless we want to we want to help them build this building amen and we we we build churches and buy churches for people all over america and people around the world and this one of our missionaries that we want to dig deep and we want to bless in a big big way and do everything if we got a if we're going to drain the savings account we're going to make sure that the man of god is blessed tonight and we honor him and we take care of these needs because you know what we're finding when we build the kingdom god builds the campus amen we don't have to invest any more in this campus and so we want to build buildings and schools and orphanages and churches for other people and when we good stewards that way god says you know what i can trust you because god's not looking for people he can bless god's looking for people he can trust and when he can trust you he'll bless you amen so let's because is what you've done it is ((music playing)) our eyes on you and it is ((music playing)) amen ((music playing)) hallelujah for that truth matthew chapter four tonight for just a couple of moments and i know sometimes we say it as preachers and it means nothing but it really will just be a couple of moments tonight i just want to i want to share my heart with you the lord's kind of redirected me from something that's very fresh on my heart from last night and as the man of god spoke a moment ago it just reminded me of the importance of sharing it based along the lines of his own experience here at our church to have been in the ministry and see so many of the things that he has and yet come here to our church where we seem to be not just beating the drum but in a lot of ways and i say this with humility leading the charge in national deliverance ministry and it's just it's unusual that god has put us in this position and it's a it's a time of stewardship so we have to be good stewards of this position that god has placed us in you understand and this is not a power trill this is not an authority kick this is an opportunity to submit to the authority of jesus because as we submit to the authority of jesus and we speak boldly in the power of the holy spirit demons still have to flee at the name of the lord jesus christ because he's the authority he's the ultimate power and so i just want to pray and i want you to go to matthew chapter four and i just want to share something that's on my heart tonight and i promise you we'll be will be done in just a few moments father in heaven thank you for god's man tonight stirring our heart truly we could just say amen and go to the house and have already been fed and we thank you for missionaries at home and abroad we thank you for this man of god and for his ministry for all of these pastors well what a blessing i pray that our church would not lose sight of the fact that we are sowing into good fields that are bringing forth an abundant harvest of people that we will never naturally meet but we'll get to hug them at the judgment seat of christ because we had a part in the ministry of reaching the gospel because some plants some so some water but it's god that gives the increase thank you for the increase that you give holy spirit bless the word of god to our hearts for these few moments and lord i thank you for the sweet settling spirit that is in this room tonight i thank you for a group of people in midst of a cold tent that are just hungry for the bible so bless these moments we have and we'll thank you for it in jesus name and all of god's people said matthew chapter 4 i just want to read a number of verses without any or at least very little commentary tonight until i get to the actual text that i want to share with you but i need you to see the narrative of where we're going as we look and this will really wrap up and close kind of the bookend on our journey on deliverance from demons as tonight we look at the deliverance ministry of the lord jesus and how it took off and what it did for him and why it's so important for where we are in this space of grace in our church verse 17 is where i'll begin in the text it says from that time jesus began to preach and to say and notice what his message was repent for the kingdom of hands the kingdom of heaven is at hand and so right from the very rib right from the very beginning jesus was willing to be not just conversational but confrontational and he said look i've come to give you life and life more abundantly but here's the prerequisite you've got to repent and believe the gospel verse number 18 and jesus walking by the sea of galilee saw two brethren simon called peter and andrew his brother casting a net into the sea this was their vocation this was their job for they were fishers it's what they did professionally and he saith unto them follow me and i will make you fishers of men i love that he's like you guys are good at what you're doing professionally and vocationally but as far as the ministry is concerned here's what i want you to do i want you to follow me and i'll teach you how to fish for men not just fish for fish for the sake of selling them and eating them but fish for men for the sake of literally winning people to the kingdom of god i'll make you a fisher of men and by the way if you're going to be a good fisher of men you got to use the right bait and the bait is the authority of jesus christ because he's not one of many ways to heaven he's the one and only way to heaven and so he said i want you to follow me and i'm going to teach you how to reach people to do something that is valuable listen i thank god for every job every ministry and every vocation but every job you have and every paycheck you've got and every car that it buys and every rent payment that it makes you better know in 50 years none of it's going to matter only the people we reach for christ are what we're taking to the kingdom of heaven with us your cadillac's not going your house isn't going your swimming pool is not going your 401 k is not going your job's not going the only thing i take to heaven are the people i influence with the gospel and i want to be a faithful fisher of men and they verse 20 straightway i mean immediately left their nets and followed him and might i say in passing because it's not the message we could preach a whole series on this if you're gonna follow jesus there's some stuff you're gonna have to leave behind there's some nets you're gonna have to drop there's some people you're gonna have to cut out of your life there's a job you're gonna have to walk away from there's some things you're going to have to leave christianity without sacrifice is not known in the new testament serving jesus christ will not cost you something it'll cost you everything and you better be willing to pay the price and going on verse 21 from vince he saw other two brethren james the son of zebedee and john his brother in a ship with zebedee's father mending their nets so these guys were fixing the nets and he called them and they immediately left the ship and their father they didn't just leave the ship and the nets they left their dad they're like okay sorry dad you have to finish up we got the roll and they followed him and was that simplistic they got up and they followed him time out your family's not always going to understand your decision to follow jesus but you follow jesus anyhow you follow jesus anyhow and now we got to where we need to get to verse 23 and jesus went about all galilee teaching in their synagogues this was something that he did so often and preaching the gospel of the kingdom and might i say that although it was jesus preaching the gospel you understand the gospel hadn't transpired yet jesus was the gospel personified because we still believe that the power is in the gospel romans 1 16 the death of burial and the resurrection of jesus christ he was preaching the gospel of the kingdom and notice what the results of preaching the gospel of the kingdom happen to be and healing all manner all various kinds of sickness and all manner of disease not just a little bit of sickness but deep huge massive diseases among the people verse 24 and his fame everybody say fame let me tell you something jesus did not come to be famous he came to seeking to say that which was lost luke 19 10 but the things he did caused a stir which built a platform which gave him an opportunity to preach the gospel his fame went throughout all syria and they brought notice that he didn't have to go looking for him he didn't pay anybody to come to the synagogue no he didn't have to beg borrow he didn't have to put on a light show didn't have to have a fog machine didn't have to have the right atmosphere no the bible says and they brought unto him why because his fame spread abroad here's this man that not only preaches a message he has miracles that validate the message that he preaches and they brought unto him all sick people that were taken with divers various diseases and watch this and torments the bible says that fear has torment i can only think of one thing that torments people evil spirits because evil spirits have one goal take your peace steal your joy steal your zeal for the lord and the bible says that they came to him with divers diseases and torments and those which were possessed literally demonized and notice this with devils those which were lunatic which was a result of the devils and of the torment and those that had the palsy which was a result of the devil and the torment and he healed them and acts 10 38 simply says that jesus went about being anointed by the holy ghost doing good laying his hands on everyone that was oppressed of the devil even his healings were a divine manifestation of the ministry of deliverance because nine times out of ten the healing that jesus administered was after he cast out a spirit of infirmity and the bible says that his fame went throughout the entire land now watch what happens in verse 25 because of this and they're following him great multitudes he didn't have a problem with crowds before verse 25. they were already everywhere like a stalled ant-man help us help us save a save us and there followed him great multitudes of people from galilee and from decapolis and we know that's a place that he went where the maniac of gadara showed up and from jerusalem and from judea and from beyond jordan and then seeing the multitudes it goes they're everywhere and i'll tell you something i've learned very very quickly about this short journey that we've been in here at global vision bible church and that is this when people find out that you have somehow tapped into the ministry of offering freedom in christ you don't ever again have to look for people to minister to they just start showing up they're walking up driving up flying in hitchhiking over staying in the parking lot sleeping in the tent the phone's ringing off the hook for mass to lift it's everywhere we go it's all people want to talk about it's all i can think about most nights i can barely even sleep i'm like and i think to myself that in the context of where we are as a church do you realize that we never again have to advertise to get people to come to our church you know god has given us a built-in billboard it's called deliverance ministry we will never again want for people to show up in mass to our church you know why not because i'm some great communicator but because jesus is powerful and people are finding out about that you know i've got dear friends in the deliverance ministry men that i have been able to connect to people that you would know some of the greatest youtubers and people in deliverance ministry they're the wind whirlies and the derek princes of our day right i mean these men of god are amazing and i'm learning from them even some of them younger than me and it's been a beautiful connection to be able to get with some of these men and bring some of them here and learn from them and vice versa but it's interesting that many of them they do mass deliverance three or four times a year and i thank god that they do that you know how many churches on the planet have the privilege of doing mass deliverance every single week and then on top of that still have appointments lined out the door all day long almost every day there's one you see i would go to this church if i didn't pastor it i like this place there's power here it is unbelievable the people that are being set free in the now testimonies that are starting to come in all the haters are like where's all the testimonies i'm like man we're brand new at this they'll start coming in and guess what they roll it in wide open now healings miracles signs wonders people being set free in ways that i never could have imagined but here's why i want to share this with you and we're going to quit amen in jesus name last night and i'm gonna be careful because of the live stream with uh with too many names but anybody that knows anything about the connectivity of my ministry and the people that we run with outside of this church the people that i preach for many of you will know exactly who i'm talking about but there's a tent evangelist that our church supports that i love very dearly that was the origination behind the dream of even putting up a tent he got a big one and i preached for him many many times and even did last night and will continue to do so he's actually probably just finishing up right now unless the invitation is bottlenecked and i'm sure that it probably is for this reason so yesterday we get on the bus and we go to north carolina when i say go to north carolina it's not like where i'll be in north carolina tomorrow night i mean we talk about mountains hoodville mountains north carolina way back up in there and there's this big old tent i don't know maybe 4 500 people showed up last night in the middle of nowhere it's beautiful now here's something you need to know about your pastor and this is this is a good rule of thumb for everybody so let me give you a shepherding moment i do not go into other churches and disrespect the house because not everybody is where we are with deliverance you understand that right so a lot of people they'll come to some church and they'll be like oh pastor you're going to do deliverance tonight i'm like probably not because this pastor doesn't understand it and i'm not going to show up and mess up the house i'm going to respect god's man where he is in his understanding because i've not always been where i am now if it just breaks plum out he wants me to do it that's a whole nother deal but i'm not just going to show up and start offering deliverance for everybody just because people are watching online just you know come here and you can get some deliverance but at the end of the day i can't just show up at every church i preach at and expect them to allow me to do that because they're not there yet and that's okay that'll make them bad people they've just not been too exposed to what we've been exposed to because after all you got to see it to believe it sometimes but so we're there last night and i i never close when i preach with him he always has me preach first but he said he went on the platform he said i want you to i want you to clean up tonight i want you to you know do the whatever you do the grand slam i'll load the bases and so he did man like 25 30 people got saved it was beautiful i preached a simple message that i've preached for years it's been a long time since i preached it i preached don't know what is your name from genesis chapter 32. what about deliverance or just what is your name right kiki's favorite sermon as you can tell and so i got finished gave the invitation simple no different i've done this a thousand times plus some so me and greg and alex we go back to the back table and we got the books and i'm taking pictures with people and shaking hands praying with folks the the same drill meet and greet all of it well most people are leaving the tent there's maybe 30 35 people up towards the front there's a little bit of a ruckus i know what it was so this guy's assistant comes back and he says we we need you up here i said who does and he called the guy's name i said what does he need he said there's a woman up here full of the devil i said now look i didn't show up for this they just find us now i'm like where you been i said so you sure because i'm not going to disrespect you sure he wants me to come up there and and dude oh yeah he don't know what to do no nobody knows what to do i said oh we know just what to do we know what we're doing we know what to do and i said i just want to make sure it's going to be okay y'all just going to get out the way y'all clear the tarmac we about to fly this plane all over this building so i'm sure enough he's like yeah he said it's an emergency and i thought okay let's roll with it so i walked over there sure enough she was sitting on the little altar bench man she was tore up from the floor she is full-blown manifested i was like this might be wild up in this baptist house so i just i just started real simple i didn't go crazy look then demons can hear you ain't got to yell at them they got better here than you do and so i just got that and i just i started talking what's your name my name is jennifer and so i just got to talk i said now jennifer look i know this is going to seem like i'm talking to you but i ain't i'm talking to what's in you bam and we just went after her she got to doing that whole deal you're not ideas i've seen it too many times at this point and so it didn't take us very long to figure out what we had on the run and so i just i just did my normal deal alex stood over and prayed greg put that bible on her back she's like put that bible on me you think it's like gasoline like throwing strict night on somebody or something she's writhing around she's throwing up at the altar we're taking cedar chips and covering it up you know she's like alex like i'm like it's all good just let them see it that's all right and so she's writhing around come to find out that it was a forgiveness of her daddy issue that opened the door and united and anybody that's worked with us knows that sometimes those demons will keep them from talking and i was like i need you to forgive your daddy i can't i said you're going to and so we bound that thing up she forgave her daddy and it came out with a horrid scream she was all hot and sweaty i mean i was rolling back right here like a little serpent you know that people watch it online they're like man that stuff he's talking about is crazy listen we see that before lunch around here like every day and so she just got like freedom in christ and just just began to weep right we laid hands on her and we prayed so she got up she's like smiling got her color back you know can i get a selfie you know i get a picture am i am i lying so then what i want to tell you about happened and that's why i'm telling you we're going to be done and now i'm trying to get emotional about it because my journey is still very uh very fresh i still get very emotional about the journey that god sent us on of all the churches on the planet that he could entrust with this he saw fit to allow us to be a part of it this is the awakening the world's been waiting on i can promise you that right now this is the awakening the world's been waiting on this is the defeating of the power of darkness and so i didn't pay any attention to the fact that my buddy who owns the tent and runs the meeting that i wasn't going to disrespect because i love him and he's my friend i had no idea that he was just standing off to the side watching this whole thing he walked up wide as a bed sheet i mean we talked about full-time evangelism fills up tents all over america he's been preaching a lot good preacher seen thousands of people saved bible on his arm has glasses on i mean he was just like stunned like he'd hit him in the mouth with a ball bat or something he couldn't even talk for a second but when he did it was everything i needed to hear it was the breakthrough that i'd been waiting on in his life buford he looked at me and he said i'm ashamed i'm ashamed he said i've never seen anything like that in my whole life and i grew up in a pastor's own he said i have never in my life seen such a radical deliverance transformation so obvious he said it happened before my very eyes i have been lied to he said i cannot unsee haven't we said that a thousand times i cannot unsee what i have seen which time out this is the one thing that bothers me about this debate we got coming up i begged him to come to a sunday night deliverance service before we had the debate and he refuses to because he knows he's going to see something that's going to screw his theology all up and he ain't going to have nothing to debate about and he just stood there stupefied and began to just say wow and then his assistant is like what i'm wrecked he's like i'm ruined i will never be able to go back from this he said i go sleep all night preacher and he didn't he texted me at 3 30 in the morning with the wide-eyed emoji i mean he's just like wrote he's like man he's like i i might as well just have you come back to the tent just do a whole full-blown deliverance service i said you lose all your friends then praise god you might as well just go ahead and jump in just baptize you right in demon exorcisms and he just kept saying i just i've never seen anything like this i've seen people get saved i've seen converts get baptized i've seen things happen i've never seen this he said i'm blown away and i was like got the hook in his mouth now no going back you see once you see something like that here's your choice move forward in it or ignore it and be disobedient to what you just saw that's the only choice you've got you have no other choice you have no other choice so what i'm finding is that what he's about to find out he never gonna have to look for another crowd to fill that tent up because guess what happened today they text us this morning in the group text one of the men that goes to our church that's up there working sound for him he said y'all pray this brother's messed up by the way they're gonna be off on sunday mother's day and they were already coming that day to be a part of the celebration and i said let me tell you he said oh no you ain't gonna tell me we sitting in mass deliverance he said i got to see this on a big scale so they told us this morning they said he's messed up he said y'all pray for him tonight he can't get deliverance off his mind i said listen i know where he's at i know what happened the first day i saw it it blew me away and so they said you pray for him because tonight he's preaching on the maniac of gadara in mark chapter five and we're gonna see if deliverance will break out they probably in full blown deliverance mode right now don't even know what they're doing and demons probably flopping all over that tent he's probably like ah what am i gonna do get us on facetime we'll help you out in jesus name out oh you'll baptist pastor out in jesus name but all that to say it was like i knew what he felt last night it it was so raw he's like how did it start for you i said well i'm glad you asked and i told him you've heard the story and when i walked away i called my wife and i cried on the phone and i said he got it and the lord said let me tell you why that was special tonight because it wasn't under y'all's tent when it happened it was under his tent when it happened and he watched a woman get full blown deliverance and freedom in christ and he will never be the same and that blesses me that god would entrust this church with such a message you remember just before all this stuff broke out i preached a sermon on guarding the glory of god guarding it we got to be careful not to overlook what the lord doing in this house it's not anything we deserve it's not anything we worked for and earned but the world is watching this tent front page news stories about demons people in belief and people in disbelief and in laughter and in mockery but it's being talked about it's being talked about and then of all things and we pray a man of god missionary that we already support that's done more for the gospel in india than any thousand pastors in america has ever done a whole lifetime a spiritual man spirit-filled man a gospel preaching man a bold courageous man of god got 500 pastors under him that's a big deal and i'm going to be honest with you and i hadn't even told him this yet you know we're we're from a lot of the same world denominationally fellowship-wise and i told my wife on sunday i said honey brother paul's gonna come to uh mass deliverance tonight and he's like in india and he sees all that stuff and i hope he don't think we crazy i still worry about that sometimes right like i i i hope he sees the genuineness behind what we're trying to do that's a little nervous about that and then on monday morning he spoke up during prayer time said i got to give a testimony you been heard it he said i've never been in a service like that in my whole life in my whole life and you know what moved him the most when ty was up here and she was listing things because we go back and forth she began to call out demonic spirits that most people in america would ignore but they're consumed with because of yoga and all that eastern mysticism and hinduism that they're involved in and we begin to call out gods that his people are corrupted by and he said i was amazed when you and your wife with authority would say get out in jesus name and he said the demons from my country would leave people in your tent and he was amazed at the power in the room don't you ever take that for granted there's power in this place power power power wonder work and power in the blood of jesus there is power so i've kept myself subdued tonight a little bit because i just wanted to be able to share with you what happened to me last night because that was a full circle moment when he walked up in his eyes bugging out of his head and said i'm ashamed myself i said join the club i've been there and never again will that ministry ever be the same unless he just simply chooses to ignore it and i don't think that he will and i called his name and i hugged him and i told him i loved him when i left and i said we'll tell you what you do mash the gas mash a gas son don't back up mash the gas and stir them all up in the name of jesus amen church father thank you for the love of the lord jesus thank you for the gospel thank you that devils still flee at the name of jesus and may we never ever be embarrassed to expose the kingdom of darkness because i've never found anything in my life in ministry that proves the validity of the bible more than watching people get delivered in the name of jesus bless tonight what we've heard all over the world and we'll thank you for it in jesus name and all of god's people shout it out i love you guys you are dismissed god bless you we'll see you saturday night for prairie meetings see you sunday morning for church and sunday night six
