The gift of righteousness try to flow through you and you're doubting your identity, it won't be long before you'll start doubting that you're the righteousness of God.

If if if if healing wants to flow through you, but you're doubting you're doubting your identity, you're going back to say, "Well, I wasn't too good yesterday. But the other day was kind of hard." Then it it has a problem flowing because you doubt who you are. Whatever gifts that God has presented towards you, including your salvation, if you can question your identity, you will question the gifts.

You will question everything that God has done for you and everything that God wants to give you. Right now, my most my my biggest thing is trying to convince people that they are who the word says that they are. And you keep trying to measure that based on human standards and not based on spiritual standards.

I am who he says I am. And I tell you, if you get a hold of that, behavior starts changing. All of a sudden, you don't want that weed no more. All of a sudden, you don't want to hop in the bed with everybody no more. All of a sudden, you're not walking around mean cussing everybody out no more.

Why? Cuz that's not you. You see how this works? See, here's what I know what the devil's been doing. He's been saying, "You're a hypocrite. You're going around talking about you RIGHTEOUS AND YOU KNOW WHAT YOU did last night." See, that's when that's when you can really rise up and what you say you believe AND SAY, "I AM THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF GOD EVEN THOUGH THAT DUMB DECISION I MADE LAST NIGHT, I'M THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF GOD."

CUZ YOUR RIGHTEOUSNESS IS NOT BASED ON WHAT YOU DO. YOUR RIGHTEOUSNESS IS BASED ON WHAT JESUS has already done. Yeah, but you better get that but out of the way and go and be righteous. All right? So, believing and resting in your identity in Christ, knowing that you're already blessed, knowing that you're already blessed and that you don't have to keep striving from for something that you already are and that you already have.

So, as I believe and rest in my identity, then I also will continue to walk in wholeness and walk in prosperity because through my identity, I already have. I'm not trying to strive to get. I already am and I already have. If you understand that you're on the bus, say amen.

All right, number two. Renewing your mind to grace is number two. Renewing your mind to grace. Renewing your mind to grace. Go to Hebrews 13 nine in the King James and then in the mirror. Renewing your mind to grace. Now, that's important. If if you're going to continue to walk in wholeness, if you're going to continue to walk in this prosperity, nothing missing, nothing broken, you got to renew your mind to grace.

Renewing the mind is not a one-time event. Renewing the mind is a lifetime process. Okay? Renewing the mind is exchanging your thoughts, your traditional way of thinking, your religion, uh your opinion and line up with God's thoughts and and God's opinion and what God has to say about you.

Renewing the mind is something that happens every day. The most important thing you can do as a human being is to get born again or acknowledge who you are in Christ. Cuz basically, sinners are people who don't know who they are. They're in they're blind to who they are.

And uh now you recognize who you are. All right, so now it's time to renew your mind, to get involved in that process of renewing your mind. And that's that's happening all the time. So, you got to be a student of grace your whole life cuz I'm constantly renewing my mind.

You you you you should never say, "My mind's renewed." No, it's renewing. It's renewing because you acted a little you had some nice nasty yesterday. I saw you. It's renewing. Okay? You know, when you get tired, you ain't had no sleep and somebody want to come and ask this dumb question, you like, "Look."

Uh-oh. Here it go. "Look." My wife was on the phone the other day. We was talking to insurance about some some damage needed to be to be needed to be fixed and and and and I I told the man first of all, I said, "Listen, right now my wife's dealing with some stuff.

You might want to And he kept talking. And and she and then she was answering slowly, "Yes." And then he kept talking and her mouth did like like this. I said, I said, "Give me the phone, baby. Give me the phone. Give me the phone." She had me walking around for the last month saying, "We listen, but we don't judge."

Cuz every time I started to judge, she said, "We listen and what?" And we don't judge. I said, "Dog, I feel like I'm in the third grade." All right, look at this. Be not carried about with divers or different strange doctrines or teachings. For it is a good thing that your heart be watch this, established with grace.

Not with the doctrines about meats and all that. It's a good thing for your heart to be established with grace. Now, say this out loud. It's a good thing for my heart to be established with grace. Now, look at the same verse of scripture in the mirror translation.

It's a good thing for my heart to be established with grace. Now, look at this in the mirror. Ooh, boy. Put your seat belts on on this one. Do not be swayed by distracting speculations. A lot of speculations going on in the body of Christ. Any influence foreign to what grace communicates, even if it seems very entertaining and carries the Christian label, that influence is to be shunned.

FEAST ON GRACE. DO NOT dilute your diet with legalism. There is no nourishment left in the law. WHAT'S THE USE OF BEING BUSY, but not blessed? And that's what a LOT OF PEOPLE THINK WHEN IT COMES TO WHOLENESS, WHEN IT COMES TO PROSPERITY. WHAT'S THE USE OF BEING BUSY in your own striving, mixing things, mixing the law with grace?

And that's what most of the church lives by now. They live by a mixture. They mix what Jesus has finished with what they trying to get finished again. WHAT'S THE USE OF BEING BUSY, BUT NOT BLESSED? I TOLD YOU WE START AT THE FINISH LINE. WE DON'T START AT THE STARTING LINE.

WE START AT THE FINISH LINE. WE START OFF BLESSED. WE DON'T START OFF TRYING TO GET BLESSED. WE START OFF BLESSED. WE DON'T START OFF TRYING TO GET VICTORY. WE COME FROM VICTORY, PRAISE GOD. WE GO FROM VICTORY TO VICTORY. WE GO FROM BLESSED TO BLESSED. WE WE GO FROM GRACE TO GRACE.

YOUR STARTING LINE IS THE FINISH LINE. Everybody on the bus? Ha. I was in Omaha and I was talking and somebody said, "We on the bus." I said, "My goodness." I sure needed cuz I was lost. I I was just talking and then I got to a point and I said, "Uh and he's, "WE ON THE BUS."

I SAID, I I NEED TO GET ON THE bus with you. So renewing your mind to grace and what happens when you start renewing your mind to this grace you continually align your thoughts with the truth of the new covenant, okay? And when you do that, that prevents you from slipping into self-effort trying to get done what's already been done.

Trying to get prosperity when it's already finished. Trying to get wholeness when it's already done. Number three. Number three. To continue walking in this wholeness, to continue to walk in this prosperity number three, you need devotion to watch this, generosity from a place of trust. Now we're getting into some stuff now.

Generosity from a place of trust. What I'm saying is it's hard to be generous when you don't trust that God takes care of you. It's not going to happen. It's going to hard to be generous when you when you doubt you know, is there going to be enough for me?

In other words, your giving becomes a response to God's supply. Not a means to earn more. You're responding to God's supply. I can be generous and that's a response to God's supply. It's also a labor. You know the Bible says Hebrews 4, labor to rest. What he is saying is that's a labor.

That's a labor to keep you in alignment. To rest means to just stay in alignment, to stay in trust with with what God has already done for you. And so we're giving from a place of trust. We're giving from a place of of of understanding that we can trust God that he's already taken care of us.

He's already prospered us. He's already made us whole. So if I become devoted to generosity from a place of trust. Some people when offering time comes this is the scariest moment of their of their visit to church. You know? I remember I remember that story we we read about the rich young ruler.

And uh when they when they when Jesus told him give all you have and and and and come and follow me, the Bible said he was sad at that saying. And I said, that's just like some people at church. Uh when I say opportunity for prosperity, they were sad at that saying.

Please hear what I'm saying. Giving and being generous from a place of trust. That I can give cuz I trust God. Now, the human experience will say that's foolish. But you're giving out your heart. And I'm going to show you the next part is is is importance of the Holy Spirit involved in this.

But this is going to keep you in a place where you can continue to walk in what he's already done. I'm responding to God's supply. Not a means to earn more. See, we give because we thought that was the means to earn more. Again, we're trying to do our self-effort trying to perfect what's already perfect.

Okay? And so the key here, in fact, let me read the scripture to you. Second Corinthians 9 verses 8 through 11 in the Passion Translation. And we we we we did deal with that this morning. I want you to write this down. Generosity brings abundance. It brings abundance.

Is it bringing abundance because you're generous? No, it's bringing abundance because you're at rest in what he's already done. And and you give because you're at rest. Your problem with giving's always because you're not at rest in his supply. The day you figure it out, you're going to say, I will never again be afraid of any type of shortage that tries to knock on the door making me think that God has ceased to take care of me.

Well, they take social security away. Well, God's your security. He's your heavenly security. If they don't get If they don't If you don't have your social security, he's your heavenly security. You won't know what I'm teaching you until you decide to do what I'm teaching you. As long as you're sitting wondering, hm, that's what See, cuz I'm doing this.

WHEN MY WHEN I WHEN I MADE MY GENEROUS offering this morning, I DIDN'T EVEN SWEAT. WHY? BECAUSE my supply is intact. I'm supposed to be generous. Now you can talk about me and dog me out about what I drive and how I live, but why do you think that happened?

How do you think that happened? I'M I'M ALREADY PROSPEROUS. I'M ALREADY WHOLE. THERE'S NOTHING MISSING and and broken IN MY LIFE. WHATEVER I need to do whatever God tell me to do, THEN HE PROVIDES it for me because I am secure in what he's ALREADY GIFTED AND DONE for me.

His care of me IS PARAMOUNT. HIS CARE OF ME IS SETTLED. HIS CARE OF ME IS ALREADY DONE. HIS CARE OF ME CAN'T BE UNDONE. I LIVE IN THE REALM OF THE FINISHED, PRAISE GOD. I DON'T COME OUT OF THAT REALM. You can't WALK WITH SOMEBODY GOT AND NOT BE WILLING TO DO WHAT they do.

My peace my relationships Glory to God, my security in who I am. Huh? Glory to God. I don't go around everywhere I go, oh law. Better duck every time you hear some act I'm secure. I'm secure. And if you don't get that where you can start walking in this you ain't never going to know.

And you know what you're going to be subject to? You're going to be subject to only what you know or what you heard about it. And what you know about it probably wrong. And what you heard about it probably ain't the whole picture to it. And then you stuck in the human experience of trying to deal with all of your needs instead of understanding that I'm a spirit going through a human experience.

And because of who I know I am, I will conquer and defeat the things that come through me through this human experience. They were clapping but some of them were like Look at this. Yes, God is more than ready to overwhelm you with every form of grace. So that you will have more than enough of everything.

Every moment. In every way. He will make you overflow with abundance in every good thing you do. Some people ain't got it yet cuz they still hear money when they hear prosperity. They don't hear God giving them peace. God giving them sleep. They don't hear that their relationships are going to start working right.

They don't hear that they're going to be sound in every area. They don't hear that life is better. It is whole. You keep hearing money. IT'S ANOTHER TRICK. YOU DON'T HEAR WHOLENESS. And that's why you got to renew your mind and it's got to be a process. Now I'm going to do everything I know to do.

But I can only control what I can control. And I can't control your decision to change. You got to do that. You can stay just like you are if you want to. But you will not be able to go to heaven and say, my pastor never showed me that prosperity and wholeness was a finished work.

You know where I'm going to be? Behind that behind that throne. I'm going to stick my head out and say, you's a lie. You didn't want to do it or you thought you just knew You You know, some people think they know more than everybody else. So I can't do nothing.

I I can only control what I control. I can't I can't do nothing. ALL I CAN DO IS JUST keep hollering and screaming and keep teaching and keep expanding these these series and and and and and and somebody had a problem with me preaching series. Y'all know I'll be preaching series.

Uh there's just too much going on. I'm like I said, man, I got I got life rules. You know, I ain't chasing nobody. That's my life rule. I ain't chasing you. If you want to come, come. If you don't want to come, you do what you got to do.

But life rule number one, don't chase somebody because you waste too much energy on somebody that want to leave while you're giving less energy to somebody that's already here and want to learn. I ain't got Don't go chasing. I think I said that. Yeah, I didn't know the word.

Trying to Come on, Ken. Please me. You know, I think I I don't I I >> [laughter] >> I told Ted I said, Ken know the words and them things. Number four. This is big. Number four. If you want to continue to walk in wholeness and prosperity, you have to have a devotion towards seeking intimacy with God over seeking formulas.

Seeking intimacy with God over seeking formulas. This is talking about your nearness with God. You want to begin to continue to walk in wholeness. You want to continue to walk in prosperity. Intimacy with God. Now, somebody Yeah, I heard that loud and clear. Somebody sitting up here thinking like, "Man, are are you teaching self-effort?"

No, self-effort is me trying to release effort to try to do what's already finished. That effort has been redeemed. We're talking about permitted effort. Effort to do things to increase your intimacy. God ain't going to make you do nothing to increase your your intimacy with him. We're talking about prayer.

God ain't going to make you prayer pray. We're talking about sitting in his presence. God's That's going to require what I call redeemed effort. It's different from self-effort trying to do stuff to be righteous. Well, that's already finished. Trying to do stuff to be healed. Well, you're already healed.

Trying to do stuff to be redeemed. You know, you get on the cross and put tape around your wrist and saying, you know, No, no, no. You don't need to do what Jesus has already done. Your job is maintain what Jesus has already done. But, the labor involved in resting in finished works is the labor of aligning yourself with what's already done.

And that labor looks like this. I'm going to meditate on the word. He ain't going to make you meditate on the word. That's my effort. I'm going to pray. He's not going to make you pray. I'm going to to confess the word every day. He's not going to make you confess the word every day.

These are things that we do in our devotion to God to enhance our relationship. So, what happens? We are now responding to the finished works of Jesus through our prayer, our worship, our devotion, our sitting in his presence, our growth, our relational growth with him. All of those things.

So, when people say that there there's no more effort in the New Testament, there's no more effort in the New Testament when it comes to all of the finished works of Jesus, but there is effort when it comes to responding and participating in the finished works of Jesus by increasing your intimacy, sitting in the presence of God, doing those things that God's not going to do because it's going to require effort on your part to do those things to increase the relationship, the intimacy, and all those other areas.

Does everybody understand? Amen. Okay, so, intimacy over formulas. Intimacy over formulas. It's amazing to me people think that, "Well, I GOT THE FIVE WAYS TO DO THIS. I HAD A FORMULA TO DO THIS." And then you're dis- you're disappointed because now you're back into a transactional relationship with God.

And you've relinquished your relational relationship with God. Let me Let me please let me let me make sure you understand. Your transactional relationship is I got to do this in order to get that. Transactional relationship says, "I got to be good in order for to get God's good."

But, a relational relationship says, "I am in relationship WITH GOD, AND BECAUSE he's good and I'm in relationship with him, I'M GOING TO GET GOOD WITHOUT A transaction because that's THAT'S WHO HE IS. THAT'S HIS CHARACTER. That's just what happens when you're in relationship with somebody who good."
