It's Time To Take Our Authority Back!

is going to be a wonderful time under the tent the beautiful thing about gathering is we get to experience and encounter the manifest presence of god and we could be known for so many other things but i'm grateful to be the church where god shows up week after week his holy spirit is moving revival is happening and you're a part of a move somebody shout this is a move come on hey you know every concert venue that i've gone to recently has had some protocol and i've been to a lot of churches that have talked about their covid protocol so i need to go over a few things protocol this morning would that be all right protocol is while you are under this tent and on this campus you can dance you can sing you can shout amen i mean you could shout hallelujah i wish there was somebody who would praise the lord you can clap your hands you can jump up and down you can run around this place one thing you can't do under the tent this morning one thing one rule you cannot let the person next to you out shout you out seeing you out praise you and out serve you under this place come on is anybody excited to be gathered with the church today at global vision amen i know we've got people coming from all over the country i've met a few states this morning anybody here from indiana under the tent indiana nobody knows what a hoosier is so hopefully we find out today kentucky and georgia anybody from tennessee in the house come on god's favorite state amen come on will everyone on their feet this morning we're going to sing some songs of praise and of worship we serve a god who is worthy of you for being online watching us you may be seated if you're able you can run otherwise amen folks still coming in lord's filling the place up and i'm excited about that somebody gave me a sign this morning in the meet and greet line i'm hanging up my office today and uh it has the big f u says fired up isaiah 61 1 amen so we left it up here he's god we're going to stay fired up god is good church but things aren't good god still is amen and god's doing a good thing i want to give you a beautiful report and some other things i'll talk to you about during the message because it fits the context but uh how you know we've been praying for a long long time for land expansion and we started talking about it just two and a half three weeks ago in fact about three weeks ago three sundays and we told you that we were finally able to get in contract with the land over here and we got the land behind us and so we got in contract for the land beside us and it would give us kind of the remaining 15 acres of all of it and we've had people say this is the worst spot in wilson county and that's why god's doing it right here on this rock amen jesus said i'll build my church upon a rock so we'll take all the rock we got in wilson county because jesus is the rock amen and so we got in contract for a million and thirty thousand dollar deal with no money whatsoever amen because we knew if we made an announcement without being in contract some of these neighbors are going to get a little snakey on us and try to buy it out from under us they got more money we do but they got more money than god does so i i just want to let you know although it took a little longer than we thought it took a couple of days extra and a little bit more headache a little bit more heartburn and a couple hours of sleepless nights and a little bit more painstaking paperwork to god be the glory we paid cash and closed on all of it praise god closed on every bit of it 1.5 million dollars in the last three and a half weeks bought both properties paid cash for all of it i'm telling you god's still in the business and taking care of his stuff it ain't about our campus it's about his kingdom but i'm glad this campus is an extension of the kingdom church so praise god we got the whole ball of wax got one little sliver right here in the middle that a family's talking about one little tiny worthless sliver but the good thing is they can't really sell it out from under us because we got the whole thing landlocked so it's nothing but a little island sitting there all by its little lonesome and so i believe god's gonna give us that too amen and that'll give us full i don't know 16 17 acres whatever it is we'll have to measure it out but to god be the glory so that's a beautiful beautiful thing so i want to say thank you to everybody that sacrificed everybody that gave in-house and online and people mellowed in checks literally by the hundreds and uh the lord blessed in a marvelous way now we always are taking offerings for other people because even in the middle of raising all that money and buying both properties we still started by tithing that hundred thousand dollars that we had right out of the savings account and then over and above that we're still able to give so much more and we just we just didn't quit we just don't allow the the enemy to make us think that we can't by faith believe that god's going to continue to stretch us and grow us and do things if listen if it doesn't stretch you it's not faith it's fear right so it stretched us but we kept giving it we didn't miss any payroll didn't miss any bills and still paying all of our obligations and things that need to be done and so in saying that here's what today is right we didn't even take an offering this past wednesday a few people gave but here's what today's offering is because normally we're taking offerings for other people so it's been weird for me the last couple of weeks but to god be the glory i mean who who raises that much cash in just a few weeks right god does that's who does and so we don't have any debt don't want any debt and so today is literally in-house and online today is start over offering right it start over offering because god brought us right down to the wire savings account checking the whole deal and so he allowed us to be good stewards of literally every check dollar and dime that came in i know there's churches all over america that just sit around on millions of dollars for nonsensical reasons but we don't we give it away and we use it for the kingdom amen and so what we give today is restart offering just kind of get us back going again because we literally brought the thing right down to the wire so in-house and online we know he's gonna bless not only right now in the room but also online people still sending in checks every single week people give checks to this church in the mail just as faithfully as some of you will drop them in a tv bucket here in just a minute it is beautiful the outreach that the lord has given us the growth that we've seen both on campus and around the campus of the world amen it's just been absolutely beautiful and so we want a good offering today and so let's sacrifice let's dig deep we don't know what god has us given to next or by next or purchasing next whether it's that land or whatever it is but we know god is going to get his glory and we know that we will not have an unpaid bill that has god's name on it if we'll just be faithful good stewards of all that he's given us amen and so we give give give give give we pay for what needs to be paid for we don't sit around a bunch of money so this is restart offering today to kind of start us all over again and kick us back into high gear so we can continue to get be the most benevolent church you've ever been a part of i tell our kids when we go to a restaurant i don't want you to learn from me and your mother how to be the most generous people in the room i want you to be the most generous people on the planet at any given time and i want this to be the most generous church that any of you have ever been a part of in-house online i want people to walk away from global vision and say those people are not so crazy fall down the steps schizophrenic about giving god's money into god's ministry amen we'd love to do that and so let's be faithful today we know that god's going to meet every single need the ones we know about and the ones we do not and so today literally is start from scratch offering and i believe god's going to bring it in to god be the glory great things he have done he's doing some beautiful things around this campus people still driving in people still getting here to park and we're excited and one of the things i guarantee you we'll have to use some money for us we need some more chairs amen that's a good problem to have amen in this big old tent but we're gonna have to buy a whole lot more chairs and reconfigure some things and so if you want to buy some chairs today you can put it in there mark your check for chairs but god is doing a great thing and he is getting glory and i'm convinced if we'll keep giving him glory he'll keep pouring it out amen church he'll keep doing it so let's pray father in heaven we come to you in that name that is above every name the name of the lord jesus christ and we pray father that you would release us right now in a spirit of gifting and generosity lord whether we have the high end gift or not i pray all of us would be obedient to give today that father in this room and online and all over the world you'd release us right now in that spirit of benevolence in that spirit of sacrifice so that your campus your kingdom your church can continue to plunder the gates of hell and father we thank you that you now allowed us to have that property next to us and behind us what a blessing to god be the glory great things you have done lord they told us for a long time your landlocked ((music playing)) ((music playing)) and all the resources to cover you're gonna provide all the chairs you're gonna provide everything that we need for life and godliness so i pray right this moment whether we're in this room or watching online the lord you nudge in our heart right now the number that we need to continue to dig deep and give so the expansion of the kingdom of god can continue we're reaching people all over the world that we know not of but you keep good notes you're a good record keeper lord and we thank you for that and one day when we cast our crowns at the feet of the lamb and say thou art worthy he that redeemed us back to god again out of every nation tribe kindred language and tongue lord there will be people in line that we reached and didn't even know it that'll say thank you for giving thank you for fasting thank you for praying thank you for preaching thank you for prophesying thank you for staying open thank you for standing strong so father i pray that you would increase the influence and the voice that you've given us exponentially a thousand fold bless this offering we pray in the mighty name of jesus such an amazing couple of weeks and we're getting ready to do this song which god always does a new revelation every time i sing this song in worship ((music playing)) and when the bible talks about being in a consuming fire he's a consuming fire because fire spreads have you ever noticed ((music playing)) how fire can catch just so quickly and this song really addresses our identity ((music playing)) and realize who he created us to be and then calling that out of other people calling that out of our unsaved you are saved calling it out of our children you are you have a future in christ god has a calling on your life if we start speaking these things then that fire is going to spread ((music playing)) because knowing who you are in christ is the most important tool we have on our arsenal besides his word because if you're sick he calls you healed if if you're confused he says i'm not the father of confusion so then we can't be confused because he's our father if you're tired he says i hold you when you're weary if you're overwhelmed if you're burdened if you're struggling if you're poor he says i'm rich he is everything that we need and he has called us to be whole he has called us to be well he has called us to have joy the devil comes and tries to bring distractions depression confusion and god says i give you peace i give you joy so let's be fire starters let's stand up we're going to worship him this is an altar i love all this space here because if you have something you want to lay down at his feet at the altar in the bible you would build an altar for an event you would lay it down and then you'd that was it you built your altar sometimes god would burn it up with fire because he is all-consuming so if you have something you want to bring to the altar if you have something you want to let go we're going to worship together and we're going to be fire starters for christ it's not just a blue flame it's a it's a wildfire it's gonna spread it's already spreading can you feel it in your bones can you feel a new revolution of his church a new spirit of revival let that fire catch hold of your heart let it deliver you from whatever you're delivering from father we give you our worship father we know who we are in you father we know that we are called though we are already delivered that the battle is already won we give you all praise in our that says chan man we need you to move because uh the authorities have already been called they do not allow us to park on the road and our neighbors go nuts and they're looking for any opportunity to shut us down and so the staff and volunteers out there just sent me a word and a picture and so if you have a license plate says chan man we will make sure that you get in a good parking space but we need you to get out of the road and if anybody else is parked in the road please do not do that i know we're full but we will make sure that we get everything cleared out within the coming weeks so we hearts and i pray right now for the course of the next few moments that we have together in this house that you would be glorified that you would be worshipped you would be adored you would be praised you would be fear we would be in all of the power in the presence of almighty god lord there'll be a thousand distractions that the devil will throw our way may we not pay one bit of attention to any of them may we focus on the bible may we focus on prayer may we focus on the preaching not the preacher and holy spirit i pray that you will do a work in this place whereby when we walk out of here the father will be so glorified it'll blow our minds do exceedingly abundantly above all we could ever ask or think captivate our hearts and our imagination so that for the next few moments we can sit and not just hear but absorb like spiritual sponges the truth of god's word get your glory in this room and to all the people that are watching and we'll watch later we want you to be honored and we want you to change lives and we believe the gospel is still the power of god unto salvation so work in this place we pray in jesus mighty name and all of god's people said mark chapter 11 is where we're going to be jesus is in a very controversial place in his ministry not only is he busy not only is he burdened down by the people that are there feed us jesus help us jesus sign our bible jesus resurrect somebody from the dead g everywhere he goes as we often say it's like literally a stomped ant bed the people are everywhere but this is different because he's not just saying the right things and doing the right things he's in a moment he's in a climactic point of absolute controversy for which the church-going crowd is very very angry and how many of you know that some of the meanest people on the planet are church-going people i tell them there's times i'd rather preach in a beer joint than a baptist church ladies and gentlemen sometimes church people can be crazy jerks for jesus and may we not be baptized with that type of a spirit and so jesus is if you will fighting against this religious spirit that has crept into his culture and no doubt controls the culture in which we live but i want you to notice some things that begin to happen look if you would please mark chapter 11 towards the end of the text verse number 27. so just after he preached a very controversial message it says and they come again to jerusalem so he's going back for another visit he went the first time people were saved set free healed delivered the whole deal but he's going back for a return crusade and as he was walking into the temple there come to him and notice who showed up immediately in the service the chief priests and the scribes and the elders now we know that everywhere he went people were magnetized to the messiah they were the drunkards and the prostitutes and the the dope heads and the gang bangers if you will and jesus had no problem sitting down and breaking bread with these people because he came to give us all life and life more abundantly and jesus came to seek and to save that which was lost and jesus gladly ate with sinners but you'll notice the people that immediately were magnetized were the people that hated him the most the scribes the chief rulers of the synagogue the temple the religious denominational phd hierarchies that says how dare you show up and preach such a truth how dare you free our people from bondage and by the way you know why churches get mad when churches like us stay open and it seems to shame them because we show them that the low down sorry cowards that kept their churches closed didn't have a message to propagate and preach to begin with and we've made them look bad but i'm not gonna let them shame me into closing this thing down i'm not gonna let them shame me and bully me in a corner of silence and say oh my goodness you are just far too demonstrative i ain't even got started yet ((applause)) if you think round one brought out a baptism of boldness you wait your round two show they ain't seen boldness yet they ain't seen boldness yet and so listen it's gonna be them scribes it's gonna be them chief priests it's gonna be those elders you see they had the people under their thumb they had those people under their domineering denominational control and when jesus showed up he brought freedom how you know jesus still brings freedom say amen a lot of times we preach on freedom from addiction freedom from meth freedom from crack freedom from prescription pills freedom from vaping freedom from smoking freedom from chewing freedom from drinking freedom from all those things you better know jesus brings freedom from religion too ladies and gentlemen i ain't bound up and wound up in man-made traditional religion that makes you perform perform or do this and do this and do this jesus already did it shout amy and he already did it church so jesus just does not bring addiction as far as bondage and freedom is concerned he brings you into freedom out of the bondage of nonsense that man has laid upon you and given you burdens that they themselves don't even carry and obey and so jesus is about to find out that the people that hated him the most could not turn their face away and the people that did not like a word that fell from his lips never missed a public sermon they showed up at every tenth meeting they showed up at every house gathering just to criticize they showed up at every temple they showed up at every church and they were there for one reason they didn't want to see converts they didn't want to see healings they didn't want to see baptisms they didn't want to see deliverance they didn't want to see victory they didn't want to see things progressing successfully and moving forward they were there for one purpose and that was to criticize what god was doing and might not just go on the authority of the word of god and be rather demonstrative and greg luck about this thing if the only reason you show up at this tent and this church is to criticize we need your seat you can leave any time you jolly well please we ain't got to ask your permission to worship god around here we ain't got to do it the way your grandmama did it and the way your paw pal did it i'm here to tell you this ain't a white church this ain't a black church this ain't just an american church this is god's church and we're going to do what the holy ghost says we don't care what the rest of them think and i promise you we don't give two flips of a wooden nickel what the government thinks about us keeping his church open ((applause)) i'm not asking nashville what to preach i'm not asking murfreesboro what to preach i'm not asking detroit what to preach i'm asking the holy ghost what to preach we do not need man's permission to do god's work that'll make a good shirt right there you can tweet that amen we do not need man's permission to do god's work and we got too many cowards that are pretending to be shepherds that are standing up asking other people what are we supposed to do next you're supposed to go with the wind of the holy ghost is what you're supposed to do you just go with the flow and you better know there's some flow going on in this place so that's just the first verse we gotta preach verse 28 and say unto him watch what their criticism was by what authority doest thou these things they're like wait just a minute sir let's throw on the theological jake breaks and ask you a question who gave you authority to heal people in your own name in that weird we don't heal anybody in our name we heal people in jesus name jesus he had pippa in his own name jesus show up late hands i'm like in my own name come out devil in my own name cancer go in my own name divorce you've got to flee in my own name addiction you've got to run in my own name we do it in his name he did it in his own name so that freaked this crowd out a little bit and they said unto him what authority do you have to do these things who gave thee this authority to do these things they're like who died and made you pastor who made you el capitan mr president who made you the messiah well god did because he was the messiah right but they didn't believe that they wouldn't adhere to that they wouldn't submit and obey that fact and so they said we'd like to know just one thing who gave you the keys to the kingdom jesus who do you lottie da da think you are to show up here bow your back like a benny rooster and tell us that we are wrong and that you are right who do you think you are who gave you such authority i love what jesus does jesus did something that my grandfather used to do before he went to heaven and it unnerved me he would answer my question by asking me one that seems weird and proverbial doesn't it but it's very wise it makes people think we have to do some spiritual inventory so jesus before he gives them an answer which he very readily does not give them at all because we know the answer he asked them a question that they're going to have a very very difficult time responding to publicly so watch this verse 29 jesus answered and said unto them i will also ask of you one question let me stop look at me for a second quit all this nonsense of thinking that all the red letters in your bible were casual willy-nilly culturally appropriate politically correct foolishness in which jesus never offended anybody i don't know what you're reading but it ain't a bible jesus said stuff to take people off on purpose did you know a lot of the red letters in the bible would get us in a whole lot of trouble in non-red letter churches these days i ain't talking about greg letters i'm talking about red letters people out time say will i tell you one thing if you'd preach more like jesus people would like you if i preach more like jesus more people would hate me than actually hate me right now because jesus had some stuff to say well you know you just you just need to stay away from all the hot button issues the church in america is in a mess right now because the pastors have stayed away from all the hot button issues and we've refused to say what needs to be said you know it's shocking to me how many people are okay with where the church is in america right now how many people are cool with it how many people are legit with it and how many people try to justify it you cannot justify stupidity remember a couple weeks ago i called it the real bs biblical stupidity i don't care any way you slice it any way you dice it any way you roll it you cannot justify what the church in america has done to the church in america you can't justify it you can't justify it so jesus said some things sometimes that just unnerved people and don't think for a minute we don't do that around here on purpose huh i tell we about to have a good time up in this house i'll preach whether you clap or not praise god cbs they said well you know we just we're concerned i bet you are i'm concerned about that documentary dropping next month before he's gone they said we're concerned that sometimes you get caught up in the heat of the moment and say things you don't mean i said you asked wayne he's sitting there i said that's the dumbest thing i've ever heard i said i do not get caught up in the moment and just say things have caught i said i so believe in the authority of the word of god that i create the moment because i know what people need to hear under that tent what people need to hear in this church i'm very calculated in every word that comes out of my mouth so you can take it to the bay if i say it from the pulpit there ain't no reason to try to get me to apologize for it i've done thought about it before it came out of my mouth and jesus said i'm gonna ask you boys a question that's gonna make you uncomfortable jesus got people's dander up he ticked neighbors off too he made church people mad by the way can i say something this is beautiful some of you can attest to this for being here today and a lot of you online thousands of you can attest you know everywhere i go everywhere i go without fail without exception without question especially here in the hospitality team you know i have ladies that'll walk up to me and say my husband is as unchurched as the day is long and he loves you you're the only guy that my husband will listen to preach the i like that man that's like a badge of honor for me my husband hates church but loves global vision you know why because your husband for a long time set under some limp wristed man mandy pamby individual that was afraid to say what was real and afraid to say what was true and he thought all preachers were that way well you got the wrong one if you thought i was going to be that way let me tell you what men want men want to be led by a man thank god for godly women thank god for women that stand up and do what's right but it's time for me to stand up and do what's right for the kingdom's sake and some of you women need to allow your husband to lead shout amen ((applause)) and jesus said to himself to make people feel weird but notice this he said i'm going to ask you a question and answer me and then i will tell you by what authority i do these things he said you tell me the answer to this and i'll give you the answer you're seeking here's some shrewdness right here this wise right here watch this verse 30. the baptism of john was it from heaven or of men and then it's like wait for it wait for it he says answer me man that would just tear me up just hearing him say them two words answer me boy was your granddaddy like that don't you stare at me like a billy goat eating briars you answered me but yes sir i didn't know what to say and jesus like hey the baptism of john the baptist is who's referring to in the narrative the context was it from heaven from god was it justifiably biblical or was it from man was it just earthly was it just motivational nonsense was he just a guru that people liked and then he says answer me and he knew two things number one they wouldn't answer it and number two if they did answer it they'd be in a hook and a crook in a rock and a hard place so they begin to do a little back pedaling they're trying to figure out what they can do now they get what you hear me call the baptistic porky pig syndrome they don't know what to say they're like oh man we gotta go over here and confer we gotta have a little secret meeting with our little secret handshake so we can figure out what's going on and so they they kind of go over the side they're like oh and they reasoned with themselves because they certainly weren't going to make it public saying if we shall say from heaven then he will say you ever try to figure out what people are going to say when you answer them about something you ever try to get you know like three steps ahead you're not playing checkers and tell you why two nights ago i felt the most utterly helpless of 45 years of existence in almost 30 and a half years of preaching utterly useless powerless which sometimes a good place to be because you have to turn to the lord i flew down to savannah georgia the other day everybody all right just gonna talk for a minute we good i flew down to savannah and it was it was a last-minute flight i was going to drive didn't realize it was eight hours one way and i was just i was wore out from traveling and just you know we've been in the process of of moving and and all of that which comes at a great time as you'll hear so i'm preaching in this tent meeting a bunch of people showed up little bitty old town i mean jack spratt nothing there for 20 miles but people just showed up this little tent we had a great time lord set some people free and delivered some folks it's beautiful i grabbed something to eat i was going back to my hotel and i just i never i just i never traveled by myself so it just worked out i just guys were gone and i just i just got down there quick so i got some food and i went back to my hotel and i don't know nine o'clock 10 o'clock i was an hour ahead from here my phone started ringing which is not unusual my phone rings like 24 hours a day but it's 800 number oh that's weird i get them stupid robocalls like everybody else but i don't know i'm called after six or eight o'clock it's nine ten o'clock at night so i let it ring from and i thought i didn't go answer that so i picked it up and when i picked it up a text came through from my wife while i was answering the phone and i didn't get a chance to see what the text said i only got a chance to stay on the phone but i said wife i got these fires and hearts because i'm fired up heart-filled in love with my wife amen so it popped up so i saw that i thought well i'll check in a second and they said hey this is so-and-so alarm company we've just been alerted that you have an intruder in your house now let me tell you something if you ever hear that greg locke suicided himself don't you believe that stupid governmental bull crap had some freak car accident on old lead the dirt road died of natural causes in his sleep i'm healthy as a dadgum horse so you've watched all the movies about them false flag home invasions let me tell you how utterly helpless i felt when my wife texts me and said we've been watching this car parked outside look they knew my schedule they knew my older boys are going to be on a youth retreat and ben's retreat my wife and my youngest daughter home by themselves and they watched three or four times this car pull up look at his phone gps lit up she went out into the garage and got the pistols multiple out of the car ((applause)) no sooner she's felt the holy spirit since she got in house she shut the door no sooner she said i felt the holy spirit said turn the alarm on now the car pulled right down the road he got out beaufort within less than one minute maybe 45 seconds from the time my beautiful wife turned that alarm on they tried to come in through the downstairs the alarm company called and said should we alert the police i said they better be there right now is what they better be all the men were going i called brian i said you get in your car i said you get over to my house so lickety-split fast i said you come in wide open like barney five shooting a bullet if you i said you get up in there so i called my wife i didn't know she was on the phone with the police and they were saying let them get there and clear the house before you come out of the closet and my wife and my daughter were terrified in a bedroom closet with two pistols in their hand while these low down sorry people try to break in our house and intimidate us i was calling my wife and calling my wife and calling my wife and calling my wife and calling my wife and calling my wife the police wouldn't let her answer she hunkered down the closet brian showed up police everywhere guns drawn eight or ten of them running all over the house trying to clearly couldn't get in the door banging banging banging banging she's hiding in a closet with a pistol and a daughter i couldn't get her to answer the phone i so freaked out i couldn't see straight i was eight hours away no way to get home i was about to steal the rental car and make it home i jumped in my knees in that bedroom of that hotel man i threw up my hands and i said god i don't know what the world's going on in my house i don't know what's happening with my wife and my daughter lord right now i pray in the mighty name of jesus that you'll dispatch a host and a legion of angels to protect my wife and protect my house and protect my daughter don't you let them mongols do anything to my wife and kids don't you let them get in vandalize our house brian called me i said you better call me the second you roll up on a half a wheel up in that parking lot he called me he said they can't get in i said put it on speaker phone i said you hear me deputy kick the flipping door in kick the door in finally she answered now let me tell you something i don't i don't need a bunch of people in a meet and greet line oh i get it i don't say this for you sympathy i say it for your prayers my wife is hands down the strongest person character-wise and resiliency-wise i know i'm telling you you come get one of these kids should fight a buzzsaw bare-handed and whoop you in three seconds flat and then make a video out of it but i have never i've never sensed the anxiousness and the spirit of fear that's now trying to grip our family like i have the last couple of days oh she's cool it showed us number one that the move that we're making is right we knew eventually they'd find us if you think that was random you've lost your mind we got a little rental house right in the middle with big ol houses all around us if you think for any second somebody camped outside my house three or four times within a 45-minute period and couldn't figure out where they they knew exactly what they were doing so i'm gonna serve notice on all of them i'm telling you right now you better keep your hands off my family you mess with greg lock that's one thing you mess with my family that's a whole nother situation we are not going to stop preaching we are not going to stop and say pastor lock i know what god's saying to me i don't want to go to hell i want to know my sins are forgiven i want to know jesus to be my lord and savior i want my sins forgiven i want to know that heaven's my home that christ is my savior i want to know that today not tomorrow night next week not on easter today you sir you ma'am you need to be born again today you know why you need to be born again because the first one jacked you up we're born in sin but you can walk out of here a saint in the eyes of god cleansed by the blood of his son the lord jesus if you need jesus today you there's any place that i could tell you that is the best place to be it is out of your comfort zone the bible tells us in the book of peter to grow in grace you know what that means it means that we have to allow seasons in our lives we have to allow situations in our lives to grow us because if we're not careful we won't face those things head on and they'll become a root of bitterness in our lives and then it's going to destroy everything around you every relationship you have every place of employment that you go to every church that you go to every friendship that you have and it's all because we're not willing to get out of this place of comfort we're not willing to be put in a place of vulnerability but it's a beautiful place to be because i'm going to testify to you today and i'm going to tell you that transparency in your life will disarm the enemy in your life it are it's the things that you refuse to deal with it's the things that you refuse to seek help for it's the things that you say to yourself i can't go up there and have somebody pray for me because what are they going to think of me who cares what they think of you fear not their faces this is where the spirit of the lord is and there's restoration here available for you there's boldness here available for you there's freedom here available for you you really can come and lay it all down at the foot of the cross because i hear the spirit of the lord saying to me right now that there's some people in the room and you feel like this is your red sea moment right i feel like in my life this is my red sea moment and i see the red sea before me and the enemy is encamped all around and i'm like lord what am i gonna do what am i gonna do and then he reminds me that he's the same god yesterday today and forever and that he's going to part the red sea and that i'm going to walk through on dry ground and i feel like today that you need to know that it doesn't matter what you're facing it doesn't matter all the people in their faces that you're looking at there is freedom in the lord jesus christ there is deliverance in the lord jesus christ there is restoration in the lord he will call home your prodigal child he will restore your marriage he will multiply your family he will bless your children and their children and their children's children amen because he's the one that sits on the throne room of heaven he's the holy one and it doesn't matter what you're going through in life one thing that i know for certain is that we can praise our way to our breakthrough because god is good and it doesn't matter what you're going through because he's the prince of peace he's the alpha and the omega the beginning and the end he knows it all he's been there he's done that he is with you he goes before you he walks beside you he carries you right he is the one that can move the mountain in your life he's the one that can speak into your dry place and bring living water from a rock amen so today in the house as everyone's praying we're just gonna praise god for who he is we're gonna praise our way to our breakthrough because we believe that he is who he says that he is amen father god
