today. Well, let's welcome all of our campuses online. Welcome. How many are grateful for what the Lord has done, what he is doing, and what he will do. This is such a powerful time. So, let's welcome in with worship. Father, we love you. We thank you. We lift up our praise to you, Jesus.
Thank you, Lord. Come on, let's worship him. We worthy oh ((music playing)) we sing together. All my words fall short. I've got nothing in you. How could I express all ((music playing)) my gratitude? I could ((music playing)) sing his songs as ((music playing)) I often do, but every song was ((music playing)) and you never sing. Oh, ((music playing)) I throw up my hands, praise you again and again.
Cuz all that I have is [music and singing] a hallelujah. Hallelujah. [singing] ((music playing)) And I know it's not [singing] much. I'm nothing else before a king ((music playing)) except for a heart singing hallelujah. ((music playing)) Hallelujah. [singing] ((music playing)) And ((music playing)) I've got one response. I've got ((music playing)) just one new with my ((music playing)) arms wide. >> ((music playing)) >> So I throw my hands praise ((music playing)) you again and again cuz ((music playing)) all that I have is ((music playing)) I know it's not much ((music playing)) else for me.
He said I ((music playing)) ((music playing)) ((music playing)) won't tell him he's worthy. ((music playing)) Oh, you're worthy, Lord. ((music playing)) There's no more like you. ((music playing)) Come on my soul. Oh, don't you ((music playing)) can't shine on me. Lift up your song cuz you've got a [music and singing] lion inside. Get ((music playing)) up and praise the Lord. Oh, come on. Come on, my soul.
Oh, don't ((music playing)) you can't shine on me. Lift up your soul. You got a ((music playing)) light inside your arms. Oh my ((music playing)) soul. Heat. Heat. Heat. ((music playing)) Heat. Heat. ((music playing)) ((music playing)) Heat. Heat. ((music playing)) Heat. Heat. ((music playing)) ((music playing)) Praise you again. ((music playing)) ((music playing)) I know I know ((music playing)) it's my ((music playing)) heart. ((music playing)) ((music playing)) So I'll hold my hands praise ((music playing)) you again and again.
Cuz all [music and singing] that I have is a Holly. And I [singing] know it's not much or nothing ((music playing)) else except for [music and singing] our sing it all. Hallelujah. Thank you, Lord, cuz you're the ((music playing)) name above [singing] all name. And you are worthy of all [singing] praise. And my heart [singing and music] will sing. How great is our God.
Oh yes. Yes. You're the [music and singing] name of all. And you are [singing] worthy of all praise. And my [music and singing] heart will sing how great is our God. Sing how great, how great. Sing, how great is our [music and singing] God. Sing with me, how great is our God. And all will see how great How great ((music playing)) is our God.
How great you are. And [singing] how great is our ((music playing)) God. Oh, sing with me. How great is our God in all [singing] will see how great how great is our God. Come on. Have you know we serve a great God today. Come on. He's worthy. Come on every campus. Come on.
Right there in Jackson Hole. Come on Frisco. Let's put our hands together. Come on this morning. What a great God that we serve. Lord, we love you. We honor you. Uh we magnify you. You're worthy of all of our praise, all of our adoration. Well, hey everybody. Welcome to day nine.
You made it. Day nine. Let's uh have a seat for a moment. And uh this is your first morning. Welcome. give you a quick little idea of what we're going to do is uh I'm going to share a quick devotional and then we're going to go into a time of individual prayer.
Um there's prayer cards at every location and I want to say hello to all of our campuses and all of our online family and we're going to encourage you to take the cards, pray over these and um and then at about 6:45 or so you'll hear the team come out, lead us in worship and we'll come together around a corporate topic and I'll share that with you.
Amen. I want to stir your faith and ((music playing)) uh focus our attention towards uh one of the names of God. Uh and it's this. It's Elon. Um the word L in the Hebrew is for God. Elon means most high. Uh ((music playing)) and and here's the definition of it. It stresses the supremacy of God.
It stresses this idea that he is superior in authority. He's superior in power. And he's superior in status. So he's superior to anything that you're facing, anything that ((music playing)) um we're seeing, any name or any card or any issue that that we're dealing with. He is lljon. We see this in uh Psalms 42:7.
It says, "How awesome is the Lord most high?" That's the name Elon, the great king over all the earth. I think that verse shows us, I want to show three things. shows us his position that he is king over all the earth. I just want to be to be reminded of that this morning that as you pray and as you intercede on behalf that that you're talking to the God who is king over not just the I think we think earth and we're like yeah the universe and the stars and everything.
No, he's the king over every need over ((music playing)) every issue um over every request that we pray for. I want to remind us that although the enemy is um ((music playing)) roaming the earth and is doing evil things that he's not superior to Elon that we're not in a dispensation of time where all of a sudden the enemy has the authority and that he is the most high.
Are you following me? I want to remind you that your God is still most high. That although evil is running rampant that he is still most high over all creation. So we need to come with that confidence in prayer and that faith in prayer that he is in his position as king over all. 2 Samuel 22:14 we see this name again.
It said the Lord thundered from heaven. The voice of the most high that's lljon. The voice of the most high resounded. It shows us his powers. Not only his position but it shows us ((music playing)) his power that he is powerful. I want to remind you of that today that as you pray he's he's ((music playing)) powerful.
He's mighty. He's supreme. That he is he's the final say. That there's not something that has a greater say over our lives today. And maybe you have a need of your own today. I want to remind you that his power is available. That Elon, the God most high in Psalms 91 verse one and two.
A lot of us know this verse. If you've been around church, I love this. says, "Whoever dwells in the shelter of the most high will rest in the shadow of the almighty. I will say of the Lord, he is my refuge and my ((music playing)) fortress, my God in whom I trust.
Whoever dwells in the shelter of Eljon, of the Godmost high, it shows us his protection." So, I just want to remind you quickly today that God is sitting in his position. ((music playing)) He has not vacated the throne. everybody that no matter what is shaking around you, no matter ((music playing)) what is happening in the lives of those we're interceding for, no matter how shaky life may feel, he has not vacated his position.
((music playing)) He is God most high and he is king over all the earth and he's still seated on his throne today. I want to remind you that he has not vacated his power. That he still has power to save a lost soul. ((music playing)) He still has power to restore a sick body or mind or emotions.
((music playing)) He still has the power to bring children back home. He still has the power to reconcile relationships. He still has the power to give breakthrough in different areas of our life. He has not vacated that he is God most high. I want to remind you that that God most high gives us protection.
That when we dwell in his shelter that there is nothing that can harm us. That this is our God. So when you pray today and as you intercede, I just want to be in the the forefront of your mind. You're talking to Eljon, the Godmost high. And that God most high, how wonderful is he that he reaches very low.
That the God who is seated on his throne and could be like, "You little peasants, why are you speaking to me?" leans over with his ear towards our prayers today. The Old ((music playing)) Testament says, "His ear is not deaf that he can't hear us, nor is his arm too short that he can't reach down and rescue us.
This is our God." How many are grateful that he is llon, the Godmost high? So, why don't you stand with me at every location if you can where you're joining us online. And I want to remind you to to grab a card. I want you to leave those.
Maybe you pray over a few and then you'd come back and uh change out for a few more. And um and then I want you to take a posture prayer that's comfortable for you but not distracting for others. And >> ((music playing)) >> uh as we pray today and then again in about a half hour we'll come back together for a time of corporate prayer.
Why don't we lift our hands to heaven at every campus? Just give the Lord our morning offering of ((music playing)) praise. Come on. We enter his gates with thanksgiving and we enter his courts with praise. Lord, we come before you and give you thanks that you are God most high.
And Lord, we take great comfort in that today. And so we honor you today. We believe that you're in this place and that you're going to hear our prayers and respond to them. So we thank you in advance by faith for all the amazing things that you're going to do.
We honor you today, King Jesus. It's in your name we pray. And everybody said a big amen. Amen. Let's ((music playing)) pray. Once you start ((music playing)) pouring it out. Oh, don't ((music playing)) ever stop. Oh, don't ever stop. All we ((music playing)) want to be is your vessel. Come fill ((music playing)) us up. Come fill us up.
((music playing)) And once you started pouring it out, don't ever stop. Don't ever stop. Come Holy Spirit, fill us ((music playing)) again. This means nothing if we don't have you. Don't let us settle for anything ((music playing)) less. This means nothing if we don't have you. This means nothing if we don't have you.
((music playing)) We have nothing. We have nothing if we don't ((music playing)) have it. Heat. Heat. ((music playing)) We will go we want to be ((music playing)) so Come in. Come ((music playing)) in. Once you started ((music playing)) pouring it out, don't ever stop. ((music playing)) Don't ever stop. When all we ((music playing)) want to be is ((music playing)) on you started pouring it out.
Don't ever stop. Don't ((music playing)) ever stop. ((music playing)) We want more of you. We want more of you, love. We want more of you. Oh, and come, Holy Spirit. [singing] Fill us. This means nothing if we don't have anything less. This means nothing. ((music playing)) We have nothing if we don't have you in the morning.
I will rise up, shed in darkness and bathe in your light. I recount every blessing the words you spoken ((music playing)) that bring me new life. I am reminded from where you have brought me where you ((music playing)) have placed me for today. I won't forget ((music playing)) that your hand will hold me.
Your love sustains ((music playing)) me through the way. I ((music playing)) will wait on you, Lord. Lord, I will wait on you, ((music playing)) Lord. All the burdens ((music playing)) that have carried, they are heavy or too ((music playing)) heavy to hold him. There's a river, there's a sunrise, there's a new day and it's bringing ((music playing)) new life.
I am reminded from where you have brought me and where ((music playing)) you placed me for today. I won't ((music playing)) forget that your hand will hold me. Your love sustains me through ((music playing)) the way. I will wait on you, Lord. I'm waiting on you, Lord. ((music playing)) Bless the Lord, oh my soul, ((music playing)) all that is within me.

I will shout what he's doing. of what you're doing because I am ((music playing)) reminded from where you brought me and where you placed ((music playing)) me for today.

Oh, I won't forget all of your mercy. All of your grace that's been poured out on me. I won't forget all of your mercy, ((music playing)) all of your grace that's been poured out on me. ((music playing)) [singing] ((music playing)) Heat. Heat. ((music playing)) ((music playing)) Heat. Heat. ((music playing)) Yeah. Heat. ((music playing)) Heat. ((music playing)) Heat.
((music playing)) We're going to go into a time of uh corporate prayer and our topic today is around those who lead in the public sector and uh in government. And so how many of you know they need some prayer? As one who lived u most of my life close to DC, they need a lot of prayer.
Um 1 Timothy chapter 2 verse 1 and 2 and I'll invite you to every campus. You know the drill by now everybody. So you just come in close as you can. Says I urge you then first of all that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving may be made for all people.
Then it says, "For kings and all those in ((music playing)) authority that they may, here's why, live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness." That they may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. ((music playing)) So, first and foremost, we want our leaders to live with godliness and holiness.
That's going to be our prayer today. So, we want to pray for that. We want to pray for wisdom. We want to pray for integrity. We want to pray for humility. We want to pray for justice ((music playing)) for all those in authority. We want to pray for our president, our vice president, ((music playing)) our congress, our supreme court, our governor of the great state of Texas, our lieutenant governor, our city councils, our mayors.
Uh, we want to pray for the governor of Wyoming. We want to pray for the lieutenant governor there. Want to pray for all those that are supposed to be leading for the good of the people. Um, we want to pray that God would establish peace ((music playing)) and order in our communities, allowing people to live, to worship freely, and to pursue lives that honor him.
And uh so I want to invite you to join me as we ((music playing)) pray together for this. Again, as I say every every morning, you didn't come to hear me pray. I pray we've come to lift up our voices together and ask God to move in this way. So let's do that right now.
All right. Lord, we come before you this morning. ((music playing)) And we give you thanks, God, for the opportunity that we have to worship you freely, to gather like this. And we're so grateful for the place that we live and the nation we live. And Lord, we come today to make prayers, intercessions, and petitions ((music playing)) as Paul wrote on behalf of our leaders, our civic leaders.
Lord, we pray today for our president and our vice president and the cabinet and our Supreme Court and our Congress and God, we pray for our state leaders here in Texas and in Wyoming and ((music playing)) God, all across our nation where we have online family. Lord, we come before you today, Lord, and we're asking, God, that they would be people of godliness and of holiness, Lord, that their first thought would be, "What does God want in this situation?"
The the word says that righteousness exalts a nation. And so, God, we pray for righteousness in their hearts. We pray for hearts that are leaning into Jesus, that are pursuing you in every area of their life, Lord. We pray for prayer lives and time in the word and a hunger for you.
Lord, we pray that there would be influences and voices ((music playing)) around them that would lift up the name of Jesus that would say, "What does the word of God say about this? What is the direction the Holy Spirit is leading in this?" Lord, at every level of government, Lord, we pray that you would be salt, God.
Lord, that you who are king over all creation, Lord, you who are lljon, the Godmost high, that it would be who you we look to and you who you that we turn to. Lord, we pray for hearts of humility. God, we pray that that arrogance and pride would not be in the hearts of our leader, but humilities would be in their heart.
Lord, that they would lead with humble hearts, taking the high road. And God, in what can be such a a dog eat dog and a be a world of of God, just nastiness and uncouthed. Lord, we just pray for leaders to rise up that are full of humility, full of the spirit of God, Lord, full of integrity, full of of seeking justice, Lord.
God, we ask this over our leaders right now, Lord. We pray for peaceful lives over them. ((music playing)) We pray for quiet lives over them as Paul instructed us to pray. God, we pray your hand of protection ((music playing)) would be over them. Lord, as they make decisions that affect so many, and Lord, as they make decisions that are so hard, Lord, that are so difficult, that don't have an easy yes or an easy no.
Lord, would you fill them with the wisdom that comes from ((music playing)) high on high, Lord, we pray not for the wisdom of this world, not for the wisdom that comes from man, but the wisdom that comes from God. Lord, I pray that you'd lean into that right now. Why don't we just ask that God, they need godly wisdom.
Come on church, let's pray for that. Lord, need godly wisdom. Need the wisdom that comes from the voice of the Holy Spirit, from the whisper of God. Lord, we pray that you would be whispering into their ears right now, Lord. God, we pray that they would seek your word, God, that your word is truth and your word is life and your word gives direction, God, I pray that there would be uh leaders that that would have aids and that have people surrounding them.
Lord, I think of friends I have right now that are on Capitol Hill. Lord, I pray you give them boldness, God, to speak the truth, God. I pray that you give them the boldness to give wisdom and counsel that leads people to Jesus, that leads towards godly outcomes and leads towards um justice, that leads towards things that would honor you.
Lord, I pray for every leader. God, I pray for God those in junior positions, those that are influencing policy, those that are influencing God, how their senator, how their uh House of Representative is making decisions, those that are God, even in our states. Lord, I pray that those who are even in junior positions realize God that they need to live with godliness and holiness.
((music playing)) God, that you would exalt them at the right time. That they would offer good counsel, godly counsel, things that would honor you. Lord, we pray for our local leaders, our our schoolboard representatives, God, ((music playing)) our local city councils, our our mayors in all the communities where we're in. Lord, we pray your hand of blessing be on them.
God, we pray that you anoint them with wisdom from on high. Lord, we pray for humility over their lives as well. God, we pray ((music playing)) protection over their families. Lord, we pray that as they lead that you would give them grace as they carry the weight of leadership. As they carry often the loneliness that comes from leading, as they carry ((music playing)) the the weight of often being misunderstood of leadership.
Lord, we pray the grace of God over their lives. We pray the peace of God over their lives. God, ((music playing)) we pray for those who are currently in leadership across our nation in local communities that don't know you. We pray they come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.
Lord, we pray that you would put people of peace into their lives. We pray that they'd come in counter ((music playing)) with Christians that shine the light of Jesus in a positive way. And Lord, that their hearts would be turned to you. Holy Spirit, would you grab their hearts and would you turn them toward you?
Would you save their soul, God? Would you give them a an outlook of a biblical worldview, God, of ((music playing)) a moral character that's rooted in scripture, not just in being a good person or a nice person, but Lord, we pray that you would bring them to faith. And Lord, would you turn our nation ((music playing)) towards you, God, would you sweep revival across our land, Lord?
Would not just the early drops of an awakening that we see happen, but would the waves of revival crash in on our nation? And God, would we see harvest of souls? Would we see churches full? Would we see a nation exalting ((music playing)) Jesus? And God, may you be honored in and through it all.
Lord, we thank you for those who you've put in authority. We honor their authority today. We bless them in the name of Jesus. And God, ((music playing)) may we may we make it easy for them to lead. And we pray this in Jesus mighty name. Everybody said, "Amen." Amen. Amen.
Come on, let's put our hands together if we believe it today. ((music playing)) If you know someone in your area or maybe you're here today and uh and you lead in our communities or if you they're not here and you know them, why don't you text them today and just say, "Hey, I just want you to know my church is covering you today in prayer.
We're grateful to God for you and we prayed over you today." They got a big job, everybody. And ((music playing)) uh it is very difficult to please everybody if you don't know that. [laughter] they do a hard thing and uh so let them know we're covering them in prayer. ((music playing)) Um may we be the church that just doesn't point out what everybody's doing wrong.
May we be ((music playing)) the church that goes, "No, we're going to lift you up in prayer, encourage you, speak life over you and believe the goodness of God over your life." Amen, everybody. I say we be that. That's a lot better than being negative. Can I get a better amen?
Come on every campus. Hey, so good to see you today. We love you. love you so much. Day 10 tomorrow. Today, Susie, we only got two more mornings. Everybody bring somebody with you. Tell them, "Hey, if you've missed all the other days, it's still goodter and goodter every day."
That's Tennessee English for you right there. It's getting goodter and goodter. Um, so we'll see you tomorrow. We love you so much. Have a wonderful, wonderful day.
