We are changed. All right. Now, listen carefully as this comes together now. This prosperity that I'm teaching you is holistic. H O L I S T I C, holistic like holistic medicine. This is holistic. It it's it's talking about the whole rather than the the sum of the parts.

All right. Now, listen to this. It includes this prosperity includes financial provision. I urge you, all right, write it down. I'm I'm I'm telling you your inheritance. Your financial provision, it includes your peace. It includes your health. It includes fruitful relationships. It includes a sense of purpose. That's all a part of this.

But it is always centered on God's grace. Everything that he has given you in this grace life it's always it's all the time centered on God's grace rather than our striving. It's not centered on law-based obedience. But that's what we've been taught. We've been taught transactionally. We got to do this in order to get this.

No, no, no. Everything about our prosperity is centered on us receiving it done. Receiving it finished. Everything that we got to inherit we we need to receive it finished, not saying I got to do these things to get it. Okay? So, if you if you do this, if you do that, if you do that then that's how you're going to get your inheritance or that's how you're going to get what is finished.

This this grace-based new covenant prosperity is something that is not based on your striving. It is holistic. It is centered on God's grace. And it is not centered on what you can do to get it. Now, that's big. Because when I was teaching prosperity back in the day it was all centered on your obedience.

Okay? And this is not centered on your obedience. Well, if you're obedient to give that uh $20,000 then God then God will bless you. No, God's already blessed you before you do anything, which means he ain't got to You don't need to be doing something except staying in alignment with what he's already done.

And what you do is to stay in alignment with what he's already done. So, my giving is me staying in alignment with what's already done. I'm not giving during offering time to get prosperity. Prosperity I already have cuz Jesus gave it to me for free. I am giving to stay in alignment with that prosperity.

And the more I believe that he's taking care of me, the easier it is for me to give generously because I'm not afraid to give generously because I don't think God will take care of me. But when I KNOW HE'S ALREADY TAKEN CARE OF ME, generosity comes out of me cuz I don't have to worry about my care.

Are Are y'all hearing me? And and and I know I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm Ooh, I'm I know I'm I'm digging up fallow ground. I understand. But this stuff works. Yes, it does. I don't I don't I'm not striving to get what he's already given. I got it.

Now, let me prove to you that I got it. And generosity flows out of me. I'm prosperous. Now, let me align and keep myself in alignment with I'm prosperous. Generosity flows out of me. Oh my God, nobody ever told me that. They always Y'all know. If if you better give.

You see, cuz if you don't give, God ain't going to bless you. But he already blessed me. I thought he had already blessed me. I thought I was already blessed. I thought I was blessed in the in the hills and in the woods and I thought I was already blessed.

Now, either he has already blessed me or I'm having to do something transactionally in order to get blessed. And see, we spend most of our Christian life trying to get blessed instead of being blessed. Are y'all Are y'all listening to me? See, this stuff you guys see cuz in the world it's transactional.

In the in in the in the body of Christ it should be relational. My relationship with the God of grace has already given me wholeness through His son, Jesus Christ. I'm blessed. Something happens if you wake up in the morning talking about, "Lord, I sure need your blessing today."

If you just wake in the morning and say, "Woo, Father, I thank you so much I'm blessed today." When you see a report on the news and the stock market went down, you're like, "Woo, I thank God I'm already blessed. Praise the Lord." When you hear about thousands and I said millions of jobs lost, you say, "Father, I thank you.

I'm blessed with the job or without the job. You have proven to take care of me no matter what. I am blessed." That's where God wants you. SEE, WE'RE GETTING READY TO live in THE SUPERNATURAL. EVERYBODY ELSE USED TO THE NATURAL. WE'RE GETTING READY to come above the systems of operations of the world.

And we're getting ready to operate in the systems of our God. WE'RE GETTING READY to operate in supernatural provision that's ALREADY BEEN PROVIDED. I'VE ALREADY BEEN PROVIDED FOR AND GOD'S NOT A MAN that he should lie. And if he said I'M BLESSED, I'M BLESSED. SOME OF MY visitors looking at me like, "Ooh, what's What are you talking about?" >> [laughter] >> Last time I was here he was saying another thing.

I've been growing since the last time you came. So, you ought not ever get stuck. You ought to become a student and continue to grow. If you continue to grow then God will use the crazy time and use it as a curriculum to show you about the better time.

And the next thing you know, you don't agree with what you said 5 years ago because you're growing. We're not putting the emphasis on you were wrong. The emphasis is on you're growing. See, when you thought it was all right to cuss somebody out every time you got mad, but now you don't cuss them out no more.

It it it I'm not going to spend my time talking about how wrong you are. I'm going to spend my time talking about, "Ooh, look, somebody's growing, ain't they?" All right. Now. Now, you know you're walking in grace-based prosperity when you experience peace and rest in your soul.

And that's that's key. I know I'm walking in grace-based prosperity when I experience peace and I'm resting in that. I have peace or security that I'm that I'm prosperous or whole. And I am resting in that wholeness. I'm resting in that wholeness. I I rest in that wholeness in the midst of chaos.

Not just financial chaos. And I'm not Please, I want to make sure that you understand me. I'm not preparing you to just for financial chaos. I'm preparing you to be whole when everything around you looks like it's coming unglued. And when they look at you, they're going to like, "Why are you still peaceful?"

Oh, uh I'm a child of God. And we've been preparing for this, so Praise the Lord. You know. We we good. Well, y'all got food. Yeah, you know, for um a year ago the Lord told me to start putting some stuff aside. So, we I mean, we good.

Well, well, what about your peace? You Yeah, my peace come from Jesus and I'm good. Uh well, what about your relationship? We tighter than ever before. They good and I'm good. Amen. This is what this is what it's what it's all about. He's trying to get get us all ready to not panic when everybody else start panicking.

And there's some crazy stuff going on in the world right now. But we're not going to panic. We going to be all right. In fact, we better than all right. We got Jesus. All right. Philippians 4:6-7 in the King James. Look at this. So, we walk in grace-based prosperity when you experience peace and rest in your soul.

Your soul, regardless of the circumstances. So, Satan wants to use circumstances to attack your soul. There's an all-out attack on your peace. He don't want you to have no peace. And your peace, having it or not having it, is going to be based in the relationships you're in.

So, you you better learn about these relationships y'all in, right? Learn about these relationships that y'all in. You you got to understand that you know, some I was jotting some notes down last night some life rules for for people over 60. And since since I'm over 60 and then I turned around and I heard something while I was scrolling, but first of all, don't chase people.

Man, I'm 60-something years old. I ain't got time to be chasing people. Those people who stay without effort are the only ones worth my energy. I ain't wasting my energy on trying to figure out where somebody at. Are you listening to me? I'm I'm I'm still training myself cuz honestly, that used to bother me, but I I I can't do that no more, okay?

And then the second one I reason why I brought it up is to guard my peace. I can't call everybody back cuz I don't want them to be mad at me cuz I didn't call you back. I can't text everybody back. I got to guard my peace. Well, they going to be upset with me.

Well, they got TO JUST BE UPSET WITH ME. I GOT I GOT TO GUARD my peace. I'm out in public trying to enjoy the people that I'm with, eating lunch, and then you want to come up here and tell me a 30-minute testimony. And I And then you get mad at me when I like, "Ma'am, we hungry, too.

Could Could you Could you write a letter or something like that?" I'm not trying to be mean, but this is my personal private time with people that I don't have time to spend with and you trying to come mess it up because I KNOW YOU OH, Y'ALL GOT TO LEARN HOW TO DRAW BOUNDARIES. >> [laughter] >> I'M JUST playing with y'all.

Some of y'all like, "You the pastor. You ought to" It still ain't but one of me. And I finally get a date with my wife to sit down there and talk to her and you want to come and mess my mess my wrap-up? I ain't letting you do it.

I'm working on something. I'M WORKING ON I GOT an end result on this AND YOU'RE NOT GOING TO COME AND MESS it up telling your testimony. I DON'T WANT TO HEAR ABOUT YOUR TESTIMONY. I'M TRYING TO COOK my cookies. I'm ready TO READY TO GO. I AIN'T GOT TIME FOR NO TESTIMONY. >> [laughter] >> PRAY FOR ME, RICK.

I'm I'm You see someone out here? Cookies. Hey, come on. Let's get back in the spirit. Come on. Yeah. But that's prosperity, right there what I'm talking about. HOLINESS I I YOU KNOW, ONCE YOU GET over 60, Ken, you ain't got time to be playing no more church games.

Some of y'all thinking, "Well, we need to vote in a new pastor. They got time." You need to spend time with people who It's like spending time in the sunshine. You ain't got time for no draining conversations from people who got hidden agendas. I thought we was talking about prosperity.

All it is is prosperity. Some of my spiritual fathers and mentors, they're they're they're 88, 90 years old. And they've been warning me since I was 40. Take heed. Rest. Don't take stuff home in your head. Uh-uh. Don't Don't fool around with people with hidden intentions. Ask them day one what you want.

What you mean what I want? You know what you want. What you want? I just need to know. Now, I might be able to give you an answer so you won't waste none of your time. Cuz there's certain things I ain't going to do. Let me finish before y'all start putting that little finger up like, "What's wrong with you?"

Nothing. I'm good. Your provision comes without toll-driven anxiety. Look at Matthew 6, starting at 33 in The Message. Your provision comes without toll-driven anxiety. God is committed to your care. He going to take care of you. He will care for you. All right? Now, there's some things I got to I got to put in perspective like, you know, your your harvest will let you know what kind of seed you you sown.

And And it's not just in the bucket. It's It's in your life. This This harvest comes from what's what you've been sowing in life. Remember we started off with your everyday life. Give it to God. It's not just in the bucket. Okay? It's in life. It includes the bucket, but it ain't just the bucket.

Right? All right. Now, watch this. He said, "If God gives such attention to the appearance of wild flowers, most of us, which are never ever seen, don't you think he'll attend to you and take pride in you and do his best for you?" He'll He'll do his best for you.

What I'm trying to do here is to get you to relax, to not be so preoccupied with getting so you can respond to God's giving. So busy in your getting that you don't rest in his giving. People who don't know God and the way he works fuss over these things.

But you both know God and how he works. Steep your life in God reality, God initiative, God provisions. Don't worry about missing out. You'll find all your everyday human concerns will be met. Boy, that's powerful. And God God's got you, basically. He says, "I got you. I just need you to embrace that."

There's a supernatural ease and sufficiency in every area of your life. So, instead of chasing after blessings, you find blessings overtaking you. Too many Christians chasing AFTER BLESSINGS, GRINDING FOR THE BLESSING. And the blessing's grinding more for you. It's about a focus. Not as a result of works, but through faith in what Jesus has already secured.

Now, to continue walking in this prosperity, a devotion to a few key things can really help us out. And I'm going to give you four of them right now. All right. Ready? All right. So, let let me summarize where I think where I hope everybody is. Prosperity is a finished work.

Prosperity is a gift that God has given you. Prosperity is not money. It's wholeness. It's wholeness and it's holistic because it includes more than just finances. All right. Prosperity is received just like righteousness is received. You receive it finished, done, and complete. Wholeness and prosperity doesn't happen through your striving.

It happens through your alignment with the finished works of Jesus Christ. And you see it as something that has been gifted to you by God's grace. Everybody on the bus? All right. So, here are four things you might want to do in order to have devotion towards this.

Number one, two words. I've already said it, believing and resting in your identity in Christ. That keeps coming up. Believing and resting in your identity in Christ. In other words, knowing that you are already blessed. And when you know that you're already blessed, it keeps you from striving.

Ephesians chapter 1 and 3. When you know you're already blessed, it keeps you from trying to get blessed. Say out loud, I I am blessed. Now. So, when you know you're already blessed, that'll that'll keep you from trying to get blessed. Ephesians 1 and 3 says, "Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath already past tense, blessed us in power."

That's what word blessed means to it be The word The word blessed means empowered to have success. All right? So, he has already blessed us or empowered us to have success, and he blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ Jesus. Already done. It's finished.

It's completed. It can't be undone. It's already done, waiting on you to embrace it. And so, what he's looking for here is, "Will you believe that you're already prosperous, that you're already blessed, and will you rest in that?" That's a finished work. Nobody ever told me that prosperity was a finished work.

It's a finished work. I thought you had to do all of these little weird things in order to prosper. The thing you have to do is release your faith and say, "I believe I receive the gift of prosperity." Just like you said, "I believe I receive I'm righteous."

Just like you said, "I believe I receive I'm forgiven." Just like you say, "I believe I receive I'm healed." You receive that. You embrace that. And whenever you start, you know, doubting it, then you you you you labor to stay at rest. So, how What do I labor to stay at rest?

I go and I read the scriptures about I'm already blessed. I I I make confession I'm already blessed. I I I find somebody that I can give to already blessed. I I challenge myself and say, "Yeah, I trust God's care of me. So, I'm I'm willing to be generous in an area that the spirit of God leads me to or I feel like I need to be involved in."

Believe and rest. Say it. Believe and rest. What am I believing? What am I resting in? I am believing and I am resting that prosperity is a finished work. Amen? Number two, renewing your mind to grace. Renewing your mind to grace. In other words, you're continually aligning your thoughts with the truth of the new covenant.

Uh, you're continuing to do that. I continue to to get my mind set that this is a finished work. I'm lining myself up with that. The The efforts, the redeemed efforts, the efforts you use to keep yourself in line with the finished works of Jesus, those are absolutely so very important.

I got to renew my mind in the grace of God. Are you striving for success?
