Confessions 04-14-2026

Good morning everybody. This is a terrific Tuesday. And um the thing the the the word is still in my in my uh hair. In my hair. Somebody says, "Why you say hair?" I was going to say head, but it's so strong in my head. It's in my hair.

Um watch out for distractions. And um so I just want to start off this morning for those of you who are here and I just want to pray a prayer before we get started. Father, I thank you for the grace game. And I ask and pray in the name of the Lord Jesus that you will put a shield over our souls, over our mind, and that you will make us aware of distractions, intrusions of the mind that will cause confusion. and that you'll give us the strength to stand up against distractions and um to focus on your word and to be focused on who you are and be focused on who we are in you.

So I pray for everybody that will log in this morning on the grace gang and I pray that they will be delivered from distractions. We honor you for this now in Jesus name. Amen. And amen. All right, everybody. Where are you logging in from? We want to um uh bless you today.

And we're going to show you how to understand your enemy and uh show you how he comes. show you where the battle is being fought and show you how to continue to uh put boundaries in your head, in your mind, over your soul so that the enemy won't penetrate and cause uh or disrupt what God is doing in your life today.

God's doing something in your life today. You know that, right? Amen. Uh Malaysia is in the house with us today. Uh, South Bend, we welcome you guys today in the name of Jesus. Uh, praise God. Somebody said, "This is perfect timing." Absolutely. I mean, it's something that I feel like it's it's a word for for the world.

Just let's just be let's be uh on our on our guard today. You know, the Bible says to guard your heart with all diligence, for out of it flows the issues of life. And uh we are blessing you in Jesus' name and declaring that you are blessed. My folk in New York, over in the Bronx, over in Brooklyn, Queens, you guys, we say you are blessed today and no distractions, right?

No distractions. Now, just because we say that, it's not go it doesn't mean the devil ain't going to try to do everything he can. I mean, he's he going to double up on you today now that he know we starting off like this. But it doesn't matter what he does.

It's only thing that matters what Jesus has already done. And what Jesus has already done is not going to be undone. So a pay no attention to what he going to do. All right, let's just keep it moving. Keep it moving. Praise the Lord. Welcome those uh in McDonald this morning.

Hi, Georgia. Georgia in the house heavy this morning. Praise God. Well, I want to welcome the world to the grace game this morning. And I just believe that you're here for a reason, to be encouraged, also to continue to grow and to learn. And um we're excited about what we have to share this morning.

And so let's go ahead and get Psalms 91 equipped. Say out loud with me and let this come from your heart. Right? Ready? Repeat after me. I will dwell in the shelter of the most high God. I will find rest in the shadow of the Almighty. God is my refuge and my fortress.

You are my God in whom I trust and with great confidence in whom I will rely. God will rescue me from every trap and protect me from every disease. Look at that. I am covered and protected by his outstretch arms. God's faithful promises are my armor and my protection.

Remember that when he says put on the armor of God, his promises are my armor and my protection. Come on. I will not be afraid of the terrors of the night, nor of the arrows that fly in the day. I will not dread any disease that stalks in the darkness, nor any disaster that strikes at midday.

Because God is my refuge and the Almighty God of my home, no evil can befall me and no plague can come near my dwelling. Wow. Look at that. Come on. God has ordered his angels to guard, defend, and protect me in my house. God's armies of heaven will keep me from falling.

I will walk unharmed and kick anything that is evil from my path. Because of God's love for me, I will call upon him. He will set me above all my troubles. He will deliver me from all my fears. He will honor me with his presence and power. I declare that he will reward me with long life and he will show me his salvation.

I am Psalms 91 equipped and all is well with me in my house in Jesus name. Amen and amen. All right guys, so today we want to look at our the mo of of the enemy. And I want to start off with first of all recognizing um Satan's battle.

Well, let me say it like this. Satan's battlefield or battleground is in your mind. Okay? I mean, when Miss Lucille come up and she mean to you, you know, and you going to slap her, that ain't Satan. I mean, you know, you don't wrestle against flesh and blood.

The battleground is in your mind. It's what he can get you to thinking. What can what he can get you to to to meditate on, what he can get you to nurse and rehearse instead of dispersing. That that's his battleground. And uh I said to you before that the the most powerful weapon of the enemy is what?

Suggestion. What has what has the enemy suggested to you lately? Maybe he suggested to you that God doesn't care. Maybe he suggested to you that you know well the reason you didn't get healed is because you know you you should have prayed for three more hours. Suggestion is one of the most powerful weapons of the enemy.

What suggestions have you been receiving lately? I mean, you got to be careful. That's why you got to get in the word, man. What suggestions are you you're thinking about those things? He he planting suggestions. He's so sneaky. He's not really, you know, saying nothing. He's just suggesting if if if there be this or uh if there be that or wonder that.

Just a little suggestion trying to get into your head to get you to nourish and to to grow and to to make it a big part of your your life. So John 10:10, what does he say? He says, "The thief comes not but for to steal and to kill and to destroy, but I have come that you might have life and have it what?

More abundantly." Now, I think a lot of times we get so distracted with everything else that's going on that we forget that a devil's loose. We want to blame everybody else. And you know when you get involved in the blame game, you just kind of stay the same.

Uh you have to understand something now that there is a devil loose who wants to kill and to steal and to destroy. All right? So, you know, bring that back into focus. A devil is loose and he's after you and he wants to kill and he wants to steal and he wants to destroy.

Okay? Uh and and I think I mean you know somebody says well I just don't believe in the devil. Well I mean he got you right where he wants you. So that means he can manipulate you all day long and you'll find all of the other reasons of why these things are going on in my life and ignore the root reason.

And there is an enemy who wants to to steal and kill and to destroy and to disrupt your life and you don't even believe he exists. Okay? I mean, you know, you ought to see when Jesus came, the Bible says the spirit of God led him in the wilderness to be tempted of the devil, to be tempted and tested of the devil.

And yet, there are just real smart folks who think, well, you know, I just don't believe that. Well, I mean, you know, um that that can be that can be a problem. You know, what you believe and what you choose to believe and not believe, that could be a problem.

But look what he says here in the Amplified. um what did I say? Uh John 10:10 in the Amplified, he identifies uh a little bit more with what the enemy is trying to trying to do here. He says, "The thief comes only in order to steal and to kill and destroy."

Jesus says, "I came that they may have life and enjoy life." Ain't that something? That they might have life and enjoy life. Do you know God wants you to enjoy life? Oh, y'all need to listen to me. God wants you to enjoy life. What is this thing where Christians go around all looking like they've been sucking on a lemon and they they they they think that enjoying life is a sin.

No. God wants you to enjoy life. He wants you to take vacations. He wants you to laugh. He wants you to have good fellowship. You understand what I'm saying? He came. Jesus says, "I've come that you might have and enjoy life." Let me ask you, are you enjoying life or is every day just a a dread?

You ought to just begin to focus on that. I am going to enjoy life. You know, today is Tuesday. I'm going to enjoy today. I am going to enjoy today. Praise God. And you know what, Grace gang? You will too. You are going to enjoy today. He says to have and enjoy life uh and to have this life in abundance to the full till it overflows.

Life in abundance to the full until it overflows. Dude, I tell you what, when the time comes for you to go on to be with the Lord, your closing remarks ought to be, "What a ride." And I mean, and if you're not if you're not living that kind of way right now, I'm saying you need to start doing that.

And that's what distraction's trying to stop. And that's what deception is trying to stop. And that's what discouragement is trying time trying time trying time trying time trying time trying time trying time trying time trying time trying time trying time trying to stop. You got to learn how to enjoy life.

You you got to learn how to be happy. Quit go looking like you just life is just miserable. And I know there are challenges and I know there are hurts and I know there are pain. I know all of that, man. But at the same time, you got to fight to enjoy life, fight to be happy, and fight to hold on to your joy.

Jesus said, "I left you my joy." And uh joy comes from what you what you know. And you and and the more you meditate on God's promises and you see what God's promises said. Wow, man. And I know people I mean, just have somebody says, "I'm hurting deeply."

Oh, my heart goes out to you. Cuz God don't want you hurting deeply, honey. He don't want you hurting deeply. And yet the enemy loves to he loves you hurting deeply. And so we we rebuke that right now. I pray that the joy of the Lord just rise up on the inside of you and that he will give you he will give you gladness for that hurt.

He will he will he will show up and and do something magnificent in your life. The grace the grace gang agrees with you that you won't be hurting so much. Life is a trip, man. Life is crazy. But we we can't let it control us. We can't let life control us, you know.

You can't life You can't let life do you, you know. And I I understand, man. I listen, I'm not foreign or even deceived to the to the challenges that that come with life. But I'm saying don't you quit. Don't you give up. Don't you cave in. Bless God.

You keep moving. If it ain't but a little step. You step just a little bit. Amen. You go out. Get out the house. I mean, if you just go to the store and get a get an orange, get out the house. Get moving. Praise God. Praise the Lord.

And then um uh here's what we go in Ephesians chapter 6. So So the thief comes to kill, steal, and destroy. He wants to steal from you. He wants to destroy. He wants to make you feel miserable. Okay? Don't give him that that that that pleasure. Okay? Jesus has made us whole and given us wholeness.

Wholeness is finished. It's done. It can't be undone. Wholeness is finished. You are whole. All right. Now, you got to realize that. You got to realize I'm whole. When you're dealing with a broken heart and hurt and pain, you got to realize what what you already have. All right.

I'm whole. I'm whole. Jesus. I live by the faith of Jesus Christ. And Jesus believes I'm whole. So, I believe I'm whole. So, I receive wholeness right now. And then you spend the day just resting in wholeness, you know. And then you, you know, if it gets rough, then you open your mouth up and you declare.

The word of God says, "I'm whole." The word of God says, "I'm whole." Praise God. You echo wholeness. That's right. Echo wholeness in the middle of that challenge with your emotions trying to make you feel like you feel. Amen. Praise God. Now, let's scoot on over here to Ephesians and uh I got a little time.

Yeah. Ephesians chapter 6. Now, let's check out what the scripture says about the enemy. And uh you know, you didn't you didn't see a lot of this in the Old Testament where it talked about fighting the enemy and stuff like that, but you do now. You do now.

Look at this. I mean, there's a lot of reasons for that which I won't go into now, but there's some good stuff there. Ephesians 6:10 says, "Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armor of God. Put on the promises of God.

Put on what is finished. Put on the finished works of Jesus Christ. Not just putting on the word. Yeah. Put on the word of God, but what word? Put on the word of grace. Put on the word of of finish. Put on the word of of of the finished works of Jesus and all that he's accomplished for you.

Put that on. Now, remember, where where are you putting the what where are you uh putting the armor on? What are you dressing up? You're dressing up your mind, ladies and gentlemen. We're not talking about putting some on your body. We're talking about putting some on your mind.

You're putting the armor in your head, in your mind, in your thinking, you know, uh the whole armor of God. This the battle is going to be fought in your mind. Okay. So, that might mean, you know, go listen to some teachings and get fed the word of God, you know, uh go and meditate on some scriptures that uh concern your situation and put on the armor of God, put on the word of God.

Amen. Uh and so uh notice what he says in verse 11 amplified. Put on well let me look at verse 10 and 11 in the amplified. In conclusion be strong be strong in the Lord. Be empowered through your union with him. Your union with him. See we we are we are living uh life um in the in the faith of Jesus Christ.

My union with him. All right. Draw your strength from him. That's right. Draw my strength from him. That strength which which his boundless might provides. So, we're drawing our strength from Jesus, not ourselves. Put on God's whole armor like the armor of a heavy armed soldier which God supplies that you may be able to successfully stand against all the strategy.

Look at what you're standing against. Strategy and the deceits of the devil. So, so Satan has come up with some strategy of of how he going to mess you up, how he going to knock you down, how he's going to discourage you, how he's going to get you to feel hurt or brokenhearted.

All that stuff that's ever come your way was a part of his strategy. And I tell you what, it all just irritate you to know that he messing with you like that. And you need to make your mind up, bro, that ends right now. All right. Your attitude ought to be, you want some of me?

I'm getting ready to clothe myself in the promises of God. I abide in the finished, the complete, the done that can't be undone. And I'm going to stand on what God promised me. I'm going to stand on the finished works of Jesus Christ. I ain't moving. You sure ain't going to move me.

You sure ain't going to move me. You need to, you know, you I'm not the one. I'm not the one. you need to go find somebody else cuz today today I'm telling you I will shout a thousand hallelujah. I am going to praise the Lord. I am going to come out of this stuff.

I'm not I'm not Listen. I'm not going to let you get the victory over me. Oh, now that I know it's you messing with me. Oh, bro. Oh, no. No, no, no, no. Listen, I don't need uh a hundred scriptures to whoop you. All I need is one.

Glory be to God. Y'all going to find find the one um belt you going to use to whoop the devil's butt today. Yeah. Stand on that thing in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Okay. They're principalities. There's their there are powers according to the scriptures. He says, "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood uh but against principalities."

In other words, the amplified says, "We don't wrestle against physical opponents." Okay. Uh but against principalities, against powers, against rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. So here he just states the four classes of demons, demonic forces that are after you, principalities, powers, rulers of the darkness, spiritual wickedness in high places.

And he says, "We're not wrestling against, you know, the people on the job who get on your nerve or somebody who said something ugly to you. That ain't what we That that's not what we fighting against is we're fighting a spiritual war. We're fighting a spiritual battle. And in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, we're not going to we're not going to allow the devil to fool us.

And then we we start fighting one another. You see all that stuff that's going on in the world today, fighting each other. And the devil just laughing like they don't even know who behind this. We just having a good time. We're not going to do that. We're not going to do that.

In Luke 10:19, he says, "Behold, I give you power to tread over serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing will by by any means hurt you." So, you ain't got time to be afraid of no devils. God says, "I've given you power over serpents and scorpions and over all of the ability of the enemy, and nothing will not hurt you."

Nothing will not hurt you. Ladies and gentlemen, it's time to Luke 10:19 this joker. You understand? It's time to give him some Luke 10:19 and let him know, "Bro, I ain't scared of you. I ain't scared of you." Just let him know I'm I'm going college. Boy, I ain't scared of you.

I'm I'm I'mma Luke 10:19 you, you know, praise God. Glory to God. Hallelujah. And you stand up. Praise God. Because you're not standing up in your own power, you know. Um, God's given you the ability over all of his ability. He's given you authority and power over all his ability.

Now, it's time to use it. It's time to use it. And the way you use it is you just you you get the promise of God, clothe your mind, and renewing your mind in the promises of God. Uh, and yeah, man. And and and the battle's already won.

It's not like you're trying to go and win the battles. Satan already know he's a defeated foe. He just hoping you don't know that. The devil already know he been whooped. He's just hoping you don't know that and you going, you know, screaming and holling and all that kind of stuff.

You know, you know, it'll come to a point the devil already know who you are. He know you're saved, filled with the Holy Ghost. When he start messing around with you, you ought to be like, uh, hey, uh-uh. Uh-uh. Not not now. You already know now. You already know.

You know I'm not the one, right? You He ought to He ought to be able to take some hand signals for you. Uh-uh. M you you ought to give him a look like your mama used to give you a look boy, you know, and and and walk in that victory and maintain that victory.

This is the victory that overcomes the world. It's the faith of Jesus Christ. It's the faith of Jesus Christ, the victory that overcomes the world. It's even our faith, man. Even our faith. So, uh hopefully I've given you some things to be prepared. All right? Don't don't don't don't uh I like somebody said, "Don't make me call my daddy."

Talking about God, don't make me call my daddy. Listen, man. I I just I hope we've encouraged you today and that you're you're fired up and you're ready to maintain your victory. Remember, you're not trying to go get victory. It's already there. It's it's it's it's realizing that the victory is finished.

It's realizing that the victory is done. It's realizing the victory has been completed and can't be undone. So by just understanding that it's already been done, you can receive it. Now rest in confidence that all is well with me today. That no weapon formed against me shall prosper and every tongue that rises up against me I condemn.

Glory be to God. Amen. And I'm telling you, you hold on your victory and you just Yeah, I know. Old Waldo did something to you. Your wife said something to you, hurt you, your husband said something to you, made you mad. You bet. You got betrayed. You got used.

Ah, yeah. All that stuff, all that. But you know what? Greater is he that is on the inside of you than he that is in the world. Sick your daddy on it. Amen. And I'm telling you, man, we're not trying to get God to do something on our behalf.

He has already done everything we will ever need. Amen. Well, I I'm sure you're going to have a victorious day today. I'm excited. Let's take over the world, ladies and gentlemen. Let's take over the world. Let's Let's start a revolution. Praise God. a revolution of of salvation, a revolution where people can know Jesus.

I mean, this is what this is all about. All of this gospel is about Jesus. All of it's about Jesus. And let's uh let's walk in it. And I I I'm telling you right now, the glory is increasing in your life. Look for it. The glory is increasing in your life.

Praise God. I I the glory is increasing some of y'all life. Y'all didn't even know that was a glory. You still looking for for uh smoke and clouds, but the glory is increasing your life. The manifested word uh the manifested word of Jesus Christ. Come on, grace gang.

Let's do this thing, man. Let's do this thing. Live life to the fullest. Live life in a relationship with your Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Have joy and be happy cuz you know the devil don't want you to. My God. My God. I feel like I'm about to tear something up if I disappear off the screen.

That's cuz I done knocked this computer off the table. Glory be to God. Hallelujah. We are more than conquerors. But we couldn't be no more than conquerors if we didn't have nothing to conquer. Hallelujah. You're going to have a great day today, man. You're going to have a great day today.

All is well with you. I call you healed. I call you delivered. I call you peaceful. I call you righteous. Glory to God. I call you full of joy. I call you prosperous. I call you uh whole. I call you uh preserved. I call you delivered. I call you sound.

I call you well in the name of Jesus. Amen. Glory be to God. Now, don't y'all tear nothing up if you're at work, man. You might even be quiet so you won't get fired. Don't be blaming me. All right. Hey, man. Y'all have a great day today. Taff and I love you so much.

Pray for us today. It's amazing things that are happening around the world and I cannot wait to share it with you. Shout out to all of the Grace Gang. Enjoy your life today, man. Remember, be happy. And what does that take? I don't know. You and you and the Lord know.

All right. You gonna get to a place where you just ain't going to want to do nothing stupid and crazy no more. You know that, don't you? You going to get to the place where Satan's temptation coming on you. You going to be like, man, I don't want to do that.

You like, I want that. What you talking to me about that for? I don't want to do that no more. That was old me. I don't want that no more. You ain't been keeping up. Amen. and just freak the devil out big time. I mean, his old temptations don't even work on you no more.

You're like, "Bro, I've been gone from that. Where you been?" Hallelujah. Glory be to God. All is well. Praise God. All is well. I'm getting kind of silly. Let me get offline. I love y'all. Love you. Love you. Love you. Have
