Transcript

((music playing)) >> Good morning. Welcome to the house of the Lord. We're honored and excited that you've joined us today. This is a day the Lord has made. We've chosen to rejoice, to enter his gates with Thanksgiving in our heart. Today, you and I are going to be taught the word of God.

We're honored that you've joined us. We're so excited because we believe that today God is going to speak and encourage our lives in such a powerful way. If you are watching and would like to share your prayer requests, ((music playing)) we encourage you to go to jhm.org and here on our live interactive prayer wall, we'll have the opportunity to join our faith with you believing God for the miracles that you are needing in your life.

We also want you to type in the comments below where you're watching from so that we can remain connected with you throughout the balance of this service. And so, Michael Baxter, good morning. God bless you. Welcome to the house of the Lord. Bill, amen. We are excited about today's service.

We want to welcome John who's watching from Ohio. May the Lord bless you. LJ who's watching from Morehead. May the Lord bless you today. Thank you. Harley from North Carolina. We want to welcome Doug from Oregon. There's so many people that are logged in ready to worship the Lord lifting up his holy name.

This is the day the Lord has made. We've chosen to rejoice. Now, our founding pastor returns back to the pulpit with a powerful message today entitled The Triumph of the Cross. The focal text is found in Galatians chapter 6 verse 14. And so, this sermon is going to emphasize the cross of Jesus as the ultimate display of victory where he shed his blood, where he provided salvation, freedom, and victory over sin, hell, and the grave.

This is a message that you want to gather your entire family cuz we're confident that they're going to be blessed. We also want to acknowledge all of our servicemen and service women that are defending our country. We salute you. We honor you and we thank the Lord for you.

As our pastor has said, freedom is not free. And so, we are covering you in the mighty name of Jesus that the hand of God will sustain you and keep you. Again, all of our servicemen that are deployed both overseas and in other regions of the world, we thank you for your service.

Now, speaking of thankfulness, you might not be aware of this, but we are celebrating Pastor Hagee's anniversary and his birthday. What a blessing he has been to this ministry. He has served faithfully, continues to do so. And so, we want to thank the Lord for his 50th anniversary of being married and of course, his birthday as well.

We have some long-term people that have been part of the ministry for such for such a critical time and have been a blessing to this ministry. We welcome Steve and Jan Milam. God bless you, my friends. Hi, Michael. God bless you. Welcome. Good morning. Good morning. >> So, we have these two young people here that are with us that have served in the choir for quite some time and have been a part of the ministry for a number of years.

And so, I've got to ask the question, Milam family, uh what has been the aspect of this ministry that has drawn you here so long? Well, namely, the pastor preaches the Bible. And you can't go wrong. I was raised in a Pentecostal home and this is where I have been going to church since 1977.

Since then, the pastor has married Jan and I in 1979. He's dedicated our two daughters and our four grandchildren. And we love you, Pastor Hagee. We love you. Happy birthday. Happy anniversary. We are speaking of generations that have been impacted by the goodness of the Lord. And both Steve and Jan serve and minister on the choir.

Uh and you've been doing that for quite some time. >> I do. Yes. And so, tell us about that. What what has been perhaps one of the most impactful moments of your time in the choir? Well, Michael, I have to think back. There's been so many. Um when I started in the choir, which was over at Church of Castle Hills, I think it was Harold Hill, my two sisters and I.

That was about it. Rick Randall. And we have grown and grown and grown. And one of the most, I guess, amazing things to me was the first trip to Israel. And the first night down there Israel. Oh my goodness. I mean, just well, every Sunday is an impact to me.

Every single week is just ((music playing)) a blessing. And Pastor and Diana, I guess I would have to say that because of their um what am I trying to say? Because of what they do for the Lord, and they have made it a point to take the gospel to all the world and to every generation.

And since they have done that, we have four generations of our family that now go here. Amen. Yeah. So, it has come a long way. And what I'd have to say about Pastor and Diana is that what you see is what you get. They are the people that they are.

And they have been a blessing to us. Like Steve was saying, Pastor married us. He married our two daughters, dedicated all of our our children, our grandchildren. What more could you ask for? I mean, what more could you ask for? >> Amen. Generations after generations continue to be impacted through the ministry of our founding pastor and now our lead pastor, ((music playing)) both Pastor John and Pastor Matt Hagee.

We're celebrating 50 years. >> Oh, yes. We're celebrating anniversary, of course, his birthday. And so, Steve, I've got to ask you, for people that may not know Pastor on a personal level and the years of friendship that you have had, what has impacted you about him maybe from a distance or even up close?

Well, besides being our pastor, he's been a real, true friend. And like Jan said when she said, "What you see is what you get." He's He's true blue. He's honest. He's loving. He's a real man of God. And if he tells you something, ((music playing)) bank it. And that's how I think of Pastor Hagee.

Amen. Amen. Again, we say, "Happy birthday, Pastor Hagee. We honor you. We declare God's blessing and favor over you and ask that the hand of God would continue to sustain you and this ministry." >> Yes. Amen. Did you want to say a final comment? >> Please. Happy 86th birthday, Pastor Hagee.

Happy 50th anniversary to both of you. And we plan on celebrating many more with you. >> Amen. Amen. The Milam family, may the Lord bless you. Thank you so much for being here. God bless you. Well, again, we are moments away from our service with our founding pastor, John Hagee, as not only he celebrates anniversary and birthday, but we are preparing our hearts for the message that is going to be shared, the triumph of the cross.

Our focal text is found in Galatians chapter 6 verse 14. Uh Terry, God bless you. We want to welcome you to the house of the Lord. Linda, amen. We are praying and asking the Lord to bless your children, specifically your sons. Patricia, we are praying for you all the way in Washington.

We are moments away from our service. We want you to know that there are uh opportunities for you to type in your prayer requests at jhm.org with our live interactive prayer wall so that we can connect with you believing God for the miracle in your ((music playing)) life. There's so much to do in and around this ministry, so much for you to be connected with.

For example, all the women out there, we want to encourage and remind you about our garden party social. This is an event for mothers and daughters Saturday, May 16th. You can register at sacornerstone.org/embrace. This is a time for mothers to declare favor, goodness, blessing, and the anointing of God over their daughters while gathering in a time of fellowship, great conversation, and creating memories.

This is an opportunity for our mothers and daughters to come together. We invite you to be a part of it 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Now, the men, we haven't left you out. There's a couple of things that you can be involved in as well, and that is our three-on-three basketball tournament is starting at CCS beginning April the 13th through May the 11th.

You can sign up at sacornerstone.org/men so that you can get involved in this great event that ((music playing)) brings men from all around the city and the region together for great fun, fellowship, and a time of spiritual growth. Speaking of spiritual growth, are you aware that there is a men's academy retreat that is up and coming April the 23rd through the 25th.

You can sign up. We go to our Tarpley Retreat Center. Sign up at sacornerstone.org/men. This is a time where our men come together, learn what it is to be men of God, to lead our families, to lead our homes, to lead our businesses, to be the spiritual leader God has called us to be.

This is a time where our men get away, encounter God, have great times of fellowship, engaging opportunities for men to gather around campfires, do some fishing, and seek the presence of the Lord together. Lastly, men, we want you to know that there is a spring golf tournament. The next one is Thursday, April the 16th at Buckhorn.

You can sign up at sacornerstone again .org/men for the latest events that are up and coming. This is a time that we want to ensure that all men out there have an opportunity to get connected with like-minded individuals. Now, we are also in full gear preparation for what is one of our highly anticipated summer events on a on a continual basis, and that is our VBS.

VBS is happening this year June the 9th through the 11th, and we'll have well over 2,000 kids that will participate all week long, and we are praying and in search of volunteers. If you would like to be a part of this year's VBS experience and you're not even from the area, listen, you're part of the Cornerstone family.

We want you to get connected and be involved. Uh sign up today to be a volunteer sacornerstone.org/vbsvolunteer so that you can make a spiritual impact in the lives of these kids from the ages of five through the sixth grade. This is happening to be able to reach the generations that are after us and ensure the gospel of Jesus Christ is carried to the next generation.

VBS Rescue VBS is a event that we see ev- evangelistic efforts take place so that the gospel of Jesus Christ can be shared to our children. All this is made possible because of those that faithfully pray and give towards this ministry. We want to thank all of our legacy partners, e-members, online congregation.

If you are interested in more information on how you can become a legacy partner, we encourage you to scan the QR code. Here you will uh be taken to a page that will share more information on how you can get connected with us to take all the gospel to all the world and to every generation.

We're praying for people right now. We're asking the hand of God to be upon you. Ray, watching from Italy, we're praying blessings over you. We are praying for Jose who's watching from Lebanon. May the Lord bless you in Jesus' name. Willie from North Carolina, may the power of the Holy Spirit bless you and keep you and all that you are doing today.

Lovina, amen. We join you in saying happy birthday to Pastor John and lift up the name that is above every name, the name of Jesus, as we believe God for miracles, blessings, his favor in today's message. We are moments away. We are believing. We are confident that you and I are going to be blessed by the word of God.

And so, if you feel burdened, if you feel stressed, if you feel uh a mounting anxiety, if you feel like you've carried weight for too long, be reminded Matthew 11:28 says, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." He is the God of rest.

He's the God of peace. He's the God of strength. He's the God of hope, and he is your God and my God. We are praying and asking the Lord to bless us today in the mighty name of Jesus. We ask that you posture your hearts, ready your spirit.

We are about to go into service and receive the word of God, the triumph of the cross, so that you and I can experience victory here today in the mighty name of Jesus. We welcome you to the house of the Lord. Thank you for joining us. In Jesus' name we pray.

Amen. Good morning, church. Would you stand to your feet? This is the day that the Lord has made. Let's rejoice and be made glad in it. Put your hands together and let's sing. I want to sing a new song. ((music playing)) Shout it out [singing] louder than before. Let the whole earth >> ((music playing)) >> The whole earth sing. >> ((music playing)) >> It's a song of praise.

A song for ((music playing)) all of the redeemed. Let the whole earth sing. The whole earth sing. I want to sing a new song. Shout it ((music playing)) out louder [singing] than before. Let the whole earth sing. >> ((music playing)) >> The whole earth sing. It's a song of >> ((music playing)) >> praise. A song for all of the redeemed.

Let the whole earth sing. >> ((music playing)) >> The whole earth sing. Church, this is what we're singing. Lift your voice. >> ((music playing)) >> Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. ((music playing)) Hallelujah. >> ((music playing)) >> Give the Lord a hand clap and a shout in this house today. Hallelujah to the King of Kings.

Hallelujah to the authority of Jesus name. Hallelujah for the power that's in the blood that cleanses from all sin and iniquity. Give the Lord a shout of praise in the house of God. Amen. Can we pray together? Our most gracious heavenly Father, with great joy have we come to the house of the Lord.

That today our lives will be encouraged by the anointing of the Holy Spirit. That we will believe with a new kind of faith that nothing is impossible for me to accomplish because I am a child of the king. For those who are watching this telecast across America and around the world, let that anointing and that sense of hope invade their hearts and invade their lives.

For America is a nation that must come back to righteousness >> ((music playing)) >> to experience the goodness of God. Let an old-fashioned revival sweep this nation from coast to coast under the anointing of the Holy Spirit. In the authority of Jesus name we pray and ask these things. And all of God's children said amen.

Give the Lord praise in the house. Bless his name. We welcome those of you who are watching across America and around the world at Cornerstone Church in San Antonio, Texas. Today I'm preaching the sermon The Triumph of the Cross. You don't want to miss this message because it's a message for every person in this audience and every person that's watching in the United States of America.

The most important event that ever happened on planet Earth was the cross of Jesus Christ. >> [applause and music] >> Put your hands together and make welcome our singers as they come. >> ((music playing)) >> Cornerstone Church, what a joy it is to be in this house. Can you take ((music playing)) 15 seconds and can you just tell them how much you love them this morning? Just tell oh God, how I love you. With everything ((music playing)) within us, we love you, Lord. Because hallelujah, our God reigns. Because ((music playing)) hallelujah, our God reigns above everything. Come on, Cornerstone, if you believe that, ((music playing)) can you tell them how much you love them this morning?

Tell them, "God, I love you." Because you reign over all things. Now, with one voice, can we sing that together? Sing hallelujah. >> [music and singing] >> Come on, tell them. Tell them. Can you give a shout of praise in this house? Come on, I said we serve a great God, ((music playing)) Cornerstone. He is worthy of a great praise in this house. >> ((music playing)) >> Hallelujah. You're worthy, Lord. Because you are great and greatly to be praised.

Thank you because you promised that every time we worship >> ((music playing)) >> and we call upon your name, you show up. And we know that every time you show up, everything ((music playing)) changes. Fear must bow. Depression must flee. >> ((music playing)) >> When you walk into the room, healing walks into the room.

Joy walks into the room. Peace walks into the room. And we believe that you're here today. And like always, there's only one that's seated on the throne that's worthy of all praise. So, all of the glory, all of the honor is yours in the mighty ((music playing)) and matchless name of Jesus.

And everybody shouts, "Amen and amen." Hallelujah, Cornerstone. >> ((music playing)) >> God bless you. You may be seated. >> ((music playing)) >> Cornerstone Church, this is truly a blessed day. Today, ((music playing)) we pause to celebrate an extraordinary man of God as Pastor John Hagee marks his 86th ((music playing)) birthday. For more than 65 years in ministry, Pastor Hagee has stood boldly, ((music playing)) faithfully, and unapologetically for the truth of God's word.

Through his ((music playing)) preaching, teaching, leadership, and unwavering conviction, ((music playing)) he has impacted not only this church, not only this city, but lives across the world ((music playing)) through his steadfast commitment to the gospel. But today, ((music playing)) as we celebrate Pastor's birthday, we also honor something deeply precious. ((music playing)) Something that helps shape the life, the ministry, and the legacy we mark today.

We ((music playing)) are excited to celebrate 50 wonderful years of marriage >> ((music playing)) >> for Pastor John and Diana Hagee. 50 years of standing side-by-side through seasons of joy, sacrifice, ((music playing)) challenge, calling, and victory. Because the truth ((music playing)) is this, while Pastor John Hagee has been a powerful voice to the nations, the beautiful story of John and Diana Hagee has ((music playing)) been a powerful testimony of covenant, devotion, and enduring love.

Since the day ((music playing)) they said I do, they have built a family and created a legacy that reaches far beyond these walls. Together, ((music playing)) they helped build a television ministry that carried the word of God around the globe. Together, ((music playing)) they helped pioneer Christians United for Israel, giving rise to one of the most influential voices of support for Israel ((music playing)) and the Jewish people in modern history.

And their legacy does not stop there. The Sanctuary of Hope, which has saved ((music playing)) the lives of countless babies, stands as a living testimony not only to their faith, but to the shared compassion, courage, and reverence ((music playing)) for the sanctity of life. Through every sermon preached, every battle ((music playing)) fought, every vision pursued, and every life touched, one truth has remained constant.

Behind this powerful ((music playing)) ministry stands a remarkable marriage. A marriage ((music playing)) built on love. A marriage sustained by faith. And a marriage ((music playing)) that has honored God for 50 beautiful years. And now, Cornerstone family, ((music playing)) please stand and join us in wishing Pastor John Hagee a very happy 86th birthday ((music playing)) and Pastor John and Diana Hagee a blessed 50th wedding ((music playing)) anniversary. >> ((applause)) ((applause)) >> God bless you.

Thank you. >> ((cheering)) >> Thank you. >> ((applause)) >> We made it. >> ((music playing)) >> Yeah. Oh my goodness, here we are. Well, since the birthday came first before the anniversary, we'll sing that song first and then we'll sing the anniversary song, but just a few words changed. Are you ready, church?

Happy birthday to you. Happy birthday to [singing] you. ((music playing)) Happy birthday, dear Pastor. Happy birthday ((music playing)) to >> [singing] >> you. Now, the second verse. Happy anniversary to you. Happy anniversary to [music and singing] you. Happy anniversary, Pastor Diana. Happy anniversary ((music playing)) to >> [singing] >> you. >> ((applause)) >> So, we have two of your favorites, chocolate cake for Dad and beautiful red roses for Mom.

How is it that you wild and crazy kids are going to celebrate 50 years of anniversary? Let me get my micro- Oh, you're wearing one. Yeah. What are we going to do? Yeah. Okay. I mean, it's whatever man wants in a woman, whatever woman wants in a man.

I told Diana, I said, "For years, we took vacations that were just 10 or 12 days long, so we wouldn't have to miss but one Sunday at church. And I said, "On this occasion, I want you to plan any vacation you want, go as far as you want, go anywhere you want, stay as long as you want."

So, >> Now, you're going with her. Say what? >> I said, "You're going with her." Yeah. >> Oh, yes. Yes, I'm going. I thought it sounded like an individual journey here. So, the the truth is I know that we're going to be gone 3 weeks and we're leaving and the first place we will be with France and I can't tell you one thing about where we are.

So, if she gets lost, I'll be in France for a long time. Well, we hope that you enjoy every minute of your journey. It is long and well deserved and thank you for all that you've done to show this church what a good and godly Thank family and leader does.

God bless ((applause)) you. Thank you. Thank you so very much. Thank you. >> ((applause)) >> Congratulations. And happy birthday. Thank you, son. Thank you so much. Thank [applause and cheering] you. Thank you so very much. This morning, joining us to wish you happy birthday are 130 nations and all 50 states. Uh folks like Joseph from Kenya and Scarlet and Eric are all sending in their well wishes and and congratulations to you and to Mom, but so many exciting things are taking place in the 3 weeks that you'll be gone.

We're going to still have church, so I expect all of you to show up and be here because uh the reason he's leaving for 3 weeks is I'll be here for 3 weeks and I know that you're going to enjoy each and every minute of it. >> [applause and cheering] >> If you'd like to find out about all of the things that are taking place on our campus, you can do that by going to our website at sacornerstone.org.

So many events are upcoming this spring for our ladies ministry and our men's ministry and I encourage you to find out how you and your family can be a part of them. One of them that is being planned right now for um the upcoming summer months is our Vacation Bible School.

This is a time of year in which we truly have a tremendous outreach to the city of San Antonio. Over 2,000 children each and every day of Vacation Bible School will be on this campus and in order to make that a successful and safe event, we need volunteers.

So, if you feel led to be a part of that, we thank you. If you don't feel led, we thank you and we want you to be here anyway, so just go and sign up at Vacation Bible School on our website again at sacornerstone.org/vbs to be a part of this exciting event.

The way that we're able to accomplish the mission of our ministry, to take all of the gospel to all of the world and to every generation, the way that 130 nations are being reached this morning and so much is being accomplished here in the city of San Antonio is through the receiving of tithes and offerings.

And so, I want to ask our ushers to take their positions as they help us worship the Lord with our giving today. And those of you who are watching, I encourage you to participate and be a part of this offering as well. You can do that by going to sacornerstone.org/give or text the word give, g i v e, to 210-880-2300.

Call 855-694-9653 or write PO Box 34930, San Antonio, Texas 78265. Pastor, would you pray over today's offering? Can we lift our hands to the throne of grace? Our most gracious and loving God, you initiated giving when you gave your precious son to die at the cross so that we might have everlasting life.

God so loved the world that he gave. Now, we come today as children redeemed by the precious blood of Jesus Christ to give of our substance that the world may see the love of God, the light of Jesus Christ, and hope for tomorrow. Thank you for those that are in this audience and those who are watching by television as we boldly proclaim the whole counsel of the word of God without fear or favor that the light of truth may burn in the hearts of this nation in one of our hours of great spiritual need.

In Jesus' name, we pray and ask these things and all of God's children said, "Amen." >> [clears throat] ((music playing)) >> We thank you for joining us as we lift up the name that is above every name, the name of Jesus. At the same time, we thank you for joining us in celebrating our founding Pastor John ((music playing)) Hagee as he celebrates not only his birthday, but his anniversary.

This is a segment in which we pray for the needs that have been mentioned on our prayer wall, asking and believing God to perform miracles in your life. Miriam from New Jersey, we are praying for the strength, power of God over your life and salvation for your mother Isabel.

We're asking that the spirit of the Lord would touch, move, and speak to your sons Joshua and Kevin. David, we're praying for you in Canada that the hand of the Lord would sustain you and keep you in all that you are doing and that he would protect you from every attack of the enemy.

Doreen from California, we join with you believing God for his hand of provision over your life considering your marriage and asking his blessing over that and over your finances as well. Lastly, we're praying for Tanya in Louisiana for provision for your car repairs that need to be done.

May God ((music playing)) supply not only the right mechanics, but the financial resources for you to have a vehicle ((music playing)) that is working in proper condition. There's so many prayer requests that are coming in. We thank you because we believe that God answers prayer and there's nothing impossible for him. Be encouraged today that God is on your side.

He's not done, so you're not done. Keep pressing forward. Bible says in Galatians 6:9, "Let us not grow weary in well doing for in due season we shall reap if we faint not." In Jesus' name, keep moving forward. Let's go back to service. God bless you. >> ((applause)) ((music playing)) ((music playing)) ((music playing)) ((music playing)) ((music playing)) ((music playing)) ((music playing)) ((music playing)) ((music playing)) ((music playing)) ((music playing)) ((music playing)) ((music playing)) ((music playing)) [singing] ((music playing)) ((music playing)) ((music playing)) ((music playing)) ((music playing)) ((music playing)) ((music playing)) ((music playing)) ((music playing)) ((music playing)) ((music playing)) ((music playing)) ((music playing)) ((music playing)) ((music playing)) ((music playing)) ((music playing)) ((music playing)) ((applause)) >> Who makes the sun to rise and brings the earth new life in every being?

Jesus, it is And who turns [music and singing] the day to night and watches me as I begin to dream? Jesus, [singing and music] it is you. Who brings me food for my table? >> ((music playing)) >> And who cares for [singing] all of my needs? >> ((music playing)) >> And who walks the road with me, has grown with me through all that I have been?

Jesus, it is you. My Jesus, it is you. So I lift my hands >> ((music playing)) >> and I breathe my ((music playing)) soul. All [music and singing] of my days, all of [music and singing] my life, and all of my road as I >> [music and singing] >> offer my life here and >> ((music playing)) >> beyond >> [singing] >> to the one thing true. >> ((music playing)) >> Jesus, it is you. >> ((music playing)) ((music playing)) >> And who sees my brokenness and carries me [singing] when I am frail and weak?

((music playing)) Jesus, [singing] it is you. >> ((music playing)) >> And who tells the storm to rest when I'm overwhelmed and cannot speak? Jesus, ((music playing)) it is you. Oh, who wears ((music playing)) my guilt on his shoulders? And who ((music playing)) holds my heart in his hands? >> ((music playing)) >> And who takes my thoughts and fears and hangs them on the arms of Calvary? >> [singing] >> Jesus, ((music playing)) it is you.

My Jesus, it is you. So, I lift ((music playing)) my hands. >> ((music playing)) ((music playing)) [singing] ((music playing)) ((music playing)) [singing] >> I offer my life. >> [music and singing] ((music playing)) ((music playing)) >> Oh, my soul, are you grateful ((music playing)) this morning? Can you lift your hands? >> [singing] >> And I bring my soul. ((music playing)) Hallelujah. >> ((music playing)) [singing] ((music playing)) >> Can you tell them I offer my life? >> ((music playing)) [singing] ((music playing)) >> Into the one thing true.

Oh, Jesus. Oh, my Jesus, ((music playing)) it's only you. >> ((music playing)) ((music playing)) ((music playing)) [singing] ((music playing)) >> Lord, we lay everything before you, Jesus. >> ((music playing)) >> Yes, here and beyond. >> ((music playing)) >> Forever and ever and ever. >> ((music playing)) >> Oh, my Jesus. >> ((music playing)) ((music playing)) ((music playing)) >> Nobody else ((music playing)) could do. >> ((music playing)) ((applause)) >> In a world that measures power by crowns, by platforms, by applause, there stands a symbol the world cannot understand, a cross.

Not a throne, not a weapon, a cross, an instrument of suffering that became the greatest declaration of victory the universe has ever known. The cross was not the end, it was the turning point where sin met its defeat, where shame lost its grip, where death was swallowed by life.

Because at that cross, everything changed. The world lost its hold on you, and you found your freedom in him. This is not a story of tragedy, this is the triumph of redemption. Not weakness, but power. Not defeat, but eternal victory. So, today, we don't just remember the cross, today, we stand in its triumph.

Will you please stand for the reading of God's word? Turn with us to Galatians chapter 6 verse 14 as we talk today about the triumph of the cross. The Bible is a book of absolute perfection, and it presents a perfect circle of truth. It begins in the book of Genesis when God created a perfect paradise for Adam and Eve, and it ends in the book of Revelation with a thousand years of perfect peace where Jesus Christ is sitting on the throne as King of kings and Lord of lords.

We are going to experience that in the future. Perfect peace is a priceless treasure. During this thousand-year period called the millennial reign, there's no more war, just perfect peace. There are no more tears. All suffering is removed. There's no more death. There is only eternal life. There was a time when you were not, but there will never be a time when you will not be.

You are going to live forever somewhere. Either in the presence of God or in the chambers of hell. There is no more death, only eternal life. There is no more mourning because sorrow and suffering have forever passed away. There is no more crying because we will live in a world that's with joy unspeakable according to Revelation 21:4.

There is no more pain for all diseases have been conquered by the great physician Jesus Christ who sits on the throne. There is no more wickedness. There is no more corrupt politicians, can you believe that? Can you believe that? Thank you, God. No more Christians, no more children will be murdered in the abortion mills of America.

No more evil because Jesus Christ has cast the devil and his angels in the fires of hell. If you have rejected Jesus Christ as savior, you will live forever in the chambers of hell. Don't you ever forget it. In this millennial reign, there will be no more night because the glory of God will fill the earth according to Revelation 21:23.

In this 1,000 years of perfect peace, there will not be hospitals because no one will ever be sick. There will be no funerals because no one will be dying. There will be no divorce courts. Boy, won't that be something? There will be no psychiatric wards because the Prince of Peace, Jesus Christ, rules the world and print and peace pervades all over planet Earth.

Give the Lord praise in the house. >> ((applause)) >> But it's a point. So, what God started in the book of Genesis was to bring perfect revelation to the book of Revelation. Everything comes in full circles in eternity. So, I have chosen the Bible pattern of coming full circle.

As a 17-year-old Bible college student, I walked to the pulpit for the first time to preach the place called Calvary. That was the first Sunday in May of 1958. 68 years later, I have come full circle and returned to the blood-soaked battleground where the Prince of Peace has crushed the Prince of Darkness and set us free from the power of sin and Satan.

Hallelujah for the cross. >> ((applause)) >> I took my point from Saint Paul. Galatians 6:14. Read it with me, please. But God forbid that I should boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world has been crucified to me and I unto the world.

Let's pray. Father, thank you for the joy of being in the Lord's house today. Thank you for the peace of God that surpasses all understanding. Thank you for Jesus Christ who carried his blood-soaked cross to the crest of Calvary and destroyed the Prince of Darkness. We rejoice with joy that's unspeakable for that great victory.

Hallelujah, the Lord reigns. Amen. Can you You can be seated. If I had one sermon to preach to the nations of the world, it would be the triumph of the cross. Why? Because Saint Paul puts his pen to parchment and he writes these words, "God forbid that I should glory save in the cross of Jesus Christ our Lord."

The Bible is a book of blood. Because of the triumph of the cross, I am saved and you are saved by the blood of Christ. John the revelator writes, "Thou hast slain and was and has redeemed us to God by your precious blood." You have been slain, but have redeemed us by your precious blood.

Because of the triumph of the cross, demons tremble in terror when you pray. Revelation 12:11 says, "And they, the church, overcame him, meaning the devil, by the blood of the lamb and the word of their testimony." Listen, Satan does not fear you. But Satan and every demon in hell is terrified by the blood of the cross and the power of Jesus' name.

Your proclamation is one of the most powerful weapons of worship that you can ever experience and we're going to have a proclamation at the end of this sermon. The Bible says without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness of sin. That ought to be posted over the doorpost of every church in America.

It is the blood that gives life and power to our preaching. It is the blood that gives power to our prayers and proclamations. No one on earth commands the awesome power of the blood of Jesus Christ. The the atomic power of heaven is released when I whisper the name of Jesus and speak about his shed blood at the cross.

James 2:19 says, "Demons tremble at the mention of the name of Jesus." Demons tremble at the mention of the name of Jesus. They're not afraid of you. They're not afraid of your empty church house. They're afraid of the authority and the power of Jesus' name. >> ((applause)) >> We are not saved by church membership.

We're not saved by water baptism. You can go down a dry sinner and come up a wet sinner. You're not saved by good works lest any man should boast. We are not saved by religious ritual. Ritual without righteousness is paganism. And that passes for faith in far too many churches.

We are saved by the precious blood of the lamb of God, the Lord of glory, the king of kings. He has saved us through his blood. Give the Lord praise in the house. >> ((applause)) >> Hallelujah for the cross. Do you know what hallelujah means? It means in Hebrew, "Praise the Lord."

A rabbi told me that. He said, "You Christians are running around saying hallelujah. You don't know what that means." Praise the Lord for the cross. It was a day of victory. It was a day of liberation. It was a day of celebration. It was a day of emancipation.

Satan was a slave master and you and you and you and I were slaves to sin and Satan. But when Christ went to the cross, the chains were broken and broken forever. I'm free because of Calvary. >> ((applause)) >> Free from what? Free from the fear of tomorrow. Free of the guilt of the past.

Free of sickness and disease. Free of poverty. Free of loneliness. Free of depression. Free of rejection. Free of resentment. For whom the son sets free is free indeed. Hallelujah for the cross. >> ((applause)) >> Without the blood of Christ applied to your life, you invite the wrath of God upon you, upon your children and upon your children's children.

So says John 3:36. Listen, we that believe on the son have everlasting life and he that believeth not on the son, listen to these next words, the wrath of God abides on him. Believing not in the son, the wrath of God abides on him. The greatest question in your life is not how are you doing financially or how are you doing physically or how are you doing emotionally.

The greatest question in your life is do you know Jesus Christ as Lord and savior? >> ((applause)) >> The Bible says the life is in the blood. Say that with me. The life is in the blood. Leviticus 17:11. Physically, our bones are stationary. Our muscles are stationary. >> [snorts] >> Our tendons are stationary.

The only moving part of our anatomy is the blood. It circulates through the body every 23 seconds. It carries oxygen. It carries nutrients. It cleanses you. It cleanses you. The point is when the blood stops moving in your body, you're dead. Totally and instantly. The point is a bloodless theology is a dead theology.

A bloodless church is a dead church. It's a religious country club. A bloodless testimony is a dead testimony. The Bible says it's sounding brass and tinkling symbols. That means you're nothing but a bunch of religious racket, but you are not converted. A bloodless prayer is a dead prayer.

Demons laugh at that. We do not have the power through wealth or political connections or your social standing. We have power through the blood of Jesus Christ. For without the shedding of blood there is no remission of sin. The life is in the blood of Christ. Without Without the blood of Christ, we are clouds without rain.

We are wells without water. We are trees without fruit. The church without the message of redemption by the blood of Jesus Christ is a godless cult. The church without the blood of Jesus Christ is just another cult. What is the symbolism of our communion? It is the symbol of It is symbolically a blood transfusion from the throne of God.

Jesus said, "This is my blood of the new of the New Testament. Drink ye all of it." Say that with me. "Drink ye all of it." Why? Adam's blood was poisoned with a virus of sin when he rebelled against the word of God and ate the forbidden fruit that Satan recommended.

Fact, the deadly virus was passed from Adam's to you at birth. The Bible says, "For by one man, Adam, did sin enter into all the earth." When I get to heaven, I'm going to locate him and kick his behind. Jesus Christ went to the cross so that his precious blood, the pure blood of God himself, could cleanse your blood of this deadly virus.

If you have not been to the cross for redemption through the blood of Christ, the deadly virus is in your body right now and you are a walking dead person according to this sacred text. Listen to this. The Bible says, "He that believeth on the son has everlasting life and he that believeth not on the son, the wrath of God abides on him."

When God is on your case, you've got a serious problem. The only solution is a blood transfusion. When we lift the communion cup to our lips, we symbolically take in the supernatural life-changing blood of Christ and drive out the virus of sin and it infects all of your life physically and spiritually. 1 Corinthians 10:16, "The cup of blessing which we bless, is it not the communion of the blood of Christ?"

I asked my mother, "What do you attribute your good health to?" She was 93 and ridiculously healthy. She said, "The holy communion. When I take it, I am cleansed of all diseases and infections." I thought she wasn't on track until I found this verse of scripture. When you take the holy communion, Satan sobs, "I've lost him.

I've lost her." They are now covered by the blood of Jesus Christ shed at Calvary. Diseases are conquered. Diseases are conquered. The fact is you have diseases in your bloodstream right now. The communion taking worthily seeing sickness and disease running for cover. Totally conquered. Driven out by the power of the blood of Jesus Christ, the lamb of God.

Give him glory in this house. >> ((applause)) >> The fact is that blood speaks to God. Blood speaks to God. Hebrews 12:24 says to the blood of Jesus Christ speaks a better word than the blood of Abel. Speaks a better word. I repeat, the blood of Jesus Christ talks.

It speaks to God. The fact is Cain slew Abel in the blood of Genesis. The Bible says the blood of your brother, listen, the blood of your brother Abel cries to me from the ground. What did Abel's blood say to God? It said Cain is guilty. Guilty. Guilty.

Of innocent blood. Cain was cursed. Proverbs 6:17, six things God hates. Very seldom do you hear a verse that God hates something. But in Proverbs Solomon writes this, six things God hates. Hands that shed innocent blood. The fact the blood of over 63 million American babies killed in America's abortion mills cry out to God saying, "Guilty.

Guilty. Guilty of shedding innocent blood." Abortion is murder in the first degree. >> ((applause)) >> If God cursed Cain for shedding innocent blood, will God not judge America for our sin against the unborn? That day is coming. I don't believe the bride of Christ will be here when it happens, but it's going to come.

Last week here in the United States the governor's wife of California, Newsom was her name, told the press, quote, "Evangelical Christians are pulling America back." She was referring to the Stone Age. I want to tell you, dim-witted politicians, there are 60 million evangelicals. And when you start trashing us, it will delight us to vote you straight out of office. >> [cheering and applause] >> But my kind and gracious response to this lady is, yes, thank God, we are taking America back, back to the cross, back to the sanctity of marriage between a man and a woman. >> ((applause)) >> We're taking it back to allowing babies to be born rather than murdered in an abortion clinic.

We're taking We're taking boys back to being boys and girls back to being girls. We >> ((applause)) >> We are never going to embrace transsexual children. God created male and female, end of story. >> ((applause)) >> Back to the Bible. The Holy Spirit-inspired word of God that terrifies the devil and every demon in hell.

Listen to this. The word of God is like a lion. The word of God is like a lion. You don't need to defend a 500-lb lion. All you have to do is turn the lion loose, and the lion will defend itself. You don't have to defend the word of God.

All you have to do is speak it AND TURN IT LOOSE, AND GOD WILL DO the work. >> ((applause)) >> The blood demands our unity. The blood circulates every 23 seconds through your body. The church of Jesus Christ is one body, and the blood that unifies us is the body of Christ.

Jesus said, "Father, that they may be one." His last prayer about the church was unity in the church. And what a shameful disgrace denominationalism has presented to earth. If we could have all Christians living by the dictates of the word of God, the devil would be hiding out in Russia to get away from us. >> ((applause)) >> "Father, that they may be one."

That was Jesus' last prayer. Denominations divide. The blood unifies. Denominations divide. Blood unifies. Racial issues divide. The blood unifies. There is no white church, black church, brown church, whatever color you think you are. There is only one church. It is the blood-bought church of Jesus Christ, the son of God.

That's who you are. >> ((applause)) >> We are one body, one faith, one baptism, one Lord. We are unified and indivisible. Give the Lord praise in the house. >> ((applause)) >> The blood speaks and reaches the throne of God. At Calvary, the blood of Christ spoke to God as men murdered the son of God saying, "Mercy.

Mercy. Mercy." Why? Because Jesus said, "Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do." The blood of the cross will torment your conscience. It will shout in your ear on your deathbed, "Guilty. Guilty. Guilty." Because you have rejected Jesus Christ as the son of God. You can think positive thoughts, but positive thoughts will not save you.

You can take Valium. You can take drunk Take drugs. You can drink Wild Turkey until you grow feathers. As soon as you can think straight, you will hear the words thunder in the corridor of your mind, "Guilty. Guilty. Guilty." Because you have rejected the blood of the cross.

Look at the scarlet stream of blood that flows through the sacred scripture. The scarlet stream begins at the gates of Eden when God himself took a freshly killed animal and took its skin to clothe naked Adam and Eve. God in the garden said, "Where art thou?" How many of you know when God is asking questions, he's not looking for information? "WHERE ART [screaming] THOU?"

HE KNEW WHERE THEY WERE. The message is without the shedding of blood, there is no remission of sin. The innocent animal, the lamb, must die for the guilty Adam and Eve. The stream of blood continues with Cain and Abel. In Hebrews 11, by faith Abel offered an acceptable sacrifice.

It was a lamb. It pleased God because the lamb is the only thing that God would accept. The scarlet stream continues. 16 centuries pass by with little scriptural knowledge, with little scriptural notice. And then came the flood. Moses Noah's first act of the flood was to worship God with the shedding of blood.

Sin again prevailed. God called Abraham and asked him to sacrifice Isaac. When they came to the altar, Isaac was laid on that altar. The angel of God stopped Abraham and provided a ram. The ram spilled its blood. And that blood continued. 400 years later, the beautiful Joseph with his coat of many colors is sold into slavery into Egypt.

He was sent to prison after being falsely accused by Potiphar's desperate housewife. He became prime minister and brought his brothers his brothers and father Jacob to live in the rich lands of Goshen. A family became a nation in Egypt, but they were slaves. They were slaves. How are they set free?

By the shedding of blood. It's called Passover. The blood of the male lamb was sprinkled over the door, down the sides of the door, at the base of the door. God said to the Jewish people in Egypt, "When I see the blood, I will pass over you." We used to sing that song.

How many of you remember that song? All of the gray hairs say, "Yes." It's a great song, young people. You should learn it. "When I see the blood, I will pass over you." What can wash away my sin? Nothing but the blood of Jesus. What can make me whole again?

Say it. Nothing but the blood of Jesus. Oh, precious is the flow that makes me white as snow. No other fountain I know. Nothing. NOTHING. NOTHING BUT THE BLOOD OF JESUS. Give him praise in the house. >> ((applause)) >> Follow that stream of blood. How does it begin in the New Testament?

Jesus said, looking at himself, "Behold the Lamb of God that taketh away the sins of the world." He was that spotless lamb that God required, without sin, pure, holy, destined to be sacrificed at Calvary. He paid a debt he did not owe. I owed a debt I could not pay, and Jesus PAID IT ALL.

ALL TO HIM I OWE. SIN HAD LEFT a crimson stain. He washed it white AS SNOW. HALLELUJAH FOR THE CROSS AND MY redemption and your redemption and your redemption and your redemption. WE ARE FREE BY THE POWER OF THE blood of Jesus Christ. Hallelujah to the lamb. >> ((applause)) >> The greatest question in your life, to those of you who are watching television, also, is have you been to Calvary?

Have you been to the place where Jesus died for your redemption? At the Lord's Supper, the scarlet stream continues. Jesus said, "This cup of the New Testament is my blood that was shed for you and for the remission of sins. Drink ye all of it." At Calvary, the lamb was led to the slaughter, and the and the crimson stream of blood trickled down the cross through every book in the New Testament, the book of Acts, the book of Romans, the book of Corinthians, the book of Galatians, Ephesians, Philippians, Colossians, Thessalonians, Thessalonians, Timothy, Titus, Philemon, Hebrews, 1 and 2 Peter, 1, 2, and 3 John, Jude, and the book of Revelation.

How's it been? How does it begin? It begins with this word, "Unto him that loved us and washed us from our sins in his own blood." He has made us kings and priests unto God. To him be glory, power, and dominion forever and ever. Hallelujah. That crimson stream of blood continued rolling through the ages and dispensations, cleansing men of sin.

That crimson flow of blood found my soul in January 1958 and changed me. It transformed me. It made me a new creature. The things I once loved, I hated, and the things I hated, I then loved. Without the shedding of blood, there is no remission of sin. Saved by his power divine.

Saved through new love sublime. Life now is sweet, and my joy is complete because I'M SAVED, SAVED, SAVED BY THE BLOOD. Give a shout of praise in the house of God. >> ((applause)) >> The blood of the cross is special blood. The blood shed at the cross was the blood of God.

It was the precious blood of the virgin-born Son of God, conceived by the Holy Spirit. His precious blood is not to be confused with the blood of the first plague in Egypt, when the River Nile, from its source to the sea, was transformed to blood, when the water in vessels of wood and stone were filled with blood, when water in the ivory bathtubs of Pharaoh were red like drainpipes in a slaughter pen full of blood, when there was blood throughout all the land of Egypt, it was that blood.

It was not that blood. It was not the blood that Solomon shed shed when he dedicated the temple. It is not the blood when Joseph's brothers took the coat of many colors and baptized it in goat's blood to deceive their father that Jacob had been killed. It's not the blood shed in the destruction of Jerusalem in 70 AD when Titus destroyed the city of Jerusalem and 1 million Jews were slaughtered defending the temple.

It is not the blood of St. Paul. It is not the blood of the early Christians in the Roman Coliseums that were ripped apart by lions. Not that blood. The priceless blood of the Lamb of God, it was that blood. It was the blood that flows from Emmanuel's veins.

It was that blood. The blood that cleanses us from all sin. It was that blood. The blood that conquers cancer, that conquers heart disease. That blood. The blood that sets me free from the fear of tomorrow and the guilt of the past. THAT BLOOD AND ONLY that blood.

Thank you, Father God, for the blood of the Lamb of God, Jesus Christ, your Son and our Savior. Give him praise in the house. >> ((applause)) >> The blood is eternal. Some say, "Oh, yes, after death, I'm going to have someone pray me out of purgatory and into paradise."

Listen to me, there is no purgatory. This is a man-made fabrication. Ooh. There is only an eternal hell where the fire is never quenched and the worm dieth not. According to Luke 16, once you are there, the prayer of 10,000 preachers, priests, and the Pope himself cannot get you out.

In closing, why was Calvary necessary? Because there is something horrible from which we need to be saved. What? An eternity in hell itself. Let me ask you the question. Have you ever seen the dark and disturbing phrase in John 3:16? Preachers and teachers everywhere jump over it because they consider it unpleasant. "For God so loved the world."

Beautiful. "That he gave his only begotten Son." Fantastic. "That whosoever believeth in him should not perish." What? "Should not perish." What? "Should not perish." That's why Calvary was necessary. Without the blood of Christ covering your soul, you will perish. Not lost for a weekend, but lost forever. The greatest question you will ever answer in your life is have you been to the cross?

Ezekiel 3:18, "When I say to those who have not received Christ, you shall surely die. And if you give him no warning nor speak to warn the wicked from the wicked way to save his or her life, the same wicked man shall die in his iniquity, but his blood I will require at your hand."

That's God looking at preachers saying, "If you don't tell your congregation about the beauty of the cross and the horror of hell, you have failed and I will hold you guilty." If I fail to warn you, then your blood is on your hands and not mine. I speak loudly before the throne of God.

The blood of Jesus says you are guilty, guilty, guilty. This is your day of decision, but Christ can cleanse you. This is the day to make your proclamation known by the power of God to be redeemed forever. Can we stand to our feet? First, I'm going to ask is there anyone in this room that has not received Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord?

Just lift your hand right where you are, and I want to have a prayer for your redemption. It's your life. It's your soul. I'll move right along. Now, let's talk to the believers. The Bible says that the profession that you make has awesome power. >> ((music playing)) >> I want you to say this profession.

Put it Read with me. ((music playing)) By the blood of Christ, don't don't Don't quote it after me. Say it with me. By the blood of Christ, by this I overcome the power of sin and Satan. I testify to Satan personally ((music playing)) as to what the word says the blood does for me.

Through the blood of Jesus, I am redeemed out of the hand of the devil. I have the victory. Through the blood of Jesus, all my sins are forgiven. The blood of Jesus Christ, God's son, continually cleanses ((music playing)) me from all sin. Through the blood of Jesus, I am justified, made righteous, just as if I'd never sinned.

Through the blood of Jesus, I am sanctified, made holy, set apart to God. My body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, redeemed ((music playing)) and cleansed. By the blood of Jesus, Satan has no place in me, no power over me. Through the blood of Jesus, I am free. AMEN.

GIVE THE LORD A SHOUT OF PRAISE IN THE HOUSE of God. >> ((music playing)) ((applause)) >> You have no idea the power of what you've just said. You need to say that on a regular basis. It's so powerful. I would like to make this personal petition on behalf of our family on this special day.

Raise up the next generation and anoint them with your supernatural power to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ to America and to the world all the days of their life.

I ask these things in the authority of Jesus' name and by the power of the blood and they will be accomplished. Amen. Amen. Amen. Pastor Matt, let's sing. >> [singing] [singing] ((music playing)) [singing] [singing] ((music playing)) [singing] ((music playing)) ((music playing)) ((music playing)) ((music playing)) ((music playing)) ((music playing)) [singing] >> Give the Lord praise in the house. >> ((music playing)) >> Lift your hands for the blessing. Here's more teaching from the word of God. Welcome to this very important Hagee Ministries program. Pastor Hagee and I are here today to share with you biblical truth, historic documentation, and current events that directly impact your everyday life.

Our topic today, anti-Semitism. A term that is being used very often, but very few truly understand the full weight of its meaning. How prevalent is it in the United States? How prevalent is it in our government, our educational system, and many religious organizations? It's not just a national problem.

It's not just a global problem. It's not even a global problem from nation to nation. It is a problem between heaven and earth because God himself doesn't have an opinion on the matter. He's the one who has the final word. Dad, welcome and congratulations on writing another book.

You know, you've written more than 40 major books at this point ((music playing)) in 67 years of ministry. Why is this topic and this book such an important work at this time in your life? The answer is that we have reached a tipping point in world history. For decades, we were headed towards a path of ever-increasing prosperity and freedom.

((music playing)) Yet now, the arc of history is not bending towards justice as Dr. Martin Luther King said. Evil and iniquity are spreading, and one can follow and trace that thread by following the tracing of the spread of anti-Semitism around the world. Anti-Semitism, ((music playing)) it's not just a modern issue. In this book, you trace the history of it.

And when it comes to ((music playing)) history, anti-Semitism is one of the most pervasive sins found threaded throughout the world. >> It is. How far back ((music playing)) does anti-Semitism go in recorded history? Since the Amalekites first attacked the children of Israel in the desert after they were freed by the Lord from the bondage in Egypt, that's when anti-Semitism began.

And that spirit of Amalek, the pure evil, irrational hatred is still with us to this very day. People who are watching this program, they probably hear a topic like this, anti-Semitism, Jew hatred. Those are strong words. And they think immediately, well, I'm not anti-Semitic. I support Israel ((music playing)) and the Jewish people.

Why is this book important for them to read? It's important ((music playing)) because to support Israel and the Jewish people in your heart is good. To do so with your actions is better. >> ((music playing)) >> And to do so with a full understanding of what you're defending and fighting against is best.

This book enables one who is just starting to learn or who considers themselves learned to further their education about this vital topic. Anti-Semitism brings the curse of God to many nations. The Bible says, God speaking, I will curse those who curse you. That's God's promise. When it comes to that curse, I think it's important to just take a moment and and expound on the conversation about nations.

Because individuals believe that if they are obedient and they are faithful, then that curse doesn't apply to them. But if that curse is on your land, it certainly affects you. And I think there are a lot of faithful believers in the United States who are affected ((music playing)) by the things that are happening in our government, in our nation, and might feel frustrated that they're having to deal with these curses.

But much of these issues are directly connected to the anti-Semitic ((music playing)) positions that our nation has taken against the state of Israel and against the Jewish people. Is that not correct? >> That's true. One of the first government policies concerning the Jewish people is recorded in Exodus chapter 1, verses 8 through 10.

The Bible says, "Now there arose a new king over Egypt who did not know Joseph." In order for that to be the case, he had to deny the historical contribution Joseph had made to his nation. Joseph literally saved the human race. >> There were monuments to Joseph all over Egypt. >> Yes.

So, how does this pattern repeat itself when government leaders deny history in order to support their bias? You know, this happens in our nation. We've seen anarchy in our streets. We've ((music playing)) seen modern revisionists try to erase our past. They want to get ((music playing)) rid of individuals who were patriots, who were men of faith, who were willing to serve their country, and defame ((music playing)) their images.

They They remove statues of the patriots who founded this nation. And it's created an environment where they can rewrite history. When the United States starts rewriting its history, how large is this anti-Semitic issue? From the Jewish origins of Western civilization to the modern history of the Jewish people, all the way up to the present-day events in the Middle East, history and facts are regularly distorted by evil politicians and dictators.

From Pharaoh's enslavement of the Jewish people to the United Nations' demonization against the Jewish state, the distortion of facts, history, and morality are common tools of evil leaders. Members of the UN spend the majority of their time attacking Israel. In my opinion, the UN is a useless and corrupt organization.

Making that statement and and words that you were sharing from Exodus chapter 1, there arose a Pharaoh who knew not Joseph. That Pharaoh started to say things to Egypt that weren't true. But by spreading the lie, he created fear. What if the Jews populate faster than we do and they take over?

What if they join with one of our enemies and they destroy us? And it was the fear from that lie that caused the Egyptian people to willingly throw Jewish children into the Nile. This is why Moses' mother hid the boy in a basket. When we return, the discussion ((music playing)) continues with Adolf Hitler's rise in Europe.

The hatred we saw on October the 7th toward Israel and the ((music playing)) Jewish people was not new. It was a chilling reminder that anti-Semitism never sleeps. In Pastor John Hagee's new book, The Middle East Conflict, The Origin of the Jew ((music playing)) Hatred, Pastor Hagee exposes the spiritual and historical roots of anti-Semitism and why it's exploding ((music playing)) across the globe today.

Now is the time to take your stand. Available on Amazon. This is why Moses' mother hid the boy in ((music playing)) a basket. Yeah. Because there was evil in Egypt. People were throwing children, human beings, to crocodiles. Hitler, >> ((music playing)) >> he comes to power in Germany. He starts spreading lies.

The fear from the lies that he spread caused the German people to support his final solution and ultimately kill 6 million Jews. It's called the Holocaust. Now we have world leaders, as you mentioned the UN, who are spreading lies. They're using words like genocide, which nobody's in favor of genocide, ((music playing)) but they're ascribing genocide to the state of Israel for defending itself.

True. And the things that are causing the same fear are making people react in unreasonable and and inhumane ways towards the state of Israel. ((music playing)) We see Jewish people here in the city of San Antonio chased down the street. We see Jews attacked on the corners in New York City.

And people want to say it's justified because of a lie that is being spread by a government. This is a historic pattern that goes back to the first five books of the Bible, the source of Pharaoh's anti-Semitic policy. It was a combination of jealousy and fear. What was the situation that caused it?

Pharaoh was jealous of God's favor and blessing on the Jewish people. He said, "Look at the people of the children of Israel who are more mightier than we are." Which wasn't true. It was not true. But he was spreading fear. >> Correct. He's afraid of what could happen or would happen if the Jewish people joined the enemies of Egypt to defeat Egypt.

Or they would just outpopulate them and take them over. So, come, let us deal shrewdly with them, is what he said. Lest they multiply and it happen in the event of war that they join our enemies and fight against us. How are governments around the world today taking the same approach in their policies toward Israel, trying to prevent growth and control Israel's future?

You know, when you talk about the policies that they're taking, one of the things that comes to mind as we describe Pharaoh's jealousy, the reason that the Jewish people were prospering is the same reason that nations that support Israel prosper. God made a promise. He made a promise to Abraham.

I will bless you. He didn't make a promise that Abraham was always going to be in the most comfortable situation, that he was going to live where he wanted to live, like he wanted to live, in the way he wanted to live. But what you see in the history of Israel is that God's hand of blessing has always been on the Jewish people.

Amen. When they went to Egypt, they were blessed. The blessing was they were fruitful and they multiplied. It was God's blessing that caused Pharaoh's jealousy. It was God's blessing that caused Pharaoh to suddenly have fear motivated by the godlessness in him. When we see these same patterns in the world today, how much jealousy do we see modern governments taking towards the state of Israel?

At every turn and for decades, world governments first bend the knee to materialism and trade before considering the contents of the word of God. As such, when they see Israel's strength, when they see Israel's brilliance, when they see Israel's prosperity despite the Jewish state's small size and malignant neighbors, they are jealous.

Rather than appreciative of the blessing that the associated innovation brings to every person on planet Earth. During the Obama and Biden administrations, they gave billions of dollars to Iran, which gave it to Hamas, which leads to this present war of October 2023. With that decision by an American administration, America fundamentally invited the hand of God to turn against it.

Because if you are providing resources to the ((music playing)) enemy of Israel, you're not blessing the Jewish people. That's true. You are empowering those who want to afflict them ((music playing)) to take action against them. And what have we seen in this nation since that >> ((music playing)) >> occurred? We haven't seen peace and prosperity.

We've seen chaos and upheaval. And ((music playing)) I believe that we have an obligation as believers in the word ((music playing)) of God, not only to declare the truth, but to take action based on the truth and support leaders ((music playing)) who are willing to stand for truth. There's a lot of anti-Semitism presently in our United States government.

And it's not just ((music playing)) a part of world history and biblical history, it's also deeply rooted in religious history. I remember as a child when you began to do deep studies on the history of Israel and the church, and what you discovered was that religion has been one of the chief propagators of Jew hatred.

Absolutely. Why? From the false doctrine of replacement theology to certain radical elements of Islam, anti-Semitism has indeed infected millions of people throughout the ages. The reason different people are consumed by this hatred varies. For some, they are spoon-fed such bigotry from the time they are children. They become anti-Semites.

For example, UN-run schools in Gaza taught the most vile anti-Semitism for years. And to this very day, Palestinian children are indoctrinated into Jew hatred. For others, anti-Semitism is a result of their biblical illiteracy. For example, Christians who blame the Jews for the sacrificial death of Jesus Christ do not know the first thing about the written word of God.

It's Bible stupidity. Finally, there are still others, many in the celebrity space, who recognize that so putrid have various swaths of society become that Jew hatred and its associated controversy is a springboard to fame in certain parts of America, the alleged land of the free and the home of the brave.

In all of the reasons that you just listed and and you document them more fully in your book, the Middle East conflict, one of the things that I think we could spend a little time in this conversation addressing is what is replacement theology? For you and I, it's a term.

But there's a lot of listeners who are watching today. There's a lot of viewers that they hear that and they don't fully understand what it is and why it exists. And I think it's important for you to take a moment and tell us more about replacement theology and why it's there so that the listener who's not familiar with it can identify it.

Because it is very prevalent in many, many denominations. When we return, pastors discuss ((music playing)) the origins of replacement theology. In a world ((music playing)) filled with noise, one message still brings peace. At Haigie Ministries, our mission is clear. Proclaim the truth of God's word, equip believers, ((music playing)) and reach the lost from the sanctuary of hope to feeding the hungry and caring for the sick.

We go where ((music playing)) God sends us. This mission is accomplished because of you, your heart for the kingdom. Partner with ((music playing)) us today at jhm.org/partner. And I think it's important for you to take a moment and tell us ((music playing)) more about replacement theology and why it's there so that the listener who's not familiar with it can identify it.

Because it is very prevalent in many, many denominations. It's something that goes back centuries. What is replacement theology? Replacement theology is someone who believes that the Jewish people have been replaced by the church in the economy of God. That God has forgotten the Jewish people, that they have lost their privileged position as the chosen children of God.

That is an absolute lie. The Bible very clearly says over and over, ((music playing)) there are 134 verses in the Bible that confirm that God's love for the Jewish people ((music playing)) is forever. The land that God gave the Jewish people is ((music playing)) their land forever. When you talk about an absolute lie, many replacement theologians will take Bible verses and they'll twist them.

They will take the text out of context and use those defenses to suggest that God in essence has turned his back, replaced Israel, people with whom he made covenant, with the church. That we are the new chosen people. >> Yeah. And the reality is we're not the new chosen, but because of Jesus Christ, who was a Jew, Yeah. we have been grafted into the chosen.

Absolutely. The covenant with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob is still in existence and still being fulfilled in God's economy. We started this conversation by saying God has the final say so on the matter. He has not changed his position on Israel, but through his son, Jesus Christ, made it possible for you and I, as Paul said, who were outside of the covenants, to be brought into the same covenant.

And that same covenant is that we have access by the blood of Jesus to the promises of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. We've been grafted into and now have that same inheritance. So, anytime a Bible believer hears someone stating that the church is the new Israel, what they need to know is they're hearing replacement theology.

Right. And the replacement theology is that God has turned his back on the Jew, and we should, too. Every Christian should make it a point to study Romans 9, 10, and 11. That's God's position paper on the Jewish people. The 11th chapter begins with this question. Paul is saying, "Has God cast away his people?"

And he said, "Absolutely not. I'm a Jew, and he's still using me." And he goes on to shred the replacement theology in that chapter. Those three chapters are so rich with Bible teaching and preaching that many preachers are afraid to preach it because it crushes the replacement theology they have been preaching for years.

I saw this as a child. When World War II was going on and Israel was having so much trouble, uh the Holocaust, it was easy to say, God has replaced Israel. >> God has God has replaced He's rejected them. And my mother, God bless her, said, "God has not replaced the Jewish people.

And Israel is going to have a nation at some point in the future." Now, consider the fact when we found out that all of these 6 million Jewish people had been killed, replacement theology seemed acceptable. >> acceptable. And then, May 1948, when we were sitting in our kitchen at home and heard over the radio, because there was no TV then, over the radio that the United Nations had recognized Israel as the state, my mother said, "This is the day that replacement theology gets crucified.

God loves the Jewish people. They are still his people. Israel is going to become a dominant nation, and the world might as well get ready to get used to it and it happened. Not only did it happen, but it fulfilled the prophetic word of Isaiah. That a nation would be born in a day.

And it helped connect many of the prophecies that were spoken about the dispersed people which were the Jewish people taken from their homeland, brought back to the land that God had given in covenant. Proof again that the covenant >> ((music playing)) >> still stands. What are three things that everyone who's watching this program can do, ((music playing)) should do, must do to stand up against anti-Semitic influence, especially since it's so prevalently sweeping through ((music playing)) this nation in this generation.

The first thing you can do is educate yourself. You need to learn what history can teach you and what your faith demands of you. And you need to start with the Bible. I want you to start with Romans 9, 10, and 11. When you get that issue fully settled, it will change your life forever.

Once you get informed, take action. When you hear replacement theology preached in your church, speak up. If your pastor refuses to change his anti-Israel position, change churches. When you hear about an anti-Semitic individual running for or holding office or trying to advance anti-Israel policies, don't be shy. Speak up.

Use your voice. Not to speak is to speak. God will not hold us guiltless. Finally, pray. Prayer is our honor and it is our privilege. If the Lord is willing to listen, we should speak to him often. Pray for our country and pray for your neighbors and pray for the peace of Jerusalem.

They shall prosper that love you. Do you want to prosper? Pray for the peace of Jerusalem. That's God's promise. In our next program, Pastor Hagee and I are going to connect some of the dots from Egypt in the book of Exodus to Hitler and the Holocaust to what you see happening on many college campuses and universities in America today.

How is this behavior being allowed? Who's funding the effort? What is their goal and why do they seek to achieve it? Finally, what role do you play in stopping it? We're discussing Pastor's latest book, The Middle East Conflict. And I want to thank you for being a part of today's program.

We'll see you again very soon from Hagee Ministries. The resurrection of Jesus Christ changed ((music playing)) everything. In my new book, From the Tomb to Triumph, I take you through this resurrection truth from the suffering of the cross ((music playing)) to the empty tomb and into the authority every believer is called to live in today.
