Prosperity is a gift that God has given you. Prosperity is not money, is wholeness. It's wholeness and it's holistic because it includes more than just finances.

All right? Prosperity is received just like righteousness is received. You receive it finished, done, and complete. Wholeness and prosperity doesn't happen through your striving. It happens through your alignment with the finished works of Jesus Christ. And you see it as something that has been gifted to you by God's grace.

Everybody on the bus? All right. So, here are four things you might want to do in order to have devotion towards this. Number one, two words, I've already said it, believing and resting in your identity in Christ. That keeps coming up. Believing and resting in your identity in Christ.

In other words, knowing that you are already blessed. And when you know that you're already blessed, it keeps you from striving. Ephesians chapter 1 and 3, when you know you're already blessed, it keeps you from trying to get blessed. Say out loud, I I am blessed. Now. So, when you know you're already blessed, that'll that'll keep you from trying to get blessed.

Ephesians 1 and 3 says, "Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath already past tense blessed us, empowered." That's what word blessed means to it be The word The word blessed means empowered to have success. All right? So, he has already blessed us or empowered us to have success, and he blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ Jesus.

Already done. It's finished. It's completed. It can't be undone. It's already done, waiting on you to embrace it. And so, what he's looking for here is, will you believe that you're already prosperous, that you're already blessed, and will you rest in that? That's a finished work. Nobody ever told me that prosperity was a finished work.

It's a finished work. I thought you had to do all of these little weird things in order to prosper. The thing you have to do is release your faith and say, "I believe I receive the gift of prosperity." Just like you said, "I believe I receive I'm righteous."

Just like you said, "I believe I receive I'm forgiven." Just like you say, "I believe I receive I'm healed." You receive that. You embrace that. And whenever you start, you know, doubting it, then you you you you labor to stay at rest. So, how what do I labor to stay at rest?

I go and I read the scriptures about I'm already blessed. I I I make confessions I'm already blessed. I I I find somebody that I can give to already blessed. I I challenge myself and say, "Yeah, I trust God's care of me, so I'm I'm willing to be generous in an area that the spirit of God leads me to or I feel like I need to be involved in."

Believe and rest. Say it. Believe and rest. What am I believing? What am I resting in? I am believing and I am resting that prosperity is a finished work. Amen. Number two, renewing your mind to grace. Renewing your mind to grace. In other words, you're continually aligning your thoughts with the truth of the new covenant.

Uh you're continually to do that. I continue to to to get my mind set that this is a finished work. I'm lining myself up with that. The The efforts The redeemed efforts The efforts you use to keep yourself in line with the finished works of Jesus, those are absolutely so very important.

I got to renew my mind in the grace of God. Romans 12 and 2, in the King James and in the mirror. Again, I I just want to just just harp on this. He says, "And be not conformed to this world, be transformed." How am I transformed? By the renewing of your mind.

How do I renew my mind? You follow what I'm saying? I I renew my mind by exchanging my thoughts, my ideas, my opinions with the the thoughts of God, the ideas of God, and all that can be found in the word. Renew your mind. Why? So, you can prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

And then in the mirror, in the same thing, he says, "Do not allow current religious traditions to mold you into its pattern of reasoning." Current religious traditions. >> [clears throat] >> Uh you heard me say that. Like tithing. Okay, I'll I said it. Current religious tradition to mold you into this this thing.

Like an inspired artist, give attention to the details of God's desire to find expression in you. Okay, I'll do that, Lord. Lord just told me, he says, "Well, you said it, now I want you to explain it." All right, please listen to me. Listen to me just one little simple time.

Just just about uh over the subject of tithing. The word tithe means 10th. 10th. 10th. It's 10%. That's what it means, 10%. All right. It's not some magical word that dropped out of heaven. It's 10%. Right? You follow me? Now, most people, when they hear you're not obligated to tithe under the new covenant, they hear you're not obligated to give.

Tithe doesn't mean give. Tithe is 10% of your giving. It doesn't mean give. It's 10%. We made it such a catch word. Oh, well, I'm a tither. All you just told me is that you give 10%. Are you following me? You give 10%. So, when I say things like what I just said, it's like they have made giving 10% They've made giving 10% a duty and an obligation to give 10%.

IT'S YOUR DUTY TO give 10%. IT'S YOUR OBLIGATION to give 10%. NOW, LISTEN. THERE'S NOTHING WRONG WITH GIVING 10% of your of YOUR OF YOUR WHATEVER. THERE'S NOTHING WRONG WITH IT. IT'S A PERCENTAGE. THERE'S NOTHING EVIL ABOUT GIVING 10%. >> [laughter] >> YOU CAN DO THAT. HOWEVER, IN THE NEW COVENANT, it says, "I want to TAKE YOU OUT OF OBLIGATION and duty, and I want to take you to devotion and love.

NOW, I WANT YOU GIVING OUT OF YOUR HEART. AND WHEN YOU GIVE OUT OF YOUR HEART, IT'S PROBABLY GOING TO BE MORE THAN 10%. And for OTHER PEOPLE, IT MIGHT BE 8% BECAUSE OF WHAT'S GOING ON IN THEIR LIFE. BUT HE SAYS, "I WANT OUT OF YOUR HEART.

I DON'T WANT YOU TO BE STUCK WITH THE DUTY OF ONLY GIVING 10%. I WANT YOU TO GIVE OUT OF YOUR HEART." AND SO, I I LEARNED THAT AND I STARTED DOING IT BEFORE I TAUGHT I STARTED TEACHING IT TO YOU. IN THE NEW COVENANT, HE SAYS, "I want you to give generously.

And I don't want you to just learn how to give at church. I want you to give generously. Maybe when you meet somebody on the street or maybe, you know, I met a guy on the street trying to build his business up. And he was selling some smell good body butter.

And I I just saw him, you know, YOUNG BLACK GUY UP THERE TRYING TO MAKE A BUSINESS. AND I SAID, "HEY, MAN, COME HERE. HERE." And I put a hundred dollars in his hand. He said, "What He said, "What's this for?" I said, "I just wanted to bless you."

He said, "Well, here." He He said, "AIN'T YOU CREFLO DOLLAR?" OH, OH, KNOW ME NOW, DON'T YOU? AND HE GAVE me two little things and then I was with my girls in Tampa. I said, "Hey, y'all. Come over here, man. This young man trying to do a business."

And they all came in. "Ooh, I like that." And he just got blessed and blessed and then I got blessed seeing them blessing him. So, I blessed him with another hundred. YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT I'M SAYING? I'M NOT GETTING CAUGHT IN SOME religious scheme about the tithe or 10% And then you go in the New Testament and you hear all these things people saying I can't find it in the Bible no more.

You know, the Bible says when you tithe you honor God. Where did it at? >> [laughter] >> Where did How many scriptures you had to put together to say that? Or who said that? Are you still getting your knowledge from what somebody said? Because if you're getting your knowledge from what somebody said, it ain't ever going to be enough.

But the point I'm trying to make is YOU GOT TO STOP living by borrowed light. You got to have a relationship with Jesus Christ. You got to get some revelation from Jesus. What is Jesus said to you? WHAT IS JESUS SAYING TO YOU? ALL RIGHT, that'll go viral.

Y'all follow what I'm saying? Prosperity or wholeness is about every area of your life. And you cannot keep getting caught up in these weird fables about how you ought to give. It's easy how you ought to give. You ought to give out of your heart as the spirit of God leads you to give.

And when you find out what he's already done and given to you, you want to be generous. Y'all getting what I'm saying? So, become acquainted with perfection to accommodate yourself to the delight and the good pleasure of him. If you accommodate yourself to that, that will transform your thoughts afresh from within.

Time for the religious games to stop. I don't know about y'all, but I am so tired of religion. I just I don't I don't I'm just tired of religion. I'm just tired of all of this stuff. I'm just tired of all of the everybody trying to get one up on somebody and somebody Well, you know, I don't agree with that because the the theology school I learned this.

I mean, I'm glad you did, but we probably all missed it somewhere and God will straighten us all out when we get there, but there's one area we shouldn't be missing it on and that's the area of love and prayer. Love people and pray for people. Make room for the faults of other people.

That's where we can't miss it. We can't miss it in our love walk. And so you mad AT SOMEBODY CUZ Y'ALL DON'T agree doctrinally. Hebrews 13 and 9. Renew your mind to grace. That's the second one. Renew your mind to grace continually aligning your thoughts with the truth of the new covenant.

It prevents you from slipping into self-effort. The truth of the new covenant. Here's what he said in King James in the mirror. He said, "Be not carried about with divers and strange doctrines." You know what we just talked about? I'm so glad God hooked that thing up like that.

You know, it justified everything I say it, right? Be not carried about with divers and different strange doctrines or teachings. That's what that means. For it is a good thing that the heart be established with grace. Not all these strange doctrines. You got to study this word, guys.

You can't be satisfied with what you already know because there's more to know. And there's clarity to what you know. And what you thought you knew, you're going to find out later on you didn't know it as well as you thought you know it. So, keep growing. DON'T DON'T DON'T STOP GROWING BECAUSE WELL, I AM A PREACHER or I go to church or I'm at World Changers and I've been saved for 30 years and I found out there you can you can teach a old dog some new tricks.

I'm not calling nobody a dog. I'm just referring to myself. Cuz I'm not going to get mad at me and I'm not going to walk by me and not speak to me. I'm just talking to myself. It is a good thing that the heart be established in grace and not in the doctrines of meats which have not profited them that have occupied therein.

Got to stop playing church. Got to got to stop being satisfied with what you heard somebody else say. You got to get in this yourself and you got to get a personal relationship with Jesus yourself. You got to know him yourself so you'll quit saying I heard him say that.

I heard that. You need to read it yourself. You need to study it yourself. You need to do it. I don't care how long you you will look at scripture. You will thought all your life it said it. I'll tell you one that I looked at the other day and and and and Andrew Wommack was was teaching on it.

And it was the one about speaking the truth in love. I really only I I really only wanted to use that when I wanted to tell you something about yourself and I'm going to tell the truth now. So, I'm going to speak the truth in love now. Y'all know what I'm talking about?

That's not what he's talking about. He's mostly be talking about teachers and stuff that says and I If you love the people you're teaching, you won't water it down. You'll speak the truth. You won't be concerned about what's going to happen to you. You'll speak the truth. You won't be concerned about your bag.

You'll speak the truth. And that's what led me here. I'm like, I got to tell them that this is not a New Testament way of giving. Even though I had all those years of saying opposite. I love you too much to leave you in a in a dark place that I led you in.

And when the light comes to me, I want to share that light with people I love. That's all. I'm not debating here. You're You're not going to find me on a podcast debating the scripture. You're not going to find me on TV debating the scriptures. I'm too grown for that.

I ain't got time for that. But if you ever want to really know, ooh, if you could see my everyday life and peace and intimacy with my loved ones, then you would know what I'm preaching is proof. But I can't tell you cuz everybody can't handle it. You can't handle it.

I wish you could, but you can't. Paul struggled when he said, "I'm trying not to brag, but y'all y'all going to make me. I was I'm a Pharisee of Pharisees. I'm Jewish by birth. I'm this. I'm that. I'm this and this and that." Cuz this stuff has gotten ridiculous.

People are not reading the Bible anymore. They're not reading what the word is saying. Number three. We've got to get a devotion to generosity from a place of trust. Generosity from a place of trust. Giving becomes a response to God's supply, not a means to earn more. My giving is a response to God's supply.

It is not a means to earn more. It's a response. I'm responding to the fact that of his care for me. I'm responding to the fact that prosperity is a finished work. That wholeness is a finished work. I'm responding. See you see what I'm saying? If if if you if you receive and embrace that, you can now respond without fear.

You can you can respond generously. You're you're ready to release the supply that belongs to somebody else because you're not trying to earn something. You're responding from something. Because I am whole. Nothing missing and nothing broken. I can respond as the Holy Spirit leads and as you in your heart decide to do, I can respond.

But I'll tell you what, when you're a million dollars in debt and don't know if you're going to have a job next week and don't know how you're going to make it, it's hard to respond to anybody anywhere. I want to bless the waitress, but I I don't know.

And that's why you need the Holy Ghost so you would so you'll know. Hallelujah. Look at 2 Corinthians 9. Well, we read it, but let's read it again. Let's read 2 Corinthians 9:8 through 11. Uh let's read it in the mirror for the sake of time. Generosity. Say this out loud.

Generosity brings abundance. Generosity from a place of trust. You can't You can't be generous [clears throat] from a place of doubt. From a place of of of wondering if if God cares for you. Our giving is our giving is a celebration of God's care for me. Our giving is a celebration of of of God's wholeness in my life.

It's impossible Second Corinthians 9:8, it's impossible to exaggerate the dimensions and details of the grace of God. Plunge into the extravagance of grace where he exhibits the extreme dynamics of his bountiful dealings with us. We are already advantaged far beyond any calculation of personal merit to be completely self-sufficient at all times in every possible situation that we might face.

Good Lord, have mercy. So, my attitude is I'm equipped for whatever. Sickness, come on. Financial need, come on. I need a material need, come on. I'm already equipped for anything that could possibly come my way. And that's what we got to get equipped in. That's what we got to embrace that God is my supply house.

God is my source. AND YOU NEED TO THAT'S GOT TO BECOME REAL to you. THERE'S GOT TO BE SOMETHING IN YOUR LIFE THAT'S EVIDENCE THAT I DID THIS, I TRUSTED GOD, HE PROVED THAT HE WAS MY SOURCE, I'M NEVER GOING TO NOT TRUST HIM AGAIN. AND THEN PEOPLE GET MAD AT YOU WHEN SOMETHING GOING ON AND YOU SAY, "IT'LL BE ALL RIGHT.

GOD GOT US." YEAH, YEAH, I KNOW YOU'VE BEEN OUT RELIGIOUS EVERYTHING. YOU TELL THEM, "I'M NOT BEING RELIGIOUS. THIS CAME OUT OF A PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP WITH JESUS CHRIST. I'M TELLING YOU WHAT I KNOW. I'M TELLING YOU WHAT I HAVE SEEN." >> [sighs] >> The overflow thereof of ample supply, it amply supplies the needs the overflow.

I need to stop right there. God, where you're concerned, is always talking about a overflow. So, we're not talking about God saying, "I have just what you need." HE'S ALWAYS TALKING ABOUT, "I HAVE JUST WHAT YOU need and more." CUZ HE WANTS TO USE YOU IN SOMEBODY ELSE'S LIFE.

HE SAID, "The overflow thereof amply supplies the needs of others in many creative ways to do good." To do good out of your heart. That's what That's what he wants. And what I want is to continue to teach people so they can start applying these things in their everyday lives so it's not coming to church and hearing a word and going back and saying, "Ooh, that was good.

Ooh, that word. Oh Lord, have mercy. Oh that That ain't what we talking about." I want you so hungry for the things of God that if it's sleet outside, you you going to get a sled to see how you can get to church. >> [laughter] >> But everybody not like that.

They're growing. They'll get there. There's some people like you know, yeah, you know, that was boring. CUZ I'M NOT putting on a show? YOU'RE NOT GOING TO GET NO SHOW. YOU CAME HERE SO I CAN DROP SOME KNOWLEDGE ON YOU SO YOU CAN GO AND STUDY AND THEN APPLY IT IN YOUR LIFE.
