Transcript
Good morning everybody. Good morning. This is the day that the Lord has made. All right, we're ready to go. Good morning everybody. Welcome to the Grace Gang this morning. Taffy and I We're excited. Here with you again. Today is Friday. Somebody say it's a good Friday. That's right.
It's a good Friday. Yay. Yes, it is. You know, somebody you know, wondering well well, what is this Friday all about? Well, it's about a whole lot of good things, but I tell you what it's not about. It's not about us trying to rebuke people and say, "Well, you know, Jesus really he really didn't die on Friday, it was Wednesday."
Listen, that ain't what this is about. Let's just go ahead and just thank God that you know, we got you know, the world is acknowledging the reality of Jesus's death, burial, and his resurrection. And this is resurrection resurrection time, man. It's a good Friday. Yes, it is, and we are excited and um I guess you know, in reflection, it's almost like a more of a solemn calm type scenario where Yeah. if we were to reflect on everything that I imagine Jesus was having to process um on this day.
And so, although >> [snorts] >> we're on the other side, we can celebrate yay, party, all that. But there was a significant price that was paid. And we're going to talk about that price today in um relationship with some other stuff we were talking about. Yes. And uh Taffy, if you could, you remember that scripture in I think it was Romans 12 and 1 where it talks about um uh in your everyday life and you're getting up and you're going to work.

Getting that gospel around the world, preaching the authentic gospel. I think he's having Andrea back, too. Yeah, with boldness and uh I'm just so excited about about uh our Grace Gang Yes. >> worldwide getting that gospel out, man. Praise the Lord. Praise God. Well, Well, let's make a uh a couple of confessions here.
Okay. >> And I want to stick with the confessions, Taffy, over our identity, because that's major deal. Let's do it. Say this out loud. In the name of Jesus, >> In the name of Jesus, I am righteous. >> I am righteous. I am forgiven. >> I'm forgiven. I am one with Christ. >> one with Christ. >> I am completed in Christ. >> I'm completed in Christ. >> I'm seated with Christ. >> I'm seated with Christ.
I am the mirror image of Christ. >> I'm the mirror image of Christ. I declare according to 1 John 4:17, I declare according to 1 John 4:17, >> as he is, >> as he is, so am I >> I [clears throat] >> in this world. >> in this world. >> I am redeemed. >> I am redeemed.
I have wisdom now. >> I have wisdom now. I am holy now. I'm holy now. I am sanctified now. I am sanctified [clears throat] now. >> I am everything God says I am. I'm everything God says I am. >> Not what my past says I am. >> Not what my past says I am. >> Not what other people say I am. >> Not what other people say I am.
But what God says I am. >> But what God says I am. I am accepted right now. I am accepted right now. I rest in the finished works of Jesus. >> in the finished works of Jesus. >> And in the name of Jesus, And in the name of Jesus, >> I declare >> all is well with me and my house. >> All is well with me and my house.
I am loved by God. >> I am loved by God. I am highly favored by God. >> I am highly favored by God. >> blessed by God. >> I am blessed by God. >> He loves me He loves me >> with an everlasting >> everlasting >> unending >> unending love. >> love.
And I believe the love that God has for me. >> And I believe the love that God has for me. In Jesus' name. In Jesus' name. Amen. And amen. >> Amen. Amen and amen. So, I want to I want to start off, you know, we're we're we're celebrating today.
This is the day that's been set aside to acknowledge and to celebrate um you know, this uh this Good Friday. Uh you know, it's it's the day where we try to celebrate, you know, when Jesus actually was crucified and died. >> That's right. And then on Sunday, that's the day we choose to celebrate you know, his resurrection from the dead.
Mhm. Now, I know the the hours don't don't don't uh add up, but that's not what it is. It's the fact that there's a day set aside for us as followers of Christ to remember these amazing uh things that happened for us that uh first of all, without his death, without this happening, we wouldn't have a right to a new covenant.
Uh we wouldn't we wouldn't have a right to be in Christ. We wouldn't have a right to the finished works of Jesus Christ. I mean, are you kidding me? This is huge. This is big time. Uh for us, the grace gang, we're not just like, you know, um you know, celebrating the Easter Bunny and having Easter eggs and all that other kind of stuff.
It's a >> Easter baskets. >> Yeah, it is an internal uh issue with us to recognize and to be so grateful that without Jesus, we wouldn't have be able to live this grace life. Uh the the the will would not go in force until Jesus died. You know, you got to have the death death of the testator before the testament can be available for you to to operate in it.
And the by the shedding of his blood, uh Satan has been defeated. That we're no longer subject to that old man, that old creation. There's so many things that have happened to us. And basically, I'll sum it up like this, you know, everything that we're celebrating this weekend made it possible for us to have a new plan and a new life and to be born again.
And all of the gifts that have been made available to us because of what Jesus did. Wow, it's it's something. It is amazing thing. But anyway, I had this I was I was I was just had really peaceful last night when I went to bed. Mhm. And uh the Lord was just dealing with me about peace.
And he was saying like, okay, this is the number one objective and he was talking to me that I want you to pursue with a level of intensity over the next several months. And um and then he said this to me. And I was trying to figure out, you know, when the Bible says in 1 Peter 5:7, "Casting all your cares on him because he cares for you."
I heard this. He said, "Cast all your cares on me so I can care for you." I said, "Whoa." "Cast all your cares on me so I can care for you." And I started thinking about the grace of God will not flow unless we present a carefree zone.
Carefree zone. >> A carefree zone. And so what happens is, when you're carrying strife and worry and the thing you picked out to be most concerned about and, oh my god, I'm concerned about the finances. Oh, what's going to happen? Oh, no. Oh, this or that. The area where you put your major concern and and and and and time and worry, that's the area where grace is not flowing.
But have you ever noticed the day you decide, "You know what? I'm done with this. Lord, let your will be done." That's where grace begins to flow. I need you to examine your life, grace gang, and look at the area that you're putting too much attention towards. And you're just you're you're too much attention towards it.
You're worried about it, you know, the scripture talks about, you know, don't worry about what you shall eat, Mhm. you know, how you're going to be clothed. What is he saying? He was like, you know, so I can care for you, so that grace can flow. Detach yourself.
Detach the worry. Take the worry away from that area. Take the stress away from that area. And present a carefree zone. And watch grace begin to flow in the area where you're not putting all of the attention and the stress and the worry. Um so I want the grace of God to be able to flow in your life.
Yes. I guarantee you, when when we first got in the ministry and the ministry just started growing and all, you know, offices around the world and that means bills around the world and then uh um television stations all around the world, that means bills around the world. I had a my major attention was on, oh my goodness, how are we doing with the finances?
Are we paying the bills? And I started noticing that used to be a that became a burden. And it became a weight. And the Bible says, "Cast off the the weight and the sin that besets us, right?" Right. >> And I'm thinking like, okay, well, you know, I I know this is this shouldn't be this.
I just knew in my spirit this shouldn't be like this. And I I decided one day, you know what? I'm I'm turning this over on the Lord. It's his ministry. If he wants to to keep going, then he got to pay for it. But I'm done. I'm not doing this anymore.
And do you know, as soon as I took all of the stress and attention off of the the needs being met, the needs got met somehow, some way. Even if the financial budget wasn't met for the week, it still got met. And I'm just like, man, so where where is the attention being given?
Where is the burden being being placed? And you can do this over your children, over your relationship. I remember I used to always get so concerned about, oh my god, Taffi took a taxi when we were in New York. >> I was concerned about her safety, all this.
And God says, "Listen, you need to stop that before you become part responsible for stuff happening to her." And I was like, "What?" And I thought, "Oh my god, it's hard one of the hardest things I've ever do. Lord, I give her to you. Yes. >> You watch over her.
You've already given the angels charge over her. And I just constantly stay worried when she go on speaking engagements or something like that. Mhm. And you know what? Soon as I presented a carefree zone, there the grace of God begins to flow. I need you to do that today.
I need you to present today a carefree zone. Cast all your cares on him so he can care for you. Man, cast all your cares on him so he can care for you. Now, I was looking at this and I was like, you know, I don't know if I'm that far off.
And um look at what he says here in 1 Peter 5 and verse 7 in the Mirror. He says, "Take immediate action when it comes to distractions and cares." Because what are those things, those worries? Those are those are distractions. Mhm. Fling them upon the Lord. Fling seems like it's like, get out get rid of it, you know?
Right. Fling them upon the Lord. He's got your best interest at heart. And he's got your back. All of that is said like that just to let you understand, there's no way you should be coming to God with a zone full of care and full of worry. Oh, how we going to eat?
Oh, how we going to pay the bill? Oh, where we going to get the money from? Oh, but they said this and no no no no no. That stuff stops the grace of God from flowing in that situation. So if you want the grace of God to flow in that situation, that's verse 7.
If you want the grace of God to flow in your situations, make sure that your worry and your care is not there. Present a grace free zone for grace to flow. Happy Easter. Hey here now. Mhm. >> Right? >> And what does that look like? That almost is >> if you are in a place where you're trusting in what he has promised you in his word, um not allowing, like you mentioned on yesterday, um the doubts and the worries to come in and choke what the promises have been given unto us to say concerning that situation. >> Mhm.
And you just allow yourself to not be distracted, um recognizing, okay, what am I allowing to come into my ears? What's coming into my heart? What am I surrounding myself with to cause any kind of confusion in my life? So as a result, I'm going to eliminate all those things so that I can stay focused and fixed >> Mhm. on what God is is trying to do and cause me to walk in in my life.
Yeah, and this has to be lived out. What what does the scripture say in Romans in our Romans 12:1? This has to be lived out. It's not something you're doing because you're trying to get God to do something for you. That's dead works. >> So here's what I want you to do.
Romans 12:1 in the Message. >> Okay. God helping you. That's key. God helping you. Take your everyday ordinary life, you're sleeping, Mhm. eating, Mhm. going to [clears throat] work, Mhm. and walking around life, Mhm. and place it before God Mhm. as an offering. Mhm. Embracing what God does for you is the best thing you can do for him.
That's powerful. That's powerful. Do y'all see that in the message? Is that the message? Message translation, verse 1. All right, I picked out a couple of things that we need to focus in on. Number one, God helping you. Right. Got to have faith that God's going to help you.
But then he says, "Take your ordinary life." Everyday. Yeah. Ordinary life. >> You're sleeping. You're eating. Mhm. You're going to work. Mhm. You're walking around life. You're driving. Yeah. >> You're cooking. You're cleaning. You're hopefully maybe exercising. You're um sitting home resting. Take all those everyday Mhm. ordinary things. >> Yeah.
And apply the word to it. Apply grace to it. Apply care-free zone to it. >> the market. Going um whatever it is. Your everyday life. God helping you with that. Yeah. Now, this is not religious stuff. It it And that's what we're doing. We want to We want [snorts] to jump religion real quick when we need something.
And God's like, "No. All of what I'm trying to show you in this grace life is for ordinary living. It's for ordinary living so he can turn your ordinary life into an extraordinary life. Okay? And when you do that uh man it uh it it'll make some it'll make a a change in your life.
A big deal in your life. It's It's one of these things where you got to get delivered from the knowledge, you know, yesterday we talked about you got to do more than know it. You know what I'm saying? Mhm. Um Knowing is good. >> Knowing is good. No Knowing is the first step.
But you you got to get to the point of of uh doing practicing and doing it. Uh and it can't be this like Showtime at Apollo type of deal. Mhm. Where you know, getting in the word is just it's one of those things for babies and prayer. I mean, you know, you you know, I'm I'm I'm I'm more mature than that.
And boy, please. It It is so important that you don't take the everyday ordinary life and reduce it to that's the little thing. Yes. >> Because it's it's it's the small foxes that spoil the vine. You know what I'm saying? >> You know what I called it? I said, "It's grace in the mundane."
Yes. It's >> Grace in the mundane. Things that aren't extraordinary like you're saying. It's not you know, on the stage with the lights and the cameras and >> Yeah. um or doing the presentation or when everybody is tak- taking note of what you're doing. It's in the mundane things. >> That's good.
It's the things that nobody is looking at you Yeah. but God. And he knows how you're showing up and allowing him in those everyday ordinary situations. >> That's just been on me uh this past week, Taffy, that uh I I I'm trying to convince people to live what they are understanding and what they're studying and not I don't know.
Not not uh not to make it uh something outside of your everyday living. You know what I'm saying? Live it until it becomes a life, it will never become a reality. Until the the word of grace becomes a life, it will never become a reality. Until what we're celebrating today, Good Friday, until the ultimate price becomes a living ordinary getting up everyday mundane part of your life I mean, all you're doing is tickling your in- intellect and looking for somebody you can um you know, show off with.
You know what I'm saying? This This is This is a waste of time if you can't live it out. And if it's not practical enough to live it out. And it it's just a waste of time. And And I'm telling you if you know, I had a I had several times I could have went home to be with the Lord.
And I'm I'm I certainly didn't choose to stay here so I can just waste everybody's time and talk about something that's going to give you what I call the ooh ah doctrine. The ooh ah. You know, you say something deep something like, "Ooh ah, that's deep." Bro, it's got to be more than that.
Let me calm down. I got a little excited yesterday. It's got to be more than that. And what it is is learning how to live and cook in your kitchen and bear the fruit, display what comes from your connection with the vine. Somebody said, "I thought we talking about Good Friday."
We are. We're talking about the ultimate price that was paid for us to be able to do everything that Taffy and I are talking about. Mhm. And sometimes it just takes saying something over and over and over and over. Grace gang, you know you know what I'm saying?
I've been saying some of the same stuff Taffy and I you know, this is almost 6 years on on this grace gang. It is 6 years. >> And we've been saying We've been saying it in different ways. Mhm. >> But certain things you guys know I've been saying over and over and over again.
And then there's certain things I'm glad I don't say no more because I'm I'm growing and you're growing. You don't beat somebody up. Let's say you got somebody online and or a friend or something like that and they they don't understand what they understand today. All right? So what you got to understand is this.
They're growing. Everybody's on a journey. We're getting better and better and better and better to the point where we'll get in a part part of our life and we'll look back maybe 30 years and and and say, "I don't even believe that anymore." Why? You've been growing. It's not to beat you up for the rest of your life cuz you used to believe that certain way.
But you're growing. And that's what this is. Jesus shed his blood to give us the opportunity to grow in all that he has made available for us. I like what somebody just said, "24/7 grace." Cuz the Bible says it is good for your heart to be filled with grace.
And the um Mirror Bible says, "Feast on grace." That's a powerful thing. But if it were not for the price that Jesus paid bro, we wouldn't we wouldn't even be able to have this conversation. So you know, I'm I'm just God was like and I'm going to tell you the reason why he told me that.
He says, "Don't allow your peace to be robbed through distractions and other people's journey the uh drama. Don't do that. Maintain peace. Maintain a care-free zone. Maintain your identity. And I mean, it it'll it'll it'll do something. I told Taffy right before we turned the the thing on.
I said um calmness is your superpower. Yes, it is. Remember that today. >> Yeah, when people go after you and they disrespect you or they talk to you a certain way you know, we used to talk about, you know, get back with them. No, calmness is your superpower.
There'll be more people that will respect you because you know how to control your emotions than when you just go off and and get to the level that they operate on. And that's why Jesus was so cool in how he handled so many different things, I imagine. >> Yeah.
Yeah. His knowledge of the price that he had to pay in giving up his life >> Yeah. for us and the death that um he had to demonstrate in exchange for giving us life. But yet at the same time we don't ever I mean, there was what? The tables being turned or couple of situations where we see, you know, Jesus was getting worked up.
But for the most part, he seemed like if if if anything kind of happened he was able to manage it. He was able to deal with it. He was able to keep his composure intact. Um he recognized this is what has to happen and you know, I'm going to do it because I know what has to happen in return.
The exchange has to be taken place, right? So that's what today is all about. And so is that calm? Is that stillness? Yes. But at the same time you know in your knower, that's what we used to say. Know in your knower. You know in your knower that it's going to be okay.
Um when I can imagine so many things that were just chaos, confusion uproars all kinds of things that were taking place on on Good Friday in Jesus' day. But yet at the same time he was able to to make a decision. Mhm. [clears throat] And that's really what we're talking about and encouraging you today to to make a decision uh to invite him in to every area of your life.
Not just one day of the week or only when you read your Bible, but every moment of your life. To involve him, invite him. Um and then as a result, we can see the shift in uh how we think and how we do things. Absolutely. Well, I hope that um blessed you today.
It It It blessed me. I'm just um I I I just feel myself growing. I'm happy cuz I'm still growing, Taffy. I'm happy because I can still open up and uh listen to the Holy Spirit as he brings things to my attention about me. And I go to him.
Lord, show me things about me and and so I can keep growing, so I can keep getting better, so I can keep getting closer uh in this relationship on this Grace Life journey. And that's what the Grace Gang is doing. We're on a journey. And um I'm just so glad to have you on this journey.
I never thought I would be doing this like Yes. >> online. Taffi will tell you there's no way. I mean, I was going to be the guy against all online stuff. And I never thought we'd be doing this. Period. >> Not at least not this long cuz I thought after COVID was over we're we're we're we're done.
Well, I'm just talking about church and ministry. >> Oh, yeah. Yeah, we we we didn't the whole shebang, so We didn't think we'd do that at all, but But here we are. Yeah, here we are and I'm glad about it. I am glad about it and I'm so glad I mean, to get to see There is a price. >> to see some of the Grace Gang folks at on tour.
This has been a it's a been amazing to put like a a face uh with the the name that you see and it is it's it's so good. It's so good and speaking of the tour, we're going to pick the tour up. I think it's April the 24th in um Utah. >> Utah.
But before that is next week. Well, next week is big and I'm glad you brought that up. Next week with somebody asked me what Well, why did y'all Why did y'all have a a price on the tickets? Let me let me tell you why. We want to we we're believing God for enough money to do more things in South Africa than we've ever been doing before.
We're not we we want to we want we want to we want we're believing God for finances. There're a couple of things that Taffi has done in some areas in in South Africa. >> stuff for a decade. >> Yeah, there things we've done and we want to increase our ability to be a blessing.
And that that's all that's for. I mean, we going to we're we're we're going to we're going to believe God anyway for it, but we want to increase our ability to be a blessing to our brothers and sisters in South Africa. I don't like just going somewhere just to be going.
I want to make sure I leave a deposit there. And I want people to join me in sowing into South Africa. Join me into sowing in the missions. These are our brothers and sisters there. And I'm not about to go in, preach two or three days and then leave without having some kind of, you know, impact that we can leave behind.
We got an amazing office over there, amazing office staff over there. And I'm telling you we intend on being a blessing to our brothers and sisters in South Africa. So, we're having this meeting in April the 9th through the 11th. It's our annual Grace Life Conference that we normally have in Atlanta.
We're having the Grace Life Conference 2026 in South Africa. Uh Johannesburg, Randburg. Yes. >> It'll be at the Rhema Center. Mhm. And um it's not too late for you to register. You You just get in there any kind in any way you can get in there. Just get in there.
Praise God. Now, we're going to have uh uh two major sessions a day. We're going to have two sessions in the morning. Uh and we're going to have a session at night. And that'll be Thursday. We we kick kick off Thursday morning. Thursday morning at 10:00. And two sessions and then Friday, we're going to pack it up a little bit more.
Uh Friday, we have two sessions in the morning and then at 2:00, I want to meet with all the the leaders, the ministers and the leaders uh in that area. I got some some powerful stuff I need to impart into you. And then on Friday night, uh we're back again.
Uh talk about uh our special music guest, Taffi. We have uh Sinach. Sinach, she's great. And uh Jordan Dollar. Both will be ministering and the presence of the Lord will be so strong. >> is. And the Rhema singers in the presence of the Lord just basking. It's going to be so so good. >> Yeah.
And then uh Saturday, we're going to close. Taffi and I are going to do a relationship uh meeting where we combine we have a men's fellowship and a women's fellowship and we're going to combine men and women together. And um this is not like a marriage conference. It's it's going to talk to the men about men stuff, talk to the women about women stuff.
Women need to hear about what men are going through, men need to hear about what women are going through and then we going to put it together under the help of the Holy Spirit. That is something I'm really really looking forward to. So, it's a uh a packed agenda Mhm.
We are excited about it. If you have any questions, you can call uh our office Creflo Dollar Ministries in South Africa and we will we will be doing some things there. Now, I'm I'm sure some of you folks in the United States, oh, well, I can't go. I don't have a passport.
I don't have can't afford to get over there. Well, I I think they sent me something yesterday that we were going to be streaming um live. Uh they they were able to find a pay-per-view in South Africa. Uh And again, let me tell you something. We're doing everything we can, like I said, to make sure we leave an amazing seed in South Africa to help do what needs to be done.
So, uh let's see. How do we do that? We visit What is that? Um there's a link um on YouTube and everywhere except for you Tik Tok and Instagram and there's a QR code as well. Um Marco, if you can, put a link over on these other in the comments on those other platforms, but if not, just hop over and check it out. >> Yeah.
