Faith does not require >> bravery. ((music playing)) >> Faith faith does not require you to have courage. Faith requires obedience. >> Are you going? Yeah, I'm going. Are you scared? Yes. >> But I'd rather be fearful and obedient >> than brave and disobedient. If you have your Bibles, uh, I'm so excited that I get to do this twice.

Like, I've already preached this message, but the fact that God gave it to me for fresh life, I'm just too excited about it. So, um, Acts chapter number nine, uh, if you go to the book of, uh, Acts, chapter number nine, I'm going to read this uh, story to you.

It's 19 verses. Deal with that. I'm going to read 19 verses of the Bible. Okay? I have literally been at churches where the pastor apologizes for reading scripture, >> which is ridiculous. >> Amen. >> That would be like going to a restaurant and the chef's like, "I'm so sorry.

I'm going to put this steak on the grill. Like, I'm going just cook it a little bit for you." Like, what are you talking about? I expect you to do this. Right. So, so I'm going to read the Bible. Uh, and but but this is a story that um is going to find all of us today.

I don't have to kind of assume that. I know it's a story that found me. I know it's going to find uh us as well. So, Acts chapter number nine, starting at the first verse, I'm reading from the tree of life uh version of the Bible. It's very, very Jewish.

And so, you are going to hear me uh say some terms uh that are literally uh the Hebrew uh terms, but I'll tell you what they mean. They're not like mysterious or anything. Starting from verse number one, here's what it says. Now Saul, still breathing out threats and murder against the Lord's disciples, went to the Cohen Gdal, that is the high priest.

He requested letters of introduction from him to the synagogues in Damascus, so that if he found any men or women belonging to the way, those that followed Jesus, he might bring them as prisoners to Jerusalem. As he was traveling, approaching Damascus, suddenly a light from heaven flashed around him. falling to the ground, he heard a voice saying to him, "Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting me?" "Who are you, Lord?"

Saul said, "I am Yeshua, whom you are persecuting. But get up and go into the city, and you will be told what you must do." The men traveling with him stood speechless, hearing the voice, but seeing no one. Saul got up from the ground, but opening his eyes, he could see nothing.

They led him by the hand and brought him into Damascus. For three days he could not see and he did not eat or drink. Now there was a disciple named Ananas in Damascus. The Lord said to him, Ananas, he said, "Here I am, Lord." The Lord said to him, "Get up and go to the street named Strait and ask in the house of Judah for someone named for someone from uh Tarsus named Saul.

For look, he is praying and in a vision he has seen a man named Ananas coming in and laying his hands on him so that he might regain his sight." But Ananas answered,"Lord, I have heard from many about this man, how much harm he has done to your ketosim," that means the called out ones, the high priests in Jerusalem.

And here he has the authority from the ruling kahonim, which are the priests, to tie up all who call on your name. But the Lord said to him, "Go, for he is a choice instrument to carry my name before nations and kings and ben Israel, the children of Israel.

For I will show him how much he must suffer for my name's sake." So Ananas left and entered into the house. laying hands on Saul, he said, "Brother Saul," which is so Baptist. Um, I didn't know they had those back then. Brother Saul, the Lord Yeshua, the one who appeared to you on the road by which you were coming, has sent me so that you might regain your sight and be filled with the Ruach Aodesh immediately.

That's the Holy Spirit. Ruach Aesh is the Holy Spirit. Immediately, something like scales fell from Saul's eyes and he regained his sight. Then he got up and was immersed. He was baptized and when he had taken food, he was strengthened. Now for several days he was with his disciples with the disciples in Damascus. >> Amen. >> Amen to 19 verses. >> So um if you're taking notes on this message, two words, side characters.

That's what I want to talk to you about today. I want to talk to you about what it means to be a side character. Before we get into it, let's just bow our heads and pray before we get into the word, shall we? Holy Spirit, would you show us what role we play in every scene of our lives and others?

Make it very clear what role we should play in Jesus name. Amen. Amen. >> So um Acts chapter number nine is a very pivotal chapter in the book of Acts. The Holy Spirit has already fallen. Uh the disciples turned apostles are now proclaiming the message of Jesus Christ in the same way Jesus told them they would.

From Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria to the uttermost parts of the earth. The followers of the way, the followers of Yeshua were being persecuted by the priest, the same ones that literally had Jesus crucified. Chaophus and another Ananas uh were the priests at that time and they were responsible for the hit on Jesus.

They were responsible for his murder. We know about his death, burial and resurrection. And after the impartation of the Holy Spirit, the cowards who were the believers in Jesus but not brave enough to proclaim his name because of fear, once filled with the Holy Spirit, now have the power and the boldness to proclaim the same Jesus even if it means their lives. the leaders of the Sanhedrin, the the leaders of uh the Pharisees and the scribes, uh they are looking for people who are believers in Yeshua.

They are looking for people who are believers in the way as they called them back then. Uh to try to find them, arrest them, prosecute them, and if favorable murder them. Saul is one of these people. Saul is one of the people who were in favor of those that believed in Jesus as the Messiah being murdered.

Do you know what we call somebody in our day and age that wants somebody else killed for the way that they believe opposite of themselves? We call that person a terrorist. And Saul was a literal terrorist. >> He was terrorizing people that believed differently from himself, >> self-proclaimed zealot, someone that understood the law, trained by another rabbi named Galeiel.

He was devout to Adonai, but had no idea Adonai's son had come. Wow. >> And this guy who was terrorizing believers in Yeshua is someone God is interested in. >> This should change our entire perspective of that mean person at our job. That's great. >> The person that kind of like doesn't say good morning to you and they have a little attitude and all of a sudden you're looking for every verse in Psalms to biblically pray that they be persecuted and popped in the head by God.

God, would you break their teeth? >> God, do away with all of my enemies. I'm not praying something wrong. I'm reading my Bible. God has his eye on the terrorists. >> The ones where we would be like, "God, get them. Rebuke them. I hope God do something with them."

He's like, "I do want to do something with him. >> I want that guy on my side. >> That's right." >> The people that we are ready to just just write off are the people that God is ready to write in. >> To the Lamb's Book of Life. >> Amen.

Come on. >> God has his eye on Saul. And Saul's on his way to Damascus. This is the thing. He's not having like a moment of devotion. He's not in a quiet time. He's on his way to murder people that love Jesus. And God's like, "You can go talk to him now, Jesus."

It's not Gabriel the angel. It's literally Yeshua that appears to Saul and he goes, "Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting me?" >> See, you got to understand that when when someone's doing a work for God and someone else tries to come against that work for God, they're not actually coming against the person. >> They're coming against God. >> Come on. >> Come on. >> God doesn't say, "Hey man, why are you bothering Peter? >> Why did you stone Stephen?"

He literally says, "Why are you persecuting me? >> If you're persecuting them, you are literally persecuting me." >> And Saul's response is magnificent to me. Who are you, Lord? >> Think about it. A man that's been devoted to Adonai for his entire life finds himself face to face with Adonai's word >> and he has to admit, "I don't know who you are.

Anybody ever anybody beside me ever like I I I think I know who God is. And then God checks you one day and you're like, I don't know you. >> I clearly don't know your ways. >> Because I did not expect you to ask me this question. He goes, um, you've been persecuting me, but don't worry about it.

I'm going to show you some things and I'll show you some plans that I have for you. >> Amen. >> This the thing. This is what he tells the terrorists. Paul gets up off the ground. He opens his eyes, but he can't see. Which I think is incredibly appropriate because faith come by hearing and hearing by the word of God. >> He physically has a manifestation of something that needed to happen spiritually on the inside of him.

He could not see with his eyes, but he could hear with his ears, which qualified him to be a man of faith. >> Because in the kingdom's economy, we do not get what we see. We get what we hear. >> Did you hear a word from God or did it just look good? >> Did you actually get a word from God on that or does it just seem like the right thing to do? >> Blinded, he winds up in a man named Judas's house where he is there for three days, no food, no water.

I can't imagine how scary the disorienting um uh kind of out of body this is for Saul. He's he's in a complative uh complative uh uh posture. I don't know what downloads he's getting from God at the time. But while this is happening with Saul, this guy named Ananas who lives in Damascus who's minding his own business gets called on by God.

We know Saul's role in the story. We know what Saul would go on to do. Saul would go on to write twothirds of the New Testament. Who's Ananas? Where does he even come from? Why is he even introduced? Ananas is minding his own business in Damascus. And God says, "Ananas," his response is, "here I am, Lord."

May that be all of our response. Yes. Amen. >> Not what do you want? Not Not right now. The game is on. May all of our responses be when God calls us, "Here I am." Yes. >> God says, "Hey, there's a guy named Saul who's at at a guy named Judas's house down a street called Straight."

Like, you can't even make this up. Of course, Saul's life was crooked before Christ. >> Amen. >> And he would put him on straight street to straighten him out. The whole thing preaches. Okay. God tells Ananas, there's a guy named Saul. He's at Judas's house on Straight Street.

He's from Tarsus. Need you to go to his house. Judas's house and pray for Saul. And Ananas, who is deliciously human, goes, "Lord, are you are you talking about Saul?" Saul like murder Saul persecution. Saul terrorist song. Are we talking about the same song? He's like, "Yep, yep." >> He's at a guy named Judas's house on Straight Street.

He's from Tarsus and he's in the back room. Go over there and pray for him. He's like, "Um, I don't know if you've heard, but like he's really been a terror to like our loved ones and people that love Yeshua." And Jesus is like, "I know, uh, but I have a plan for him.

Praise. >> You don't have to list his resume. >> I know everything he did bad and I still have purpose for him. >> Amen. >> Let me holl at somebody in one of them prisons, whether it's the Utah State prison, the women's unit. Y'all give a shout out for them right now. >> Or the Montana State Prison.

I need y'all to understand something right now. You may be behind bars, but God still has a plan for your life. And if you give your life to Jesus, I promise you, you are freer behind those bars with Jesus than some people outside of those bars without Jesus. >> He is never done with us.

It doesn't matter how long the wrap sheet is, he is never done >> with us. >> He goes, I know his resume, but I still have a plan for his life. Go over to his house. So Ananas goes over to his house straight down Straight Street. Here's what I love about the Holy Spirit.

The Holy Spirit is the biggest snitch of all time. Now, I grew up in the hood and in the hood they used to say snitches get stitches, but they don't because the Holy Spirit will drop a dime on you like that. We've told our sons our entire lives like, "Hey, you were born into the wrong family.

You got spiritfilled parents and there's nothing you're going to ever do that we're not going to know about cuz the Holy Spirit's going to snitch on you. Like we're minding our business and he's just like go to the room right now. And we're like what all the kids that have parents that are spirit feared.

I'm just so I'm so sad for you. You're never going to get away with nothing. But when you turn like 30, you're going to call back and be like, "Mom, dad, thanks." But it'll clearly be 30 and not 15. Um, he goes down straight street. He gets to Judas's house.

He knocks on the door. I can't imagine the wait. If I'm Ananas, I'd have been like, "Please don't answer the door. Please." Judas answers the door. He's like, "Oh, dang. Is there a guy named Saul here?" He's like, "Yeah, he's in the back. Is he still blind? I'm just kidding.

Um, just want to assess the threat level right now. Ananas goes into the back and he says, "Saul." Saul's like, "Yeah, I'm fully committed to my characters. I'm sorry. That's just it's the only way I know how to preach. It's just Bro is blind. I have to be blind.

Ananas, is that you? How do you know my name? Am I on your list? I'm glad somebody guessed that. ((applause)) Bro, I don't know what list you're talking about, but I had a vision and in the vision, a guy named Ananas is going to come over here and pray for me.

He's like, where? cuz I got a word from God that I was supposed to come here and pray for you. So like you cool then right right now like you don't have murder on your mind right now. Are you humbled? Are seem like this experience should have humbled you a little bit?

Are you good? I'm good man. I'm just blind. I haven't eaten anything. I haven't hardly slept. He's like okay. Um, well, I guess I'm just going to pray for you. And and and you got to understand this is a really regular moment. I think a lot of times when we go back and we read scripture, we put the Marvel Cinematic Universe lens on and we think it's like more glorious and magnanimous than it really is.

This is a regular degular dude named Ananas that just strolls up to another dude's house named Judas who just happens to have a notorious terrorist in his house. That's right. >> Just another Tuesday. >> And he goes into the house and there is no wind blowing. >> Come on. >> There's no keys playing.

There's it's not a like a holy worship moment except for the obedience of Ananas in the moment to go over there. >> And he just kind of goes over there and it plays out pretty anticlimactically. >> He lays hands on him and he's like, "Lord, uh, get give this man his sight back or whatever you told me to do."

And in Yeshua's name, amen. Scripture says something like scales pops out of Saul's eyes. >> Amen. >> And he can see and then he eats some food and he hangs out with the disciples for a little longer and then he just starts preaching. Let me tell you how casual this moment is.

It's so casual they don't give us a proper ending to Ananas. That's right. after he prays for him, it's >> seen >> like there's no proper close out for him. Like he wasn't like, "Well, love you. No more murdering." Okay. You going to calm that down now, pal?

You good? Are we good? I told you I'm fully committed to my character. So, he had to literally leave. He had to leave. That's it. Like, he's the side character and and and he did his role and then he just goes away. And and that should be all of us, >> right? >> Yeah. >> So good. >> We should just do what he tells us to do and then we should just go away. >> Like this guy didn't start a side ministry like, "Hey, you know that guy that wrote twothirds of the Bible." >> Yeah.

If it wasn't for me, man, dude still be blind. Yeah. I have a I have a revival every Tuesday for those that got blindness. Uh I'm pretty good at it. I got three points that I want you to write down. Something that would just give us some some perspective to this scene.

Okay. Point number one, please write this down. God sees what people skip. >> God sees what people skip. In this story, Ananas gets nine verses, one assignment, and he's never mentioned again. >> Obscurity to people does not equal invisibility to God. >> I'm going to say it again.

Obscurity to people does not mean invisibility to God. >> People may never know your name, but if God knows your name, >> Yeah. >> and he does, Life is great >> and when he calls on you, whether you have a lot of lines in his production or one line in his production, all you got to do is nail your lines. >> And all it takes to nail your nines is obedience. >> Which brings you to point number two.

Please write this down. Obedience doesn't require agreement. [laughter] We think that obedience requires us to be happy about it. >> Thus said the Lord, I want you to do this. And we're like, yes, I couldn't wait for you to ask me. Anybody beside me ever had God ask you to do something and you were like, I'd rather not.

Show of hands. cuz I just want to see the honest people in the room that are like, "Yeah, you can call somebody else if you'd like. I would much rather not want to be in this." Ananas literally pushes back. He says, "Lord, I've heard about this man." But God doesn't entertain the fear.

He just simply gives him further instructions. >> You don't have to agree with God to obey him. >> I got I gave my life to Jesus January 14th of 1996. I was sitting on the back row of my parents' church. My parents had pastored a church for 15 years and never got over 100 people.

At the time that I gave my life to Jesus, they were renting a banquet room in a bowling alley. In between praise and worship songs, you could hear bowling pins being toppled over. Seriously. And I gave my life to Jesus in that service. I preached my first sermon five weeks later. >> Amen. >> Wow.

And for 29 years, I've been preaching the gospel. I'm an introvert. I didn't want to do this. I went to school and studied administration of justice to be a homicide detective. >> That fit my my mother worked for the LAPD for 30 years. I wanted to be in law enforcement.

I wanted to be a homicide detective. Why did I want to be a homicide detective? Two reasons in LA. Number one, there's job security. I know that's morbid, but there's job security. And number two, I'm a coward. I didn't want to show up to shots fire shots fired.

I showed up after everything was over and was like, well, well, looks like we had a shootout here. ((applause)) I just want to show up when everybody was dead cuz I'm an introvert. I don't I don't want to talk. >> I want to talk. >> The Lord never factored my personality when he called me to preach. >> That's right. >> Come on. >> Cuz he actually doesn't care about my personality when he calls me to do anything. >> And when he is Lord and not simply savior, >> you don't get the luxury to choose what you want to do.

I don't just have a rescuer of my soul. I have a Lord of my life and he gets to tell me what to do. >> Most of the times I don't agree with it. >> I just learn to go with it. >> I'm ble I'm grateful that he's blessed my life.

I'm grateful that he's he's taken me out of the hood where I grew up. So much environmental trauma and so much danger and all that kind of stuff. I live a very very nice life and and I have money and he he just tells me to give it away.

And I be looking at the people that he tells me to give it to and I'd be like, "What did they do to deserve what you want me to give them?" Which he quickly responds with, "What did you do? >> That deserves my son's blood." >> Amen. >> To which I reply, "Touche."

Yes, sir. I mean, you didn't have to do all that, but I get it. >> I can't get off this yet. Just do what he asked you to do. >> You don't have to like it. >> You don't. If you thought serving Jesus meant you liked everything he told you to do, >> wrong answer. >> Just do what he tells you to do.

You don't have to like it. You don't even have to agree. Obedience does not require your agreement and it doesn't require your bravery. >> It does not require your courage. It requires obedience. >> Hey, why are you doing that? Cuz he told me to. >> Did you want to do it?

No. >> Why are you still doing it? He's actually my Lord. >> Like for real. For real. Not like just in word. Indeed, he gets to tell me what to do. Yes. >> And I do it. >> Scared, I'll do it. >> Angry, I'll do it. >> Humbled, I will do it. >> Yeah. >> Which brings me to point number three. >> Oh, this.

Okay. All my all the points are my favorite, but this one just makes me super hype cuz I just hope like you all feel the relief that I felt when when he gave it to me. Okay. Point number three. Please write this down. You're not the star. That's good. >> Thank you, Lord. >> I come from a Pentecostal church that makes me want to do laps.

Like, I want to just run laps around fresh life right now. You're not the star >> and that is a relief. >> Here's the thing. If you read at face value, Acts chapter number nine, it seems like Saul is the main character and Ananas is a side character.

But upon further review, ladies and gentlemen, >> the book of Acts is not the full title of the book of Acts. The full title of the book of Acts is the Acts of the Holy Spirit through the apostles. >> Which means they're all side characters. >> That's right. >> There's only one main character >> and his name is Jesus.

We are all side characters to the man Yeshua the Messiah. He is the main character. We are the side characters. This is his production and we get to play a part in it. This is his revival and we get to be a part of it. This is his movement and we get to be a part of it.

There are no main characters outside of Yeshua. >> That's right. >> We are all the side characters to Yeshua. >> Saul was used mightily by God. He's a mighty side character. >> If this was an actual movie, the best anyone could get is best supporting actor. >> And it wouldn't even be us.

It'd be the Holy Spirit >> cuz apart from his power, we could do nothing anyway. >> It should be relieving to know that you're not the star of this. >> It should be relieving to know it's not all up to you. >> That's a relief. >> That's like, oh goodness, I could breathe.

Do you know how much pressure that puts on people to think, "Oh my, this is all writing on me." No, it's not. >> Leave and see what happens. >> There's another one of you coming. >> The gospel's been preached for the last 2,000 years. >> Peter's been long gone. >> Gospel still being preached.

Paul's long gone. Gospel still being preached. >> We have this moment in time where we get to be a side character that he wants to use. >> Wow. True. >> And then it's long before us, this has been going on. Long after us, it will still be going on. >> So for the part that we have, let's just nail our lines. >> Whatever he's asking me to do, I just want to do it.

I'm not the star here. >> I just showed up and he wanted to. It whether you have many lines or one line. >> That's right. >> Just play your part. Praise to you. >> I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm not the type of person that like, oh my goodness, I want to be Saul.

God, use me to write all the letters and and make me responsible for the theology. I would much rather be Adanias. Use me once and leave me alone. ((applause)) We never hear from Ananas again. We know he's the Lord's disciple. This dude makes a cameo appearance for nine verses.

He walks off the scene and it's over. >> Never heard from again. That's the role that I wanted. I did not want the 29 years preaching all over the globe. I love it. And I'm an introvert. >> Y'all are wearing me out just by sitting there looking at me.

You're so draining as a group. Billings, Boseman, Great Falls, Callis Bell, Pollson, Portland, Salt Lake City, Titan or Titan or Teton, Whitefish, all the people. Y'all just looking at me is wearing me out. I'm going to need six hours of recovery after this day just to get over you and you've done nothing but sit there and look at me.

I'd much rather be Ananas. So, so whether he calls you to have many lines or whether he calls you to go, "Hey, pay for that person's gas." >> Amen. >> What? What? Isn't it crazy when the Holy Spirit nudges us? We're always wondering if it's him. >> When you know two things, it ain't the devil.

((applause)) The devil's not telling you to bless anybody. And it ain't you cuz you ain't thinking about them. But the Holy Spirit's like, "I just want you to be a blessing." And you're like, "Lord," and he's, "But they're going to think I'm crazy." And then the Lord's like, "You are.

That's the only thing in my deck. That's the only thing I got to choose from. You're all crazy. >> Just do it." >> Amen. >> This is your role today. Pay for the gas. This is the role for today. Give that hug. >> This is the role for today.

Tell that truth. >> This is the role for today. Build that encouragement. This is the role for today. >> Cry loud and spare not. Whatever it is, do it. >> I want to be the type of side character that he can just rely on to do my scene. and then get out of his way. >> Yeah. >> I need no credit for anything God wants to do at any given time. >> You never have to remember my name. >> You don't if you get something good from this sermon, you don't have to go, "Well, I heard this preacher say no.

Anything from the kingdom is public domain." >> Just take it, write it down, say it like it's yours. >> You because you would be telling the truth if you were like, you know, I was in the presence of the Lord and I had this thought about anonyas. You'll be telling the truth.

I don't need to be named in it. There was this guy I never heard him before, but this guy named Tim Ross. He had braids and he taught this. Nobody Nobody What? Nobody cares. Ananas gets away scot-free, people. I want to be him. And what a beautiful life it would be if we just get up every morning and go, I don't know what role you want me to play in my life or someone else's today, Lord, but here I am. >> Amen.

Give me my lines. >> I'll walk right on the scene. I will deliver my lines. I will walk off >> cuz you're the only one that they should be remembering. >> And you're the only one worthy of the glory. >> You're the only one worthy of the honor and the praise.

Amen. ((applause)) >> So, let's be some good side characters >> and let's ask the Holy Spirit, what role do you want me to play today? I promise you, when you live like this, life gets so much more enjoyable because it becomes an adventure. I come home often and tell Juliet, guess what he told me to do today?

There was this lady at the thing and I paid for her the the my sons know they they just say I'm dadding. I've got so used to my side character role that my my kids actually call it a verb. Dad is daddy again. >> Amen. >> What does that mean?

He Holy Spirit told him to do something. He's just going He just went to go do it. He's giving somebody some tip again that made them cry. >> Amen. >> I cried a little, too. I didn't want to give that tip. Both of us were crying. ((applause)) For completely different reasons. >> I can complain about giving the tip or I could give him glory that I had it.

It's not my money, it's his. >> Amen. >> I'm the side character. This is his production. Whatever you want, you get to have it. >> You might be Saul in one season. Thank you, Holy Spirit. You might be Saul in one season and Ananas in the next. ((music playing)) >> Don't get addicted to your time on the stage. >> It's his.

You might have many lines in one season and a few lines in a different season. >> Amen. >> Enjoy it. >> Enjoy it. It's just a ride. It was never about you. You were never the main character. >> I pioneered that church. You were never the main character. >> I was the lead pastor.

You were the undersheperd. >> David, who was the shepherd of Israel, wrote, "The Lord is my shepherd. He knew he wasn't the main character. >> So, let's not get fixated on the season or the thing he's told us to do. Let's just be happy that he's called us to be a part of what he's doing. >> And let's nail our lines and don't stick around to see if we get any credit. >> If he's pleased, >> I'm pleased. >> Amen.

Amen. >> Would you bow your heads and close your eyes? What is the Holy Spirit saying to you through this message? My hope and my prayer is that as I was talking, the Holy Spirit's been speaking and that um he would give you something. He would identify something.

You might be Saul where there's been some scales over your eyes. you've come face to face with Jesus and he wants to show you like, hey, you were going down the wrong path and I have a plan for you. I don't I don't I don't want to take you off of the path.

I want to change the path you're on. You might be ananas in your house minding your own business, washing dishes, and maybe the Lord's just been waiting for you to respond. Here I am, Lord. As opposed to questioning, what do you want, Lord? I don't know if I'm qualified, Lord.

I don't think it should be me to do that. I I don't think I should be the one to say that. You don't have to agree. You don't even have to be filled with faith to go do it. Just do it cuz he said so. Your obedience could literally drop scales from somebody's eyes.

Your obedience could literally mean the catapult and be the catalyst for somebody else's life in faith with Jesus Christ. So, Holy Spirit, I pray right now for my brothers and my sisters at all campuses, my brothers and my sisters, your sons and daughters. I thank you that you have given them this opportunity to hear your word.

And whether we find ourselves being Saul right now, anonyas right now, or somewhere in between, God, we show up to play our role. We are completely honored that you would trust us to be a side character in your story. God, remove all doubt, even if you don't remove all fear, and help us to say yes when every temptation tells us to say no.

Get glory out of every aspect of our lives for you deserve it all in Jesus name. Amen. ((music playing))
